I won a bid on March 7th and as of May 5th, I am still waiting. They asked me to cancel my order, but I explained to them that I won an auction on an item and expected the item to be delivered! I have never had any problem with Bidz.com, but if what I am now reading from others is true coupled with my current situation with them, I would not recommend them at all.
Beware buyers, DO NOT get fooled into buying from Bidz. They DO NOT deliver, nor do they respond to emails asking where items are. Bought a few items over a month ago, still no tracking on all my items, no response to emails, zilch, nothing!

Attention Bidz: Please have the good grace to fix my orders. Either ship out with VALID tracking code right now or refund. Do not simply reply here saying we are sorry. Instead deliver or refund immediately? If you deliver or refund and notify me you have done so via my email with proof I'll take this post down.
You do realise you are losing business this way. Had you stuck to your word and delivered as promised on Bidz you would have so much more business. Quit stealing and start being honest.

I too have purchased a very large amount of outstanding beautiful authentic jewlery etc from Bidz.com over the last 6 months and within the last 1-2 months when trying to pull up the site at first said remodelling be patient any items still on layaway will be honoured and could still reach company employees regarding questions or concerns through there email address. However now I can't seem to pull the site up at all and a lot of the items came with warranties. Is there anyone out there no what is happening for if they just shut everything down.
I ordered 4 different things in March and still haven't received anything. I received a reply first that said the shipping was delayed and did I want a refund or to wait for the items. Of course I wanted to wait. 2 weeks later I email them again and they tell me that they were sorry but the items wouldn't be shipped and I should ask my BANK for a refund of the money. Really? I'm gonna keep posting bad reviews and take this as far as I'm able. Totally ridiculous.
Used to order from them a few years back before they went under, then reopened. Never had an issue years ago. Items was shipped within 2 days, now it takes a month or more, you can't reach customer service its always a voicemail that you can't leave a message on and they take weeks to respond back to emails. NOT COOL! Playing with people's money. When you get a response back it's always so for the delay will be shipping soon. The vendor is at jewelry shows! WTF is it online if it can't be provided!
Wow... i might not have used the site had i read all the comments here before ordering... i've ordered twice now and my orders came thru fine, delivery time wasnt great but i didnt expect it to be and the goods were packed nicely as well... all i can say is being a father who doesn't have alot of time to shop around for deals, this site makes it easy for me
I was a bidz member since wow so long ago i cant even remember i have so much jewlary and very good ones. They were so good in price i luv it and now am bk hoping i can get more for my money at good auctions biz u rock
I ordered newborn baby clothes on this $@ website in mid october because of the deal they had... what a stupid mistake! Its now 29th Nov and the order is still pending. Last week when I called they said one item was pending, today its 3. A newborn uses the clothes up within a month, I will be delivering within the next couple of weeks and dont think i will have the items by then! The customer service is the worst. Very entitled and were not apologetic that its been this long. They blame the storm, but how long are they going to use that as an excuse - which by the way they never said anything about till I called them - and at that time she was rude - like i should have known they were in edison! Whatever - my mistake for buying with them! If people dont take my review seriously because this is the only one on this site - your loss. Im going to be putting a review on any site that has any info on Totsy!

Customer service kept saying all this time 2 weeks, 2 weeks n today they sent me email with informatiom of canceled.
Because a item is SOLD OUT.

I have accidentally found bidz last month.
From then I have already placed two orders. The first one was delivered in less then two weeks and I love what I have received. Items were gently packed and in perfect condition. Will definitely buy from them again.
I have been buying Jewelry from them for almost 3 years and will continue. I just recently started having problems with an order taking almost 4 weeks to ship which I never had issues before! I have had a few items that quality wasn't great but returned them with no problem and got credit back towards new orders or a refund. I will continue to order from them!
I have used bidz.com for couple of times. I have bought sunglasses and a watch. Got them for a low price and received them in a quality shape. But I would suggest to read descriptions carefully if you want to avoid any misunderstandings.
It seems like it is trusted auction and there is a wide choice of cute things, like fine art. I have bought a ceramic sculpture with a certificate which was signed by an author. Received it in time and in a great condition.
I waited almost a month to get my item. Over and over I was told it should be here. I finally received the item, but was so mad I sent it back following their instructions to the letter. After ten days they said they received it and I should have my refund within five days. Duh, no refund. If it does not show up in my account in the next few days EVERYBODY on Facebook will know. I am a newly retired teacher and it will go all over the country!
Just wanted to remove my previous bad review I placed at time when I haven't received promised by bidz refund and couldn't get any replies to my emails.
They have sent me full refund for unsent item so I would suggest to anyone who is still having problems with refund patiently claim back your money and bidz would eventually answer your claims.

I have got new Armani Jeans handbag for my birthday (the handbag was purchased in bidz). I like the quality and the style of this handbag very much. So i bought two necklaces in Bidz later. My order delivered fast. The items are so beautiful, shiny. I am very happy.
Yesterday I have received my thirth order from bidz. Two of them came with delay but I wasn't surprised about that I am ordering many thing from e-shops and delivery delays occurs quite often. But products I have ordered from bidz didn't disappoint me. They were delivered in perfect condition. All Items that I have purchases are from their sales I have tried to win products from auctions but it took too much time for me also in my opinion prices on sales are sometimes even lower than on auctions.
I bought some earrings for my SO for christmas (bought on Dec 3). There was a warning on the auction that it would take 1-2weeks to ship. After a week and a half without them shipping I contacted them. They said they didn't have the item in stock, and that it would take 2 weeks just for it to get to them. They said if I paid more money, I could possibly get it by christmas (more than three weeks after my purchase). I refuted but they didn't care. Horrible customer service. I won an auction for $259, by the time I get the item I will have paid almost 35% more... I will never use their services again. Would highly recommend avoiding this site
I'm a big fan, have been a customer for months now, I think I even reviewed Totsy somewhere... I can't seem to stop ordering! I've ordered books, little outfits, hair accessories and just recently a purse for myself. I haven't had any issues with shipping, although I did have to talk to customer service once, for some reason the site was going up and down and I didn't know if my order went through. The lady was super nice, looked into my account and let me know my order went through, oh and I waited a bit, but I guess everyone was calling just like me... In any case, I love all the things they have, and the prices! I'm going to try to convince my husband to get us one of those getaways they've been selling too... very cool!
