Scam beyond belief! Felt more like anal rape than a proper bike store transaction.

I think it is mostly a scam company based on other reviews and my experience.

I feel like I have been stole from, paid for premium shipping and wasn't able to collect my package and was then told it had been ordered destroyed by Bikeinn. So from my experience with customer service I guess Scam.

I consider them a scam as i never received ordered product and the customer service is nonexistant

It depends on what you mean by scam. They are cleaver in that you get no rerun address and have to sign up for a rerun label which you will never get. So their returns statement is misleading and untruthful. Check the reviews of others.

No they are legit, apparently excellent service before covid, I had no trouble. Pay for premium shipping for peace of mind, bad reviews coming from cheapest shipping options.

Not sure if it's a scam yet but definitely wouldn't order from them unless you're willing to wait 3 months or more for your product.

Seems legit, but clearly dodgy. Hit or miss and not at all reliable from my experience. When you search for something, google ads will pop up cutting other prices by 20 to 50%. Forget these guys. Pay for the standard price elsewhere for peace of mind

I suspect they are an internet scam company and need to be shut down.
