Purchased a dining table from Bison Office. It shipped quickly which was a plus with the free shipping over $60. The item arrived with a slight damage but a quick email to the customer support and it was resolved quickly. I recommend taking pictures of the package prior and after opening. Evelin answered my questions quickly and got the damaged part shipped out almost immediately. Would definitely shop with them again, especially with the quick damaged part being resolved.
My husband bought me two stools in October for Christmas from Bison. A guest sat on one Christmas Day and it cracked underneath and was tipping forward. I reached out to Bison by email and was lucky enough to be connected to Daria. Within a couple of days she had researched it and offered to ship a new stool in a few days by FedEx. And did not want the other one back. She was courteous all along the way and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this company as to product selection, price and service! Susi
Make sure you keep that original torn up box it came in or you wont be able to return it. Never buy from this company unless you can afford to theow your money away. I bought it through another selling site but because of the return policy I cant return it because I dont have the original box. Like most people I throw the boxes away after opening. Never been will this company get another penny from me.
Their customer service is wonderful/ I received my lamp and it came in broken from shipment. So I email them to let them know so I took pictures and sent to show and customer service went above and beyond to help me thank you so much! I will be shopping again with y'all.
Expect the best--they will work with you to get satisfaction. Reminds me of the Amazon level of good service. Although it was my first purchase with the Bison Office team it won`t be my last. We had a little trouble with the shipper but found the best solution for everybody. Expect quick and sensitive response from Simona in customer servie She is competent and knowledgeable.
I ordered 6 dining room chairs and 4 were damaged in the first delivery. I sent pictures of the boxes and Bison sent out 4 more chairs right away. 2 were damaged in that shipment... but it looked like manufacturing. Again they send out 2 more chairs. They were so friendly, responsive and timely. I love the chairs and would definitely order from Bison again.
I ordered an office desk from Bison and was very happy with what I received. The desk was easy to assemble alone even though the suggested amount of people for the assembly was two people. All of the parts I received were in great condition, and I even got more screws than were required just in case which I thought was really helpful. The customer service team was also very helpful and understanding, as well as quick to replace the top of the desk which came a little damaged in the delivery process.
Vitas assisted my Father in a return that was questionable due to a defect unnoted at the time of delivery. The case was reviewed and approved in a very timely manner thus allowing my Father to obtain a replacement for the chair he really wanted. The customer service that I received from Bison Office was truly exceptional and helped to restore my faith in humanity. I am so grateful for their help, attention, and service. I had ordered a buffet/sideboard for my dining room, and the shipment was packaged very well. They ship FAST, via FedEx, but FedEx is very hard on boxes and one of the boxes had a very damaged corner. Bison Office responded right away to my email reporting the damage, and sent TWO REPLACEMENTS as the first was damaged during shipping as well. I didn't know that customer service like this still existed. I am so grateful. I highly recommend ordering directly from Bison Office rather than paying more to order the same item from Amazon.
Buyers beware! Do not buy from these people. They do not return. I was sent a completely destroyed bathroom vanity that i paid $750 for. They would not take it back. They said the best they can do is refund $200. Horrible horrible company! I will never do business with these people.

I purchased a couple of end tables from Bison Office on Amazon and received them in a timely manner. Unfortunately one of the tables had a problem with it and I needed to return it. Nadia with Customer Service at Bison was very helpful and understanding and refunded me for the table. Bison Office was pleasant to work with and I would order from them again.
Bought 2 expensive items, tried to cancel item #1 before it was shipped but they said they couldnt find my order, so 2 hours later i get am email saying item #1 was shipped. Then item #2 arrived totally broken so now it is in transit back to them. Item #1 was returned to them today. I got a confirmation and signature verification from FedEx that shows they received the item back, but i called them and they said they did not get it, and they can not find the order. WHAT? Then i was sent another email saying i would have to pay a re-stocking fee, and a return shipping fee for item #1. They claim they didnt receive it back but i have to pay that? Makes no sense. I purchased these through Walmart. Com, and i have already contacted Walmart to let them know what is going on with this crooked seller. Hopefully Walmart will drop them from their site. Meanwhile i am out $1700 :/

I purchased a product that didn't meet the manufacturers specification. Bison stepped in and made it right. While I was displeased with the product, this was not Bison's fault. I would highly recommend doing with Bison not because everything went well, but more importantly, when it didn't go well, they made it right.
Merchant website product landing page misrepresents the item. Even tho I called Bison prior to ordering and confirmed the product, the manufacturer now states that Bison's description is not correct.
Merchant Bison charged me $69 for oversize-product freight delivery, WITH DELIVERY APPOINTMENT to be scheduled by carrier.
Oversized product mis-shipped by mfgr to OH instead of SC. When I notified Bison of errors in transport and increased risk of damage, they told me to return item at their expense, if it arrives damaged.
Package dropped off by carrier, no appointment made - no one contacted me.
Now, I'm stuck with useless, damaged product that Bison refuses to pick up. Even after sending 14 pics of all damage to product and pkging, the CS rep says that the damage is "very minimal."
I do not want partial refund. I want full refund, including shipping in and out. Too bad me. Three++ hrs wasted on Bison's errors. Very poor customer service. Multiple misrepresentations.

I ordered a metal and glass coffee table set from the company and one of the pieces arrived broken. I called the company to inform them and they informed me that the piece was on back order. I told them that I needed it for my Airbnb and that I had a guess checking in a few days. The representative said she would just send out a new set and just take the part that I needed. I ended up getting the new set in time for my guest. I'm a very happy customer and would definitely do business with them in the future.
Their exchange process is total BS! I will be telling everyone I know how shady this company is. I purchased something from them that many of my friends also wanted to buy but I will be referring them to another company instead.
I placed an order for two desks. They arrived and after opening one of the packages we noticed the top of one of the desks had a crack in the laminate. I contacted customer service and I was extremely pleased with the ease of reporting the damage and receiving the replacement piece. I love both desks and because of their exceptional customer service I am purchasing another one through them. It pays to take good care of your customers because it will keep them coming back if they know they are treated with care and concern. Thank you!!
I ordered mailboxes from Bison Office. The shipment was delivered ahead of the estimated date. Unfortunately the wrong color was sent. The folks as Bison Office resolved the issue quickly and shipped out replacements before I had time to send back the first shipment.
What a great company to order from. Our rugs we ordered come in a different color than we thought. I was ready to send them back and find what we needed. But this great company is giving us our money back and letting keep them to donate! Awesome
Answer: There is no reason to order from them. They charge a 20% restocking free for returns and make you pay return shipping. Customer Service is non-existentnt.
