I wish I had read the reviews before I paid over €250 for a sports watch. Paid express postage and still waiting. The excuse "our carrier will be contacted." Nothing to do with the carrier, they just don't have the stock and it will take months to get your money back if ever. Shocking!
My order arrived sealed in the shipment package, upon opening no product was inside other than an empty manufacturers package. Contacted them immediately and included pictures, the response was basically for me to send pictures of the unopened shipment package. Explained to them that I did not take any pictures since it was an undamaged shipment. I requested that they send me a picture of the product inside prior to leaving the facility which they could not produce. Didn't receive any refund or proper response.
It has been very frustrating trying to return a cycle jacket which was the wrong size. It was in the first place not obvious that I ordered a women size M on their website upon check out. Secondly, sending it back from NZ cost me a fortune in postage only to be held up at Spanish customs.
They are very slow in responding to your queries and there is no telephone number which I could find to speak to someone other than going through an web-based message service which doesn't keep track or sorts the discussion line. I'm still waiting to be refunded and my original credit card has now expired, who knows where my refund is going to end up.
This site lists bike items (shifters etc) as in stock whilst in reality they just take your order, your money and then proceed to order with the manufacturer or a 3rd party supplier. Often telling you after weeks and weeks of waiting that "unfortunately the item is out of stock" Refund yes, but weeks-moths of time wasted
Utter rubbish online retailer
I bought a front baby seat for my bike, even though it said to arrive with different brackets to accommodate different size bars, it totally didn't fit my (very standard!) bike. When I tried to resolve the problem with them I was stuffed around like crazy. Different people emailing me, talking in circles, from 'give us 3 days to get back to you' to 'we need photos' (which I sent them multiple times!), to ' woops, the time for a refund or return has expired'.
I honestly spent houuurs trying to communicate with them, but to no avail. I am left with a useless bike seat that cost me $170 (because delivery was almost as much as the actual price, nearly doubling the cost!). Can't even sell it because doesn't fit a standard bike. Total and absolute rip off! And no way to communicate with them. DO NOT BUY!
I'm prepared to give Bikeinn more stars... if I ever get the grips I ordered on May 4. It's now been over 3 weeks and they haven't arrived. I realize the parts were shipped from Spain, but the last entry in the tracking app was on May 17... "The consignment has arrived in the country of destination." I'm skeptical that the US Postal Service needs 11 days to get the package to me.
Sadly, after further investigation of Bikeinn, I see their "5-star" rating is about 4%.
I'll revise my review if I receive the parts by June 4.

I ordered a poc thigh protector at the beginning of August... It was sent and then last v tracking number is from August 26, sitting in customs. Now almost 3 months ago. The package is either lost or held up, but neither is my fault. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they refuse. They said they won't give me refund until package returned them. So I am responsible for their faulty shipping? Totally ridiculous, they are stealing my money
Bike inn mis-labelled the item so it never arrived and refuse to give a refund. I have emailed about 30 times with no effect and their Chat function is useless - the people do not answer any questions or progress the refund
I would be wary of dealing with this company. I placed an order for a tyre (*******) six weeks ago and am still waiting. The only time I managed to contact them on live chat (a service which no longer seems to be available) the response was simply that "the order is delayed". They are based in Spain and there is no telephone number or easy way of contacting them. I did find an email address at one point (over a week ago), sent an email but got no reply.
So - customer service is dreadful, and there seems to be no means of redress if things go wrong.
I ordered bike cleaner in Australia which was seized at Dutch border. They made it look like i was purchasing from within Australia so now they are refusing a refund and not replying to any of my emails. Seems like I have no protection except expensive legal action. Buy local!
Unfortunately, delivery dates presented together with the products are not trustworthy, in my case it was 4 days later than initial estimated date of delivery. After escalation I've got information that I'm responsible to take in to consideration all possible problems with delivery on the way, because it can significantly extend time needed to deliver it to me. Finally the customer support just let me know that they don't guarantee the dates, without any words like 'sorry for the situation' ect.
Bought a Quark power meter from Bikeinn back in March. Unfortunately it was not compatible with my bike so had to return. Paid over £11 to return using their suggested return process (Royal Mail tracked returns). Even though the initial delivery only took about a week they maintain it takes 3/4 weeks to return, it has now been well over 5 weeks and they claim they have not received it so cannot refund until they do. The Royal Mail track and trace reports that the parcel was delivered on 9th April! They have had over £500 of my money for over 2 months! Will not be using them again and advise others to think twice.
Would give zero stars if it were possible. Bought bike bottle cages and bottles, one of the bottles faulty, that's where the dodging and weaving begin by their shocking customer service. They make it so difficult, you just give up in the end. Won't buy from them ever again.
Been waiting almost a month for my tires and customer service is not great. They keep telling me to be patient, but I will never order from them again. Go to "Chain Reaction" or someone else. With the shipping cost, it would have been better to order elsewhere. I'm going on a bike tour and can't wait, so ordered from "Nashbar" two days ago and will get my product within five days. Bike Inn needs to go out of business. Go elsewhere and stay away from Bike inn!
Great price lured me in but the shipping time is a joke. Ordered on 9/20 and still not here on 10/12.
You go to tracking and it is open ended with no definitive answer. Have emailed twice with no response, then finally went to the site today for a more direct email. This company is crap. Stay away...
Ordering a Giro helmet padding replacement I selected from their product pictures the exact type I needed (first picture = screenshot). I received a generic, simplified version of a helmet padding instead (second picture which also includes the original Giro part to repalce). When contacting Bikeinn, I was told that their product pictures are 'just the kind of product' they sell, and that my order was correct. They asked me to return the padding by DHL (shipping costs more than product price) if I wanted a refund. Stay away from these scam artists. Seller without any regards for clients
This company is a scam.
My order never arrived and the Customer Services only gives standard answers: on the way/ at your post office.
Through another tracking company, I found out that my order had been sent to another country and re-directed, never to be heard of again. From then on there's no more follow up or any action from them.
Don't expect any refund. Stay away from them.
I purchased an item over two months ago. Their tracking shows it has been in the Netherlands for 8 weeks which is strange because they are a Spanish company shipping to the US.
I think they are just an internet scam that takes your money and then says your item is lost in shipping.
Don't ever buy anything from this company you won't receive what you paid for.
Horrible service desk. Shipping is slow and never deliver. Claimed i have my own address incorrect but on their invoice my address correctly stated. Stocks (masks) never actually came nor delivered. I have waited for months them. If they dont have it, can just advise and refund. No need to waste my time.
The absolute worst. Ordered on 12/8, item is still not in the US. They did not make it clear that your order will be shipped from Spain on the web site. Prices are US$ and no mention of serious shipping delays due to international shipping. They also take days to respond to your questions. Never again.
Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
