If anyone is having problems with their orders being shipped Bidz actually has nothing to do with it, it is in fact the shipping companies causing difficulties.
My package has been held back for over a month by the shipping company for no apparent reason.

Great seller

Had some issues with my order delivery. Few days after my item was shipped out on tracking site I have noticed that it's going on the wrong direction.
I asked bidz what's going on?
CS specialist contacted them and after few days my item was delivered. I am really thankful to them for don't leaving customers alone in situations like this.

Serious company, prompt replies in any cases. I won and bought my two bags and one purse on Apr., 6th. After they confirmed the tracking number, I was waiting for one week. Then they sent me an e-mail and informed me the purse was not on stock. So I agreed for shipping of my two bags only. Ive got my purse-refund in one week, and bags arrived in two weeks only. So it took 3 weeks in general since I placed my order. BIDZ is highly competitive because they give you a chance to choose in between very expensive, middle-priced and cheap stuff. So, BIDZ, no doubt!

I got many pieces of jewlery from here.
The quality was good considering the price.
The shipping was slightly slow and overpriced. The details on each piece listed didn't entirely match up to what was received (bracelets and necklaces much smaller in size/dimension then listed).
But over all, can't complain.
If you sign up for their newsletter be prepared for 3 emails a week min.

I like such a huge assortment of accessories in Bidz. I have my favorite brands here. Mostly I buy watches and sunglasses. Over 10 years and I never had a problem, their customer service is amazing. I am grateful to you.

I love totsy.com. They have very nice deals. I can buy very cute and unique clothes for my baby for very cheap. The quality of everything I've bought so far was always great. Of course, it's a bit annoying that you have to wait for your delivery for about a month but that actually should not come as a surprise to you because they clearly state it on the website. Overall, I really recommend this website! Thank you, Totsy!

I used to buy from bids.com and buy.com a lot, but since they were out of business and back, their closing bids got so high, can't seem to win anything again. I don't know if ito new owners now but before was better, had more varieties at first too

Just took delivery of our latest Bidz purchase. We previously purchased items when the site seemed more reputable and we were happy. However for our most recent purchase, the box was crushed beyond recognition. The bracket was supposed to be valued at $700 but it looks more like something you'd get out of a fancy gum ball machine. That's the last time they get any of my money.

The "price" or the number that is crossed out atop every item/auction is actually the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price or MSRP and does not reflect the actual value of the item, it is merely the price that the manufacturer would ideally want to charge for any given piece. We use this number as a contrast to reflect the value of our products. Also, we do have a 14 day return policy on all of our items unless otherwise noted so you could have reached out and gotten your money back if any item you ordered was not to your standards.

We sincerely hope you give Bidz.com another shot and we're always available either by email or on the phone should you have any questions comments or concerns.

This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. At 6 weeks they said they were in the warehouse ready to ship now at 7 weeks they are no where in site. You can not contact them by phone and they send out automated responses to emails. Horrible company! But don't take my word for it, look at their facebook page where there are many other comments of the same.

Don't waste your time, extra 200$ added once you go to payment, 69$ for auction fee and 120$ for shipping( within US) I wonder how much is shipping outside the US. ridiculous!

This company is horrible. I placed an order and received an email a month later that said the product that I ordered was no longer in stock. They did not even bother to apologize for taking so long to inform me. I would not advise that anyone purchase anything from this site.

Bidz is a fraud

I bought 6 different articles and a family member 8 articles the which they say will be sent from 4 to 6 days and after waiting for three months they were never sent in addition when you try to communicate with them it is impossible and recovering your money is harder still, they take the money of the people and someone should do something about it since this is a fraud and I have understood and read the same arguments from many other people who have had the same experience with this company, for me has been very frustrating and I would like find a government department that could do something about it

THEY SUCK! I have called over 150 times and gotten one person on the phone. They do not answer emails or the phone. I wrote on their Facebook wall and they take down your comments. They also block you from leaving more comments. This is happening to everyone I found out. Go look at their FB page late at night to see what everyone thinks! I have been waiting sine the first week in October...

II have made several orders on Bidz.com. 90% of what I have ordered was what I expected or better. Did receive a few pieces I was disappointed in. My last order though which has been paid for is now 6 weeks later and I have not received the items ordered. When you question when it will ship you get a 'canned' answer. I just told them that if my items were not going to be shipped immediately to cancel my order, credit my credit card and I will not be ordering from them again as well as I would voice my opinion of this problem.

I paid in march, friday they told me they can't delivery my items because their partner was not correct, but the same items i bought are now in auction, at my question nobody answered, the same method used with other customers, in italy we have a name for this behavior

The coupons are not what they are supposed to be. Even when a coupon is valid, there may be some hidden restrictions you won't be aware of if you just register the coupon through their "Manage Coupons" option. You would expect once you did that, all possible restrictions would be listed in the "Terms and Conditions" link for that coupon... And you would be wrong! (at least, sometimes). I tried using a coupon that by all research, had not any special restrictions. Again, WRONG! It seems to only apply to watches, though no such restriction was listed anywhere! So, before you count on a coupon, send them an email requesting full disclosure. Yeah, I know, you should have not do that, but this is their crappy operation.

I've watched and bid on this site for weeks. Sure you see others winning some items at what you would consider a great deal but try it, you won't win. They definitely use bots to bid. I lost most auctions by $1. You'll never get a great on this site and will only win auctions when they make money. Trust me you can get these items cheaper elsewhere. Don't believe me? Well go ahead and win something, go get it appraised or try to resell, then you'll see.

Paid for 3 items on July 9. No response from bidz for over ten days. Sent an email to enquire what happened to order. Reply from bidz that one item was sold out yet this same item was on auction just this week at a lower start price than that I paid for. The item closed with no bid. Bidz say they will refund the money (just the one item?) and no information on the other items. Very bad business practice. I wrote to ask for total refund and will definitely not buy from them again.
