Bought 2 expensive items, tried to cancel item #1 before it was shipped but they said they couldnt find my order, so 2 hours later i get am email saying item #1 was shipped. Then item #2 arrived totally broken so now it is in transit back to them. Item #1 was returned to them today. I got a confirmation and signature verification from FedEx that shows they received the item back, but i called them and they said they did not get it, and they can not find the order. WHAT? Then i was sent another email saying i would have to pay a re-stocking fee, and a return shipping fee for item #1. They claim they didnt receive it back but i have to pay that? Makes no sense. I purchased these through Walmart. Com, and i have already contacted Walmart to let them know what is going on with this crooked seller. Hopefully Walmart will drop them from their site. Meanwhile i am out $1700 :/
