Came across this site after searching for a Techni Sport gaming chair. I searched around for reviews and at first was a little hesitant because they had some mixed reviews but noticed a lot of the complaints were from the past. So I decided to take a chance and buy from them. I will say, read all their info they have on their site about them and terms and conditions. Yes they have not so great return policy but that's if you have to cross that bridge. I bought the chair and it arrived very fast, I'd say within 5 days of purchase. Upon receiving my chair I found that one piece of the chair was broken. Outside the box it had paperwork from the company that made it that said contact them first if anything is wrong. So I took pictures and emailed the chair company. They answered back and said that they would ship me out a replacement part. Now I also contacted BisonOffice and told them what happened and sent them pictures as well. Since I contacted the manufacturer of the chair first Bison said to just keep them updated on the issue.
After all is said and done, I received my replacement part and put the chair together. It is in great condition! And I can't say nothing bad about my buying experience with BisonOffice. I think they are a middleman kind of business. So I suggest when you receive your product that you video record the box opening process just to cover all you bases. I took video and pictures just to be safe and it came in handy with my warranty process through the company. Give this company a chance! They didn't disappoint me at all.

They misrepresent products, send lesser knock off products rather than what is described and photographed. THEN, if you need to return because it's WRONG, they say YOU MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING and a restock fee! THEY sent a lesser quality, Wrong item, and expected ME to pay $800 for return! My chairs cost me almost $700.
They WILL NOT budge once they get your money. Please people, go to BBB and read these complaints. They are all VERY SIMILAR to what happened to me! I'm stuck with these chairs that cost alot for me- I can't use them. They're CHEAPLY MADE - not iron like described- NOT at all an antique gold, and you can clearly see the curved bars on the chairs I received. The chairs advertised do not have bars.
For a very long time, I have been shopping for a swivel chair with a built-in footrest. This chair ticked all my boxes and it was offered by Bison Office at the best price I could find anywhere. And shipping was free.
My chair shipped quickly along with an email link to track it's journey to my front door.
When I unpacked my new chair from the box I found that the swivel mechanism attached to the chair base had a broken spacer that caused the base to be unstable and the chair to be unable to swivel. Disappointed, I immediately emailed the supplier to request assistance and sent pictures showing the intact (undamaged) shipping box along with a picture showing the broken swivel attachment. It was obvious to me that the part was broken off before the chair was packed for shipment by the manufacturer because I found only two of the three broken pieces in the shipping box.
Bison customer service responded to my email promptly on the next business day and a replacement chair base with a properly attached swivel mechanism was received within a few days.
Replacing the base was extremely easy (6 hex bolts) and I now have the swivel chair of my dreams. I really love this chair and the interaction with the Bison Office company to get the issue resolved could not have been easier.
I would buy this chair again and without hesitation, I would buy from Bison Office again. I plan to look around to see what other furniture they have that I might need.

I received a dresser from this company. It was not manufactured correctly and therefore could not be assembled correctly. I have been conversing with their call center for over 2 weeks. I ordered a cabinet, but there were two flaws on one cabinet door when the item arrived. Immediately contacting Bison Office Customer Service, and within 20min had a reply and shortly after that some additional follow-up. That was followed by great communication until the replacement part was shipped. -- There was shipping damage to that box, and when I again, quickly contacted Bison Office Customer Service, the response time was very short. Both Evelin and Camila, the two customer service reps who replied to me, were terrific. -- Every company should have such great customer service.
Regarding the cabinet I ordered (Concepts in Wood Multi-use Storage Cabinet, 4 Shelves, Dry Oak Finish), now that I have the good replacement part and it is all assembled, I am very happy with how solid and nice it is and looks. This cabinet was purchased to replace an old, more cheaply made one that had started to fail and was nearly the same height and width, as well as being an oak finish -- and it's mostly solid wood parts. -- Do wish quality control on some parts was perhaps a little better so a replacement part would not have been needed.
Would also suggest the Bison Office consider adding magnetic catches to this cabinet to help keep the doors closed... I removed the set from my old cabinet and have added them to this one... using carpet tape so they could be removed without any damage to the cabinet. Much better,

Wrong items sent with several requests for me to take picture after picture. One week and no resolution thus far. I ordered eight outdoor patio chairs and was sent 8 cheap restaurant type of chairs - indoor chairs no less. I've sent pictures of the boxes, labels on the boxes, one of the eight incorrect chairs, and a photo of the ones I actually ordered. STILL ONE WEEK LATER AND THEY WANT ME TO REMOVE ALL OF THE CHAIRS AND SEND A PICTURE - THEN PACK THEM UP AGAIN. The boxes are falling apart. Enough is enough. It's not rocket science. Just arrange for them to be removed. I want my money back and will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DON'T ORDED ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Do not order from them. Ordered 3 items they did not deliver any of the items because of pricing error. They have yet to refund me. Terrible business. They have changed their name on Amazon 3 times.

I purchased a dining set from BisonOffice.com after canceling my order on another company's site because shipping would not occur until about a month later. Bison office shipped my dining set within a week, and it arrived way faster than the other company's timeline. When I found that the tabletop was damaged and informed them, Laura from Bisonoffice quickly reached out to me and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the shipping company they used also damaged the replacement. I requested not to have another replacement since the second damage was not as bad. Laura and the team at Bison office offered me a small refund for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their effort in making my experience better by following up, sending replacement and offering the refund. Overall, my purchase experience with Bison Office was excellent as I felt like a valued customer. I will be buying from them again since the damage was not their fault and they did their best to make it right. Great customer service, please keep it up!
First, I'd like to say that I ordered 2 0f the Product ID: ******* Royale Nightstand by Steve Silver.
This product is of top quality, heavy duty and, very sturdy. The only problem was with the chosen shipping company (Fedex), which is the absolute worse, in my opinion. One of the items were damaged in the initial shipment by the carrier. Photos were taken of the packaging and the item, sent to customer service with a description of the damage. Bison CS was very diligent in making this right and immediately shipped a replacement. The only problem turned out to be is that the replacement shipment not only made it to Fedex but was on the truck for delivery to my home and mysteriously got lost. This happened twice with two replacement shipments. Although, very frustrating, Camila in Bison CS was absolutely wonderful and hung in there through a total of three shipments of the same item and, never wavered to satisfy me, the customer. I am confident that she badgered the carrier on the last attempt to get me my product and, the third time was a charm.
I ordered a small end table which was missing a part in the shipment and they worked tirelessly to make sure the missing part was sent to me! Great customer service!
They supplied furniture for our office and it looks amazing. Comfortable chairs and cozy cubicles. We ordered additional inside delivery service and they brought it directly to our office.
My package and bed parts came damaged (cough fedex cough) and so I contacted them to help me with a return amd they were quick to respond and help me with a solution.
Answer: There is no reason to order from them. They charge a 20% restocking free for returns and make you pay return shipping. Customer Service is non-existentnt.
