I had an issue with my order and greatly appreciated that the customer service team was so prompt and responsive and took the time to work through it with me and resolve it to my satisfaction, giving me options. They were kind, amicable and knowledgeable. I love the chest & nightstand I ordered and felt it was a good value. The shipping was very fast as well. Thanks again for a good experience!
My product arrived damaged with a big whole in the box. Contacted them for replacement parts and were backordered till May was offered a $100 to keep as is, however I DID NOT KNOW the product was misaligned very badly and could not be put together and had to be thrown away. The first pantry and side board were also misaligned but were able to put 2gether. As you can see from the pictures almost the whole pantry was chipped, scratched and chuncks of wood missing. Will never order from this company!
I bought a bed and nightstands from this Company. Both shipments came quickly which was great! The bed had a piece that was damaged that they replaced in a timely way. The one nightstand also had two nicks that they refunded me for. The Customer Service kept me informed every step of the way and promptly responded to my inquiries. I was very satisfied with the end result and happy with what I received for the price.
Actually they were so helpful and caring to solve my problem and trying to give me lot of solutions until i was satisfied I respect this company and i love all the furnitures its really great in looks and material and princess I recommend this company
Very disappointing interactions with Bison Office. They clearly don't care about their customers. We ordered just shy of 50 outdoor chairs (approx. $1500), 17 of which were defective and they wouldn't return or refund... offered us a $100 credit! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Found a end table on 0verstock for 250 google searched it and it came up on Bisonoffice for 160 and free shipping. I purchased and it showed up at my door 4 days later. Perfect transaction. Excellent product.
I bought a rug from them because they were less expensive but what I saw on the website vs what I received was completely different. They gave the excuse that a professional photographer took the pictures and the lighting was different. That is a lie. I even sent them side by side pictures which showed two completely different colors and they still wouldn't waive the restocking fee of 15%. Don't buy from them.

I placed an order with Bison Office Furniture on May 20th, 2019 for $1800 worth of patio furniture. On May 30th, I received an email indicating that it had shipped. Today I tried tracking it with the number that they provided (which by the way was the same number as my online order number) but it comes up invalid for that shipper. When I contacted Bison to obtain the correct tracking info, not only are they unable to supply the info, they don't even know where the furniture is or who the correct carrier is. I have opened a dispute with PayPal indicating that I want a full refund to my credit card. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a more respectable and reputable retailer.
I ordered an item for a very good price but long story short had to cancel my order. Evelin and Camila in the Customer Support team were very responsive and helpful in coordinating to cancel the order.
We purchased a nearly $300 counter swivel chair from this place. We put it together and it did not swivel. Nor did the seat stay on. VERY POOR Craftmanship. We took it back to the place of purchase and they returned it to bisen. But bisen decided not to refund us because they claim the chair was damaged. It was damaged from the very beginning and was not functional. We will NEVER buy from bisenoffice again. It's all good because what goes around comes around. They have poor customer service, poorly made products and are extremely over priced. Go to another vendor. You'll be glad you did.
HORRIBLE customer service. They never figured out what happened with my product BUT still didn't want to ship another one NOR refund my money. Over a week of back and forth and trying to toss the issue under the rug.
HORRIBLE experience that reflects the lack of attention, communication and professionalism. DONT shop here unless you want to go through hell.
I purchased a 31"x23" cardboard poster box and needed to return it because I needed it to be 23"x31" instead (it was wide instead of tall). To do so, they were going to charge me 20% to restock the item and I would need to pay S&H. The shipping was to cost $31.96, which meant in the end it would cost me about $20 just to get it back to them and I would have nothing to even show for it. They were unwilling to provide return shipping and basically told me "sorry about my luck... maybe you can sell it on Amazon." Very irritated and highly recommend you don't consider doing future business with them.

The back if my chairs didn't fit and Bison made me feel like I was part of their team I'm a senior and they were easy to put together. I highly recommend Bison. Great job!
I found an office chair I loved, did a price comparison search online and Bison Office was the least expensive. I'm always slightly skeptical of ordering from a company I've never heard, but hey, it's a chair not a car. I received the chair fairly quickly in brand new condition as if I ordered from say a wayfair/staples/overstock.
Here is where they excel - there instructions for the chair were "meh". This has nothing to do with Bison, it's the manufacture. When putting together the chair, a plastic piece got stuck in the hole the chair was supposed to attach to. Turns out the hard plastic piece was supposed to be removed, but it was on the pole so tight, I assumed it stayed on (instructions had no words only pictures). I tried to get out the plastic piece zero luck. I used a knife, screwdriver and nothing! I emailed Bison Office and they replied immediately that they would assist in getting a replacement part. The next day I had some family over and I had a handy uncle fix it / remove the plastic piece for me (not sure what he did). So now the chair is able to be assembled and is perfect! It's so refreshing to receive good customer service these days which is why I'm taking time out of my day to write a review. Like me, maybe you've never heard of this company, but be rest assured they are legit and a company that apparently cares.

I purchased an exercise machine that came with scratches and gouges all over it. I sent pictures and they offered me touch up paint and a $50. Credit. In addition, there were parts that wouldn't tighten all the way. I asked for replacement parts. Instead of doing anything they told me to send it back. I already spent hours putting it together and threw the box out. So now I've got this HUGE machine in my house that is unsafe to use and damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON
