I purchased some shoes and socks. They sent me Snowboard pants instead. I contacted customer support and was advised to follow automated returns process. Before I did this I asked the question about when I would get my original order, No response I contacted them by Email and the automated thread on their returns page. After a day with no reply I return the items them tried again to find out when I would get my original correct order I was just referred t the auto thread on the returns page. Eventually I was informed that I would not receive my original order but instead get a refund. I once again contacted them through all channels available Face Book Page, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email, explaining that they had made the delivery mistake I had corrected their mistake by returning the items yet they were doing nothing to help me get my original order. The items are now showing as out of stock on their site. No apology or offer of alternative or compensation for the inconvenience caused to me. Just to cap it off still no refund as yet so I cant try and buy elsewhere. Shocking service avoid this company like the plague

I ordered a pair of Sm rt70 slx disc in May, early in June the other scam company Klarna released the invoice, wich i paid. Though i had to email Tradeinn for a shipping number. Then i was told, that the order was delayed further 10 weeks and had not been sent. I contacted Klarna. They said i had to contact Tradeinn again? I emailed to cancel the order,'cos i'd found the same disc ready availible on an other site. Tradeinn confirmed the cancellation. I got in touch with Klarna again they said Tradeinn hadn't cancel the order. Emailed Tradeinn again now they said i had to sort it with Klarna!
Two great scam companies! So i've paid them c: a 70€ for nothing that's never been sent and never will be! I had to splash out 65€ more to get a pair of Sm rt70's for my Bianchi. They got really pricey! That's what happens when you deal with a couple of crook companies. I'm Swedish so i have heard all the complaints about Klarna and more should be aware if trouble arise they will not help you out in any respect and if the store you bought it from doesn't withdraw the order. Then you have lost your money!
Now i know a little about swedish law so i have asked them to prove what i have paid for and evidence it being sent and i've collected it! So in time i hope i'll see my money!
Parcel paid for has been in transit for a month and my inquires regarding its location has met no action from BikeInn. All they said was that it must be being held in our local customs office. Their standard reply to missing items I suppose. I went to our local post office and customs office and have been informed that there is no item under my name that is being held in their offices nor has any parcel from BineInn has arrived yet in our country. Even they doubt that a parcel could be in transit for a month already. Surely it should have landed and moved on from several locations since.

The Company shipped a returned unwrapped missing-part tube that leaks. They created hoops, such as return process that is broken, to void refund. This Company is fraud.
I purchased products which were shipped but lost. The courier company confirmed that they delivered the package to the incorrect address and have now lost the package, they provided me with proof of lost package and the courier company credited Bike Inn for the lost items. However Bike Inn wont re-send or refund the items as they have the original proof of delivery from the courier company. Even though the proof of delivery picture clearly shows that it was delivered to the wrong address. After numerous emails to Bike Inn, they are still refusing to re-send or refund as they have proof of delivery. Not worth buying from them as they dont appear to care about their customers and wont listen to them. So i am without $300 worth of bike parts and Bike Inn have been credited $300 by the courier company for their loss.
Bought a SRAM crankset in February. Had questions when it arrived but couldn't get any customer support, so I returned it. Eventually was refunded, THREE MONTHS later! Never had such poor service.
I purchased two bike tires from their website based on the description and picture. They did not have the model number listed and did not provide me one in my confirmation. When they were delivered they were the wrong model. When I contacted them they said that it was the correct tire even though they still had the wrong model. I recently purchased a reverse components single speed conversion kit on bikeinn and it arrived in just under three weeks which is very quick considering it was shipping from Spain during COVID times. I will definitely be shopping with them again.
It has been very frustrating trying to return a cycle jacket which was the wrong size. It was in the first place not obvious that I ordered a women size M on their website upon check out. Secondly, sending it back from NZ cost me a fortune in postage only to be held up at Spanish customs.
They are very slow in responding to your queries and there is no telephone number which I could find to speak to someone other than going through an web-based message service which doesn't keep track or sorts the discussion line. I'm still waiting to be refunded and my original credit card has now expired, who knows where my refund is going to end up.

Bought a Quark power meter from Bikeinn back in March. Unfortunately it was not compatible with my bike so had to return. Paid over £11 to return using their suggested return process (Royal Mail tracked returns). Even though the initial delivery only took about a week they maintain it takes 3/4 weeks to return, it has now been well over 5 weeks and they claim they have not received it so cannot refund until they do. The Royal Mail track and trace reports that the parcel was delivered on 9th April! They have had over £500 of my money for over 2 months! Will not be using them again and advise others to think twice.
They promise and don't deliver. There is no return policy. You get something you haven't ordered. Tough. The return process is byzantine and expensive with no guarantee you will be reimbursed: eg, return via courier at your expense. They accept no responsibility. I ordered a Campagnolo 10 speed cassette and two ten speed chains. They delivered two nine speed chains. When I contested this, they claimed the order was correct, but that I could return the two chains at my expense. If I had wanted 9 speed chains I would have been only too happy to keep them. Think about it. Every reply was prefaced with "kindly," as in kindly kiss my backside. I mistakenly thought I had done business with this company, confusing them with Chain Reaction. My bad. Never again. Everything I have ordered from the latter has been delivered, never mind the pandemic and the shortage of cycling product in the pipeline worldwide. The shipping package is the only invoice- there was none inside. Why these goods were shipped to the Netherlands escapes me. Why the invoice number on the package does not correspond to the one in the email confirmation was confusing and complicated my request for a return.
This is the worst business transaction I have ever had on the internet. I buy books, clothing, kitchenware, bicycles and gear, all many of things on the internet without an issue. Reputable businesses make returns easy and include all the necessary information and documents to do this.

I ordered a Chorus 10 cassette and two Record 10 chains. The prices were right. I received the correct cassette but two Record 9 chains. I don't mind waiting weeks for a package, but I'd like to get what I ordered, not parts I have no use for. If I could give no stars I would.

I ordered spare parts for my folding bike. Website mentioned everything in stock. Reality: nothing in stock! Awful communication and customer care. Took months to get my money back for order that never arrived. And this only after I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot. Seems the only way to get a response from Bike Inn (part of Trade INN, Spain) AND to get your money back. Advice after Bike Inn scammed you: Write a VERY negative review on Trustpilot! Looks like Bike Inn uses Trustpilot as their complaints department. But even Trustpilot can't be trusted, tries to take down negative reviews about Bike Inn and to "invent" positive reviews. Again, be aware! Avoid at all costs!
TradeInn / BikeInn hat mir mehrmals schriftlich bestätigt, dass Sie bei Lieferungen ausserhalb der Europäischen Union OHNE die spanische Mehrwertsteuer verrechnen würden. Eine Bezahlung in Euro ist nicht möglich und es wird ausschliesslich in der Landeswährung verrechnet, die dem Lieferland entspricht (in meinem Falle in CHF).
Ich habe ein Gerät mit einem Kaufpreis von 799.00 Euro (inkl. 21% spanische Mehrwertsteuer) bestell. Das entspricht einem Kaufpreis von 660.33 Euro ohne Mehrwertsteuer. TradeInn / BikeInn hat mir dafür 810.96 CHF (inkl. 21.99 CHF für Transport) in Rechnung gestellt.
Auf alle meine Rückfragen zum – aus meiner Sicht zu hohen – verrechneten Kaufpreis erhielt ich von jedem Mitarbeiter des Kundendienstes andere, ausweichende Antworten. Mehrheitlich wurde mir erklärt, dass TradInn / BikeInnn keinen Einfluss auf weitere Zoll- und Transport gebühren hätte, obwohl diese mit dem Kaufpreis gar nichts zu tun haben und vom Schweizer Zoll separat in Rechnung gestellt werden.
In einem der Mail's vom Kundendient hat mit ein Mitarbeiter geschrieben, dass mir 731.85 Euro (entsprechend den 810.96 CHF) verrechnet wurden. Somit wurden mir für das Gerät ca. 714.00 Euro verrechnet und nicht 660.33 Euro! Dies entspricht einem Mehrpreis von ca. 8%.
Interessanterweise entspricht dieser Mehrpreis ziemlich genau der Mehrwertsteuer, welche Schweizer Kunden bezahlen müssen, wenn sie im Ausland einkaufen!
Mein Fazit:
• TradeInn / BikeInn hat kein Interesse an transparenter Preisinformation.
• TradeInn / BikeInn verrechnet willkürliche Preise ins Ausland und hofft, dass die Kunden dies nicht bemerken, weil in der Landeswährung des Kunden verrechnet wird.
• Der Kundendienst ist überfordert und hat keinerlei Interesse, die Kunden offen und ehrlich zu informieren. Zudem schreibt jeder Kundendienstmitarbeiter etwas anderes.
• Die Preisgestaltung ist (wahrscheinlich) bewusst so gewählt, damit der ausländische Käufer davon ausgeht, dass TradeInn / BikeInn inkl. (Vor-) Verzollung versendet würde, was aber nicht der Fall ist.
• Kaufen sie deshalb besser in einem andern Online-Shop (z. B. in Deutschlandbei Bike-Discount, Rose-Bikes usw.) ein. All diese ermöglichen die Bezahlung in Euro und zeigen die Rechnungsstellung transparent auf und senden vorverzollt in Länder ausserhalb der Europäischen Union, so dass der Endpreis klar ersichtlich ist.
Alle Mails und Rechnungen sind vorhanden und bei Bedarf einsehbar.
