It's likely you can find your product through any other store and I would say do that if you do not want the headache of a return. I used a link to purchase a table. I only realized it was the wrong color when it was sent (not sure how that happened considering I bought the same table a year ago through them with that link) and refused delivery. Now I'm being charged delivery plus a restocking fee that has taken forever to figure out! Save your money and headache and go through a different store.

Good customer service

I ordered a replacement canopy for my Sun Joy gazebo. Unfortunately I received the wrong one. It was learned that Sun Joy made 2 different gazebos with the same exact item number. Bison Office did not have the one I needed so they were willing to allow me to return it. They did waive the re-stocking fee but I still had to pay shipping costs for the return. Over all they were a good company to deal with and the customer service representative named Lucas who I dealt with was great.

Bought a couple end tables from them to match my bedroom set. They were shipped fast and arrived in mint condition. I had a couple questions and they were answered within a few hours each time I emailed their customer service team.

The chairs I ordered, (40) of them to be exact, have had little to no use, and support will ask you questions in an effort to find a way not to warranty your product. Screws will rust and bottom levelers will fall off of chairs. I would not suggest ordering the Lancaster Bar Stool. Customer service could have easily rectified the problem but they found a way out of replacing it and did not honor their warranty!

I always say the true test of a company is how they handle a problem. I had ordered a small Forza folding table that arrived incorrectly assembled by the manufacturer. I contacted Bison Office, and they promptly replaced the defective table. It was a pleasure working with Gabriele in their customer service department.

I purchased four pieces of Sauder Furniture to decorate my new office. The items all arrived in perfect condition, but one piece was missing. Bison Furniture immediately started researching the issue and located the missing item. It was shipped out immediately and Bison continually updated me on the status. My office looks so beautiful and I love the furniture.

I ordered the bunkbeds slide as a Christmas present. It was received very quickly. I am impressed with the quality. I ordered two extra slides mistakingly. Accompanies customer service person was exceptional and assisted me throughout the entire return processes including wishing me a nice holiday. I could not of asked for a better experience!

Recently purchased a beautiful piece of furniture from Bison that had slight damage to piece... I reached out to them to make them aware of it and they were absolutely fantastic in there response. They offered to take the item back and apologized for damage.My wife and I decided to keep the piece and repair the damage... they then gave us a fair discount on the item for our troubles. INTEGRITY. Will not hesitate to purchase in the future.

Refund with no hassle

I bought an outdoor Shed warehouse for the garden. The Shed came with an open box and with damage to some of the bins and a lack of part. I called the company and after showing them the damage in the pictures and asked them to just send the missing part because the rest I had already installed and straightened the tin, the part somehow delayed and the product was not to my satisfaction and asked to return, and they immediately responded to my request and returned the full price. Well done to their customer service who was in touch all the time and made sure I was happy with the solution.

Amazing service!

Amazing service! I had an issue with a piece of the Martin Twin over Twin Bunk Bed Arched Design - Sea Foam that I purchased and I had zero problem not only reaching customer service quickly but also getting a new piece shipped out ASAP. Also, the quality of the final product is outstanding. This is the best experience that I have had with any company in quite some time. I would highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a tv stand from this company and was very happy with the purchase aside from a defect one of the doors came with. I contacted customer service via email and they got back to me within minutes! They helped me get a replacement door and it came in the mail super fast. I couldn't recommend this company enough. I'm a very happy customer.

Very pleased with Bison Office... the 6.5 ft Northlight little river fir Christmas Tree and the price match. Excellent item, price and service. The tree is VERY realistic. Quick shipping. They price matched a large retailer. Great experience shopping with them all around.

Bison doesn't stand by description of product

I recieved my order from Bison that stated chair was pastel blue and I have attached picture from Bison Furniture also showed a blue chair was in the box. Upon opening box picture attached the chair was gray in color and clearly not what was advertised.
Bison refused to accept a return unless I paid shipping and a restocking fee of 15%.I sent pictures that clearly showed the color was not blue as picture and Bison add stated The cost for shipping the chair back cost me $252 plus a $70 restocking fee that Bison charged for not standing by their advertised product for a grand total of $322. What a scam!
I would advise to never purchase any item from this company, Bison clearly will not stand by advertised products.
I will continue to write reviews hoping to help anyone else to not be ripped off by Bison as well.

I purchased chair through houzz. When my renovation was done I took the chairs out the box and I had to put the legs on. The legs were uneven. The company couldn't not replace the uneven legs. A chair now broke that isn't even used much plus we r not heavy people. This company will not stand bye the dangerous chairs. I can't sell or even give them away.
Terrible company.
I am sorry I sold my other chair I bought from pier one 8 yrs ago.
Bison company doesn't deserve to be in business

Be sure to view your product as soon as it arrives. They only provided a one week window for returns or exchanges. One filing cabinet had a dent in the corner. The other had a problem with the locking mechanism.

I had a concern with an order I placed (futon). I wasn't too confident I would get a resolution. However, Bison Office's customer support is fantastic! They responded quickly and honestly. Their response time was fast, compared to other online companies I have dealt with. Additionally, their price was the best I found. Great price with outstanding customer service

Terrible experience

We ordered a desk and we received it with a cracked panel. The company refused to take it back or give a refund since it was outside of their 7 day window. We provided proof that I had brain surgery so Chris' priority was to take care of me and not build a desk and they didn't care. Terrible company.

Seems a bit shady
August 30, 2022

I read the reviews here and BBB(lots of complaints) after ordering a console table. I tried to find the location for the company and it's pretty well hidden. One complaint was they told customers their payment method aka credit card wasn't good and didn't go through and to pay through PayPal or Amazon pay. Complaints stated when they tried to get a legit refund they weren't refunded shipping return costs. 4 hours after placing my order I received "that" email. When I checked my card it had charged the amount but credited it back. I just replied and stated I'd take my business elsewhere. Buy beware. And this company is located in Chicago IL

Purchased a dining table from Bison Office. It shipped quickly which was a plus with the free shipping over $60. The item arrived with a slight damage but a quick email to the customer support and it was resolved quickly. I recommend taking pictures of the package prior and after opening. Evelin answered my questions quickly and got the damaged part shipped out almost immediately. Would definitely shop with them again, especially with the quick damaged part being resolved.
