They are shipping from Spain and got my parcel blocked at the customs for over 2 months. They don't intend to refund. But ask me to gently wait for another 3 weeks to fill a claim for the transport company.

So no refund, no part and a lot of time spent. Crazy. It is the worst purchasing experience I had purchasing online for more than 20 years.

I paid extra for expedited delivery (1-2 working days). It has been nearly 4 weeks and still i have not received my order. I get automated responses from them when i try to chase the delivery and their "customer service" team seems to have stopped replying.
I ordered a chain ring for my bicycle was supposed to take 1-2 weeks to delivery. Ended up taking 19 days to arrive. In addition upon mounting I realized the chain would be tight in some spots and loose in other. Turns out the chain ring holes weren't at all consistent. Will not be ordering from them again and wouldn't recommend.
Ordered a pair of pedals from BikeINN. They never came in. I placed my order about two months ago and would be still waiting if I wouldn't have cancelled it.
They took the money and after that they just straight up told me that the pedals were not, in fact, in stock. They told me I will have to wait for a restock. Careful! Their "in stock" thing is not always real.
The customer support is non existent by the way, as you're only talking to a bot really. I asked for a refund and, after 4 days, still nothing.
Overall a pretty nasty experience and I would strongly recommend you not to buy from them. I know the prices seem very good and that's awesome but they really are not professionals nor do they listen to you.
I ordered a poc thigh protector at the beginning of August... It was sent and then last v tracking number is from August 26, sitting in customs. Now almost 3 months ago. The package is either lost or held up, but neither is my fault. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they refuse. They said they won't give me refund until package returned them. So I am responsible for their faulty shipping? Totally ridiculous, they are stealing my money
I was still charged for express delivery when the items weren't sent until the day after they were supposed to arrive, followed up by a complete refusal to even accept the question of refunding the postage - instead only telling me that the items were on their way.
Unfortunately, one of the items needed to be returned. As I don't have access to a printer I am now over a week into trying to get an address to send it back to. Their advice for when you don't have access to a printer for returns is a fundamentally unhelpful "get access to a printer" and a chat bot response that cycles through "I'll have to pass you to a human", "Did we resolve your issue?" and "What did you want again?"

This tyre was purchased on 17th of July 2021 and I'm still awaiting delivery. The item was showing IN STOCK at the time of purchase.
I have contacted them on numerous occasions and been told there has been a delay to the warehouse. A 4 month delay. Seriously?
I purchased the same tyre from another bike shop albeit a little more expensive and this was delivered a few days later.
I haven't cancelled this yet as it's a little funny now and I'm wanting to see how long it takes to get delivered or they admit defeat.
The tyre is still showing delivery in 2 more weeks but this changes daily and is always 2 weeks from the day you log onto your account.
They do respond to my emails, but don't answer all my questions such as what does in stock actually mean? Where is the tyre at the moment. Why is there a delay?
I'm aware covid, Brexit and Ever Green getting stuck had implications, but not like this especially when it's in stock. Having the raw materials and knowing the company who makes the tyre, does that mean in stock nowadays.
Anyway please be aware if you need something sharpish and it's showing in stock on this companies site... That could mean anything. Be aware.
I wish I had read the reviews before I paid over €250 for a sports watch. Paid express postage and still waiting. The excuse "our carrier will be contacted." Nothing to do with the carrier, they just don't have the stock and it will take months to get your money back if ever. Shocking!

I've ordered several packaged without a problem. The last package showed where they lack customer service.
I ordered a garment that, if they bothered to look at, was damaged. I sent a request for a return for the price and shipping I paid. They respond but its all too generic. They took 2 weeks to respond and they never legitimately answered my specific questions. It's like your messaging a bot. I have also requested they send me a voucher instead of reimbursing me. No. They tried to reimburse me a portion of the money I paid if I kept the wrong sized and damaged garment. What the fudge? Why would anyone keep something that is sized incorrectly and damaged? They are just sending me the money back for the item. Not the shipping I paid. Just the item. It's a bit ridiculous if you as me. Now if I want the item undamaged I have to pay shipping again. Not good customer service at all. It is also very frustrating that I feel like I am talking to a bot. There customer service is similar feces. This company obviously doesn't value its customer base.

The bicycle tires I ordered were suppose to arrive in a week. One month later no product and seller has not responded to any emails. I think they are happy to keep the money from anyone who does not contest the purchase.

Bikeinn просто создали запрос на услуги почты! Я месяц жду и слышу от них что посылка в пути но они даже не отдали ее на почту.
Bikeinn обманывает людей. Обещают что я получу посылку через неделю а в итоге я жду месяц и они продолжают мне врать и делаете вид что все хорошо. Но это полная ложь.
А когда вы попросите вернуть их деньги мне сказали что это невозможно потому что посылка якоба уже в пути.

Bought a set of tires. After more then three weeks they only delivered one tire.
Contacted them several times and after another week they say both tires sent. It is not their problem anymore and so no refund or second tire for me.
The add said delivery by June 25th. I finally got the package July 23rd. Actually I am relieved to know they actually shipped the bike tires. I still intend to watch my credit card to ensure my card number was not harvested. Do not order from bikeinn.com unless you can wait forever for delivery. They blame customs, and they seem oblivious to not meeting the delivery date that they advertise.
I would be wary of dealing with this company. I placed an order for a tyre (*******) six weeks ago and am still waiting. The only time I managed to contact them on live chat (a service which no longer seems to be available) the response was simply that "the order is delayed". They are based in Spain and there is no telephone number or easy way of contacting them. I did find an email address at one point (over a week ago), sent an email but got no reply.
So - customer service is dreadful, and there seems to be no means of redress if things go wrong.
It stated 2 day delivery before I paid - but it's day 20 and they haven't responded to 3 emails. I paid more for the rack to not have to drive downtown - but it was not worth it. The tracking info from my order stopped updating 16 days ago - so they seem like a scam website to me. Their ordering process needs to give you more realistic shipping estimates, and tracking information that doesn't update for 16 days straight is absurd.
Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
