If this company is that bad (as reviews) what should be reason for me to deal with ?????

There is no reason to order from them. They charge a 20% restocking free for returns and make you pay return shipping. Customer Service is non-existentnt.

I echo the same comment as Bonita H with frustration. Don't deal with this company. Trust me. You can't cancel your order, you can't refuse shipment and they make you pay for shipment and will not even work with you to provide you with a shipping label. Customer service? What customer service? It is non-existent.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It cost me $150 to get rid of all the damaged furniture I ordered from them! It cost me $150 of MY hard earned money to try to buy a $700 piece of furniture!

They canceled an order that I wanted to cancel without giving me any hassle. They didn't charge me a restocking fee. When I got somethings couple weeks ago that I thought was not perfect quality, it wasn't even really that bad but I sent them an email asking about it they just sent me a whole new one for free. I don't even need it completely replaced I was just wondering if it was supposed to look like that. They have amazing customer service.
