Ordered Dainese Knee pads on 5/09/20, they sent Elbow pads, contacted them for a return, ignored and the website return message not updated for over a week.
This is an absolutely useless company, buy locally and save yourself the hassle and frustration of dealing with a company who dont give a $#*! about customers.

Beware they send the wrong items!

I purchased two bike tires from their website based on the description and picture. They did not have the model number listed and did not provide me one in my confirmation. When they were delivered they were the wrong model. When I contacted them they said that it was the correct tire even though they still had the wrong model. I even sent them links and pictures from the manufactures website. They took no responsibility and wanted my to pay for international shipping for the return of the tires. I will never buy from them again they are not a professional organization.

They cheat
April 13, 2022

Ordered a men's medium jacket. The website was in us $ with no sizing sheet. When it arrived (very late) it was a small. Tried to return it. Customer service kept on asking for information I already provided. Finally they said a men's us small is a European medium and they wouldn't provide a prepaid return label. Called my credit card company and began a dispute.

Ordered a pair of size 11 xero sandals. They sent me size 10, and like other reviews here, I waited forever to get the item (sitting in the dutch mail forever and was told that they were sitting in customs in Japan, which was not true). When I asked for a refund, I was told to log in and lodge a claim, which I did... again 3 weeks back and forth... then they finally said they sent the right order. I ended up selling the sandals for 20% less than I bought them on ebay. This site and all the affiliated sites are clearly dodgy.

So placed and order and 4 weeks later it turns up with half the order missing. Tried to contact them tried to chat online with them and nothing. They did send a couple of other small items, (maybe they thought these would makeup for not supplying all the order) or maybe these are instead of what i ordered. Either way stay away, O by the way it was cheap and i suppose you get what you pay for.

Bikeinn Order ******* placed 24 March 22 (now 2 July). The last 3+ months have had multiple emails (mostly bot or template responses), punctuated by odd requests to fill out a form (where bikeinn had all the details anyway) and stating they were following up before I could get refund, when I have not asked for refund: rather I was wanting delivery. Unfortunately I saw all the poor reviews of bikeinn/tradeinn after ordering. Perhaps with this review there will be some action?

Non responsive and did not present themselves as foreign company. Avoid at all cost. Ordered in mid may... now early June and no word on estimated arrival. When I first looked to order it said my delivery date was THAT SAME WEEK.

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. BikeInn are just absolute liars. They are a cheap dropshipper that does not carry stock, despite what their website says. I placed an order for an "In Stock" item with 3 weeks delivery. After placing the order they quietly changed the delivery from 21 Feb to 9 Jul. No email or notification whatsoever. When I asked why they stated that their supplier SRAM have changed their delivery date - a clear admission that they were not carrying the stock at all. If that was not bad enough, I then had to endure the typical (and meaningless) templated customer service responses that ignore the questions raised and indicate that they have no intention of taking responsibility for the issue. Just another dishonest dropshipper wasting peoples time. The sooner the equipment suppliers drop this company the better the cycling world will be.

No delivery
June 3, 2020

Its been 6 weeks since I ordered a pair of bike shoes. Should have checked on their reputation. They give lame excuses like COVID19 etc but my other order, made 3 weeks after the one to Bikeinn, also from a UK seller came in 2 weeks! I have raised a dispute to Paypal... hopefully get my money back!

I ordered a brooks saddle and the wrong one was sent after 3 weeks, so ok these things happen. I sent a photo of the saddle I ordered and the one received and competed the return form, that is where the problems started. I keep getting requests to send more photos and receive apologies for the delay. Now my requests for a status are just ignored. The chat just cuts off and any issues you try to flag on trust pilot they just have removed. They do not send you a return address on packaging and an audit trail of your follow ups on their website disappear. They do not accept returns to be careful using this reseller 5Aug20 and still no reply.

Ordered a bday gift for a friend on October 14. As of 11/6, I'm being told it hasn't even reached our country yet, despite an expected delivery date of 10/28! I tried to get help from customer service chat and had to wait 10 mins before even getting to interact. Then, when requesting a refund for the ridiculous wait for my package (no idea when it will actually arrive), I was told the only thing they could give me was a coupon toward my next purchase. Are you kidding? Do you think i will ever order from this place again?! So, I am left with no bday gift for my friend, a promise of delivery unfulfilled, and no attempt from the seller to provide me with meaningful compensation for the trouble. Absolutely a poorly run organization.

Legit & fast shipping to VT

I ordered 2 Vittoria Rubino Pro Control tires from this site on the 14th of Sept 2022. I recieved exactly that on 9/22/22. Could not be more pleased. Will be looking to Bikeinn for my cycling needs in the future.

First of all you are forced to sign into your account to order and cannot proceed as a guest like any other online store. The chat bot to enquire about your order answers in french even when the site is in English and no one answers your emails.

! WARNING!
November 22, 2019

WARNING: Placing products to be "in stock", but can't deliver them. No notice or any kind of information of delayed products and the worst costumer service ever! From order to delivery it took 3 weeks instead the promised 1 week.
Waiting in chats for ages until you get through and I didn't even get the money back for the not delivered products they didn't have in stock even they were "ready to ship"!

Pay the few bugs more and buy local!

Anal Rape!

I was once raped, but that guy had the courtesy of using lube before he $#*!ed me hard! This place didn't even extend me that much …they went in totally dry, and i had to pay them for the pleasure. Wish I would have seen this thread before I placed my order. Waited over a month for a saddle, to be updated occasionally that it was " in transit ". Today I was alerted that my address was "
Non existent " despite being there since 1945, and my order was returned. I have had fairly good luck with ordering things online …but my luck finally ran out. I sincerly hope they enjoy that $100 …. Amd I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to even consider this sham outfit. I only gave a 1 star review because I couldn't give less.

I ordered $111.75 worth of Shimano brake pads that never arrived at my Denver area home. The US Postal service says the pads were delivered. They simply were not. It may be the fault of the USPS, but as I had not purchased any insurance for the overseas product (who does?), USPS was not going to provide a refund. But BikeInn does not offer any sympathy, as one can never talk to a human. An automated email response is all you'll ever get. And it is never sufficient in answering your questions. BikeInn's customer service is as bad as it gets.

Huge disappointment

Plead read the reviews about this store before buying from them. I wish I had. I didn't and now I regret buying a bike from them.
I ordered a bike from them. It said that delivery would be between 5 and 7 days. It's been weeks now and still no bike. I contacted them and they keep giving me vague answers as to when I will recibe my bike.
This is a company based in Europe, but there's no mention of that in their website. I only learned about that when I received the tracking information. I live the US. But even after giving them my delivery address they still said delivery would be between 5 to 7 days.
They have misleading information in their web site. And still even after complains they still don't correct that information.
This has been a huge disappointment. I bought the bike for my daughter's 4th birthday. She didn't have her present on her birthday. And all they tell me is please be patient your bike is in transit.

Horrible business

I purchased cycling shoes and cleats from this business. The cycling shoes came without the external plate to secure the cleats. I emailed 4 times and there is no response. They have no phone number so I have no way to get in touch with them. What kind of reputable business has no phone number? They are frauds.

I ordered 3 items from bikeinn at a cost of approx. $650. I read the reviews on site jabber AFTER I submitted my order and worried I might have made a mistake. There were so many bad reviews, esp concerning delivery and refunds. I hoped for the best and was pleasantly surprised to receive my items beautifully packaged and intact during the specified delivery dates. Everything is in great condition. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be a return customer.

Ordered a pair of pedals from BikeINN. They never came in. I placed my order about two months ago and would be still waiting if I wouldn't have cancelled it.
They took the money and after that they just straight up told me that the pedals were not, in fact, in stock. They told me I will have to wait for a restock. Careful! Their "in stock" thing is not always real.
The customer support is non existent by the way, as you're only talking to a bot really. I asked for a refund and, after 4 days, still nothing.
Overall a pretty nasty experience and I would strongly recommend you not to buy from them. I know the prices seem very good and that's awesome but they really are not professionals nor do they listen to you.
