I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.

BeyondMenu has no value or morals. I've remove them from my Google Business Listing many times... so they hacked my account to add it back on multipy times. They do that so they can ride on your existing customers thru Google Business Listings and make their fees off your existing customers without investing to bring you new customers. These freeloaders wont cancel the service as I requested many times either as it's been going on several years now. Beware of this company!
Tip for consumers:
They will call you regularly to get the code from Google they have requested to send to you so they can have access to your Google Business Listing. They will from time to time request this code from Google until they have gained access to your listing. BEWARE!

Please be advised that it would be impossible for any third party service to "hijack" your google listing. For anyone to gain access on a particular google listing, a Google code is needed to gain access on it and these google code postcards are sent only to the restaurant's address. Unless your restaurant provided us that code and we entered it on Google then that's the only time we can gain access on your restaurant's Google page. An access on your listing is needed to change any information on it. Others may suggest to update the information but if you will not approve it then it will not show online. Google's algorithm can also cause automatic update on your listing. I have received a few uninstall reviews on my FB page, and one 2 in general that were total lies.
I've learned that a restaurant can not please all the customers they serve all the time. All we can do is try.
I resisted allowing delivery service for a long time just because of the nature of the food delivery.
My restaurant offers a top quality stake, many comment that it is the best in town.
I started using Door Dash, and seen negative reviews on our stakes. Some one orders a med-rare stake and the stake is placed in a take out container that is designed to keep food hot, the stake continues to cook while in route to the customer. When the customer receives their meal the stake is now well done, or close to it. The customer is then pissed off and goes onto Doir Dash and leaves a bad review. This review hurts the business, and the writer of the review orders else were next time.
I found that a person can come into the restaurant and have several meals with no negative issues and then try the home delivery and end up writing a negative review. The best path forward is to be careful what you order, and don't expect it to be quite as good as you expect. If you want top quality then go out and eat, and then judge accordingly.
These companies all use the same drivers. It is a pool of drivers that deliver for all the services.
My girlfriend hired them for our restaurant and they kept making shady requests for access to our actual business listing. We called them and told them to stop, so they found a WORK AROUND and stole the business listing and revoked all our access and put their own website in there. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS. And now we have to wait to get access back to our OWN BUSINESS. BEWARE.

Please be advised that for anyone to gain access on a particular google listing, a Google code is needed to gain access on it and these google code postcards are sent only to the restaurant's address. Unless your restaurant provided us that code and we entered it on Google then that's the only time we can gain access on your restaurant's Google page and as of this writing there's no other work around on this one. In short, unless the code that was sent to your store was given to us. We hope we were able to clarify your misconception on this matter.
1 - There is no real way to contact them. You can leave them a message on their site and you will NEVER get a response, I have tried about 12 times.
2 - Food mods are not an option ever?!? I like ordering pizza for example. If I order from any pizza place on this site, and if I choose a named special pizza, I have no option to add extra toppings. WTF?

Ordered pick up food and noticed at home that items were missing and the rest of it was far from fresh. I don't see why I have to pay full price for an incomplete order so I tried to reach out to beyond menu. They emailed me back saying they tried to call me ( I don't see a missed call) and I needed to call the restaurant. This is not very helpful. I won't use them again

Today my order is really late, I called them and the restaurants internet went down. Gave my name and number and they called me back a few minutes later telling me the delivery was on its way. Just pay cash whenever possible. Don't use your card and be worried you lost money If you can avoid it.

I searched for my favorite restaurant on google and mistakenly clicked on the "got to website" link in the Google info panel on the right, thinking it would go to the restaurants website. It didn't. It went to beyondmenu's fake site for the restaurant. The menu and contact info all looked legit but some of the interface didn't work as I remembered the last time I ordered from the restaurant. The prices also seemed very high. I proceeded to checkout anyway (stupid me). The site required me to create an account... so I figured the restaurant had decided to go with a new online vendor. However the site said there was a problem verifying my credit card. I double checked and all info was correct. So I called the restaurant and placed my order over the phone. The bill was more than 25% cheaper. I then informed the restaurant owner of this apparent scam. They said they were not aware of beyond menu and were attempting to fix the links. This is very frustrating. Don't use Beyond Menu... It is a SCAM.
Tip for consumers:
Go to the actual restaurant site instead. You'll get a better price and won't get scammed.

May we know what restaurant were you referring to? It's impossible that the menu prices on our end our 25% higher that those of the restaurant since menu details comes directly from them. Also may we ask on what part were you "scammed"? You mentioned the transaction was not successful since your credit card was not verified, is that right?

The only reason for 1 star is just to write this review. I will NEVER use online ordering with beyondmenu again! This was my first and last time to place a order that has to go through them. I am so very upset, spending $35 on myself for Chinese lunch specials and not one item placed was correct! I called the restaurant and they stated they never received any of my special instructions, so yes, I'm pissed with this beyondmenu! In fact, I have called this same restaurant in the past with special instructions and orders have always been correct.

Great food. Allow extra time if ordering on weekends. Wait time is an additional hour due to Door Dash and Grub hub orders taking precedence over pick up at carry out.

Placed an order thinking it was being placed directly with the business, however I did not get a confirmation of when the food would be ready. When I called the restaurant is when I found out that the order was not placed with them but through Beyondmenu. What made it worse was that I was told the order would not be ready for an hour! When I finally arrived at the restaurant they were having a sale every second sushi roll was 1/2 off! None of my 4 rolls were discounted. So needless to say I feel a bit ripped off!

However, some stores have certain discounts only applicable for walk-in or store orders--this does not include those orders placed online with their ordering partners. Some restaurants also don't call to update their menu price or discount price, so as a result prices on our website aren't updated as well. It works fine for my local restaurant, but I pay upon pick up rather than provide my credit card. My one complaint (and one made last year on this site) is that virtually every time I order, I end up suddenly getting multiple spam emails from third parties. Very annoying! I will call in my orders next time and not use this site despite the convenience.

Now, I am out over $51 because I was hungry and used their service to order food. If DoorDash had not had technical issues with their site, I would never have used them.

I think it has to do with the particular restaurant you order from more than anything else, there is room for improvement such as how we are not ever allowed to go back and edit our review once we post and when something isn't available that you ordered & it was subbed, we should be able to vote on the subbed item instead of only being able to vote on the original one we didn't even receive!
I also think that it makes no sense to me whatsoever that if someone orders before a store opens to begin with, that it goes from the earliest request time being 12:45 p.m. on one page to showing up as a. S.a. P. on another page. I also couldn't help but notice that if you are someone who opts out of tipping, how it only highlights tip w/cash in green but doesn't do the same for other so while it goes through as 0.00 tip it still is on tip w/ cash in green the whole time. It doesn't cause confusion but it does annoy me a bit because I feel like it should all match up precisely once we choose, in the color scheme.
The bottom line is that near that request time the restaurant called me which was the only thing that made sense about that part.
In the end it worked out for me and although I was very scared initially based off of other reviews, I ordered from a local chinese restaurant that I unknowingly went to pick up a order from before and this time received delivery!
The restaurant was the one that had this app listed which means this company needs to play catch up because it appears to be better than a couple of other apps that are much more popular but have a way worse rep than this one in my opinion, yet this one doesn't have the pull because of lack of advertising. I assume that they are surviving merely on word of mouth at this point and that is so old school in this day and age.

I've had no issues ordering with them, no unexplained or double charges on my debit card, delivery drivers usually arrive on time, etc. I actually like this service more than most other food delivery services. The only thing I would change is that there is no way to track your order, so you're kind of in the dark for a bit. But if you choose a reputable restaurant with decent reviews, I don't think you'll have a problem.

We are a restaurant that used to use BeyondMenu. Speaking from personal experience STAY AWAY. Their "customer service" doesn't help at all and many times you are left to figure stuff out on your own. When asked to speak to the manager we were told they don't even have one. I'm not even sure how that works. We have called multiple times but nothing have been resolved. Tip does not go to the restaurant whatsoever, payments have not been processed to us, and they are STILL sending us emails stating that WE owe them money. Terrible company. Do not use.

I called their "hotline" to cancel my order seconds after my order, as I had accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant with a similar menu. They said they had to call the restaurant. Seconds after, I got an email saying the food was ready. Then, the customer service agent called and said the food was ready and they refused to refund my money. This is a clear SCAM intended to keep their money and not refund.

I almost never leave reviews, but when your food doesn't show and it's been 2 hours past your delivery time, you start to wonder. I called and they told me they had canceled my order, even though the restaurant said they made it and it was picked up hours ago. Sounds to me like one of the drivers stole my food. My daughter and I waited and needless to say was pissed. Never got a call back from the company, when they said they would call back within an hour. I had to call back the next day to make sure I got my money back and they couldn't

I've used this before without much difficulty but tonight the app never seemed to finish processing my credit card. I couldn't find any way to refresh or check wtf was going on. Finally had to call the restaurant and guess what? They did have my order and were preparing it. This does not, however, fill me with confidence in the security of my information. I will never use this app again. I found this site because I had to search for help and I must say I am in total agreement with all the negative reviews.

Asked for a refund and it was processed on their end but their website is horrible. Worst customer service ever and then when I called to speak to a manager I was told there's no manager I can speak to and no transfer button?!? What kinda BS is that? The manager is supposed to call me but I have yet to hear back. No fault on the employees end of course but HUGE fault with the management of the company. Completely unacceptable to not have someone on the management end ready and willing to handle disputes.

I used this website to order food from a restaurant nearby. I always go to pick up my food, and I enter in a tip with my payment. Come to find out tonight that the restaurant doesn't get my tip! Ordered food for pick up through Beyond Menu on 7/5/2019, at around 7:30pm. Apparently the order never got to the restaurant (this was an hour after the order was placed). When we called Beyond Menu, they didn't offer refund for right away. On top of that they lied that they offered us a 10$ coupon to the person who went to pick up the food (they never received any such calls). Overall terrible experience and would not recommend it.
