I think that you can't find a better place if you need some accessories for your bicycle or some products for maintenance. I always order degreasers, chain lubes, sealants and other similar products here. You can order drivetrains, cranksets or transmissions for example too. The prices here can be very appealing.
This is my first time ordering from bikeinn.com (parent company is tradeinn) and my experience is awful. 2 weeks after making the order I have not received it. After 2 weeks the tracking says "Goods damaged during transport" and are being returned to warehouse? But the goods are tires, how can they be damaged during transport? Contacted Customer service via different channels and they were not helpful. They told me I will need to make a new purchase after the goods are being returned to warehouse...but how can you be sure it is not a scam and how long it would take, another 2 weeks to go back and 2 weeks for delivery? I do not recommend ordering from this site!

Since then still waiting after more than 1 month.
Customer service keeps replying that they are looking into the matters and nothing changed.
Tracking shows that item is still in PostNL.
Really upset and for sure will stay away from making purchases from them in future.
I ordered an Ergon All Road setback split seatpost from BikeInn and paid 225.00 shipped, roughly the same cost as a new post on sale in the states, but availability at that price is limited here. The post shipped promptly and arrived a couple of days after tracking stated it would.
I unboxed the post and was shocked to see that it was clearly used; it had insertion marks running up the carbon and the carbon paste had already been installed between the two halves and looked congealed and old. The post works fine but was not advertised as used. No response from BikeInn. Potential buyers be aware of this practice with this company.

They take your money, something gets picked up by a carrier, then it disappears and never shows up. I've contacted them numerous times and they want me to "be patient" even though shipment tracking has had no updates for weeks.

My Campagnolo 10S Left Lever was so poorly packed for shipping that it was damaged during the shipping. The shipping packing by BikeInn is generally very poor compared to other retailers by this was exceptionally poor.
This mskes me feel like never buying anything from BikeInn again.

Also 8 weeks to ship parts is not acceptable and selling parts you dont actually have in stock is illegal in Australia.

They advertise that they have parts that they don't actually have in stock. It can take up to 8-10 weeks for them to get the parts they sold to you after taking your money before they can even confirm they can get the parts.

Ordered $150 in items that never came; wouldn't refund my money because they said my request came too late, despite the tracking info for both items showing they were ordered, paid for, but NEVER received. AWFUL, AWFUL company to do business with.

Items shipped wrapped in flimsy makeshift corrugated paper. Company has not accepted responsibility for poor packing, instead blames their chosen shipper. Absolutely atrocious customer service for international orders.
The delivery took over 2 weeks to arrive. The product didn't fit my bike. To return, Bikeinn wanted "postage" that was more than the product itself. They should refrain from selling to USA and having returns back to Spain. I should have read the reviews - 85% receive 1 star our to 247 reviews. That says something serious about this companies business practice. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered 2 bicycle tyres, a Vittoria Mezcal TNT and a Vittoria Mezcal TNT ( the TNE refers to a reinforced sidewall which is less prone to tears). The 2 tyres I received were the inferior XC trail versions. I feel like I have been ripped off!

Been more than 50 days waiting on my order to arrive. BikeINN customer service is horrible and continues to refuse to refund my credit card. Please read all the 1 star reviews on Google to see that my experience is common with this company. They now have replied to my other reviews saying they want to make it right but then just gave me the same excuses. Buyer beware - shop elsewhere or expect to be ripped off.

I received my product broken. They ship world wide however if you have any issue with your product - IE its broken - they will not pay for the RETURN - which will cost you over $78
This insures that they are not accountable for what they sell and take on virtually no responsibility for customer service.

Wanted to buy two 26" Road Tires but no PSI rating was shown on the website. I then submitted a question about the pressure rating and after more than 24 hours had no response.
The pressure rating of a tire is BASIC information that ANY rider concerned about performance would want to know. I don't understand why Bikeinn would try to sell a tire without that information.
Fortunately I found the same tires on Amazon with the complete information and so ordered from them.
My order arrived sealed in the shipment package, upon opening no product was inside other than an empty manufacturers package. Contacted them immediately and included pictures, the response was basically for me to send pictures of the unopened shipment package. Explained to them that I did not take any pictures since it was an undamaged shipment. I requested that they send me a picture of the product inside prior to leaving the facility which they could not produce. Didn't receive any refund or proper response.

Order from a reputable company which is not based in a European country as getting any legal involvement is costly and difficult to accomplish in the event you have lost money. Research prior to ordering anything, direct contact via phone is not achievable, emails go unanswered and the online submittal is basically a simple way of avoidance.
I wish I have not ordered anything from this store, my story begins with a bike saddle and choosing Australia Post delivery option ($32) that was a promise to deliver my order within a maximum of 10 business days. Today it's 20 business days and the shipment has not arrived, the tracking information shows it is still in transit and hasn't arrived to SYDNEY airport.
The customer service team is helpless and doesn't provide any kind of support, I wish I haven't ordered from this store and I don't know what to do.

Will not buy in this shop anymore. I both this Fox Dust Wiper Seal 34mm kIt and inside the kit is a 32mm kit. The package is wrongly packed. Now I cannot do anything with item and request for replacemen whicht is declined because of the delays which in fact they shipped the item very delayed as well. I usually order parts in your shop. Because of this, your products cannot be trusted. Sorry but I've no more interest in buying in this shop. I will also warn my mates in this incident.

I have ordered from here two times. I will agree…. Shipping took way longer to California, USA than was advertised. It actually took between 2 & 4 weeks to receive my order. After knowing that it would probably take that long the second time around was not a big deal. They have the lowest prices on the internet. The product plus shipping expenses were less than anyone else's asking price. Yes shipping took way longer than stated.

I ordered an Osprey Katari hydration pack which is supposed to include the hydration bladder/reservoir but the packaged product didn't include a reservoir. Customer service was of absolutely no help - I've received neither a refund nor did they sent the missing reservoir. I've ended up buying the reservoir from Amazon at a cost approaching the total of what I had paid Bikeinn for what was supposed to include both the pack and reservoir. It turns out that the manufacturer had made a running change to discontinue including the bladder, but the marketing description used by bikeinn did not change nor did the documentation pamphlet attached to the product itself. For just the bag without a reservoir, the price ended up being more expensive than just buying locally.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Still waiting for my order. Eventually managed to find their contact email which was hidden under layers of nonsense. Made no difference, they haven't bothered to reply. Unsure how they are rating 4. Something on Trustpilot with so many reviews with the same experience and outcome …… no parcel, no refund! Crooks-shop elsewhere.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews on sitejabber before doing business with bikeinn. I have no idea how they are 4.5 star rated on "verified reviews"? It took 5 weeks to receive my order. I googled "bike parts Canada" and was directed to bikeinn. It was only when I used the tracking number that I realized bikeinn is a Netherlands-based company. The international duty fees were a surprise extra cost.

I ordered a frame that cost 3000 euros. On the bikeinn website there were different sizes than on the manufacturer's website. Bikeinn could not explain which size would be appropriate. For a week the status of the order did not change, so I wrote to bikeinn support. They replied that they did not know when the frame would be. I asked bikeinn to ask the frame seller if this frame is available. I got the answer that nothing is known, I can wait as long as I want or cancel the order. Never again bikeinn.
I ordered a watch, and it took over 4 months for me to not only NOT receive my product, but to finally get my money refunded - without any kind of apology. I sent 10 emails and requests to get updates, information and progress with my order, with extremely dissatisfying replies each time.
My watch was lost in transit, I get it, it happens. But the customer service I received with the tracking and refund process was terrible. I will never buy from here again, I don't care how much cheaper the product was.
