Waited over an hour for my food only to find out beyond menu never faxed or communicated with the restaurant. Received an email notifying me of a cancel of my order, however if i fail to receive my refund its going directly to the better business bureau. Unacceptable business practice.
Placed an order online 2 weeks ago and never got the order. Called to get my money refunded and they just keep saying its in process of refunding and I'm getting emails updating me about it! I have NOT received one email and I still do not have my $100!

Never again. I work from home & on the phone frequently. I put a note in my account not to knock or ring doorbell because my dogs go nuts, to just leave the bag at the door & I'll get when I can. He repeatedly knocked & dogs went nuts while I'm on the phone. I finally broke away & went to door. He was leaving with my order! #1 he didn't speak English & #2 the restaurant does not see any note you put in your account. Nope. Never again!

This site is posting menus and allowing you to order from restaurants where it has no relationship. Be careful not to make any payments thru this site. Orders placed online are not transmitted anywhere because they have no arrangement. I see that many others are having the same issue. Be aware of this site - it is deceptively realistic

My family wanted Chinese food delivered since weather conditions were not favorable for us to go out. It seemed BeyondMenu was the company to go through if I wanted to order and pay online. I had no issues with the order process and the food was delivered within a reasonable time due to the snow and ice outside. The following day first thing in the morning, I get called by my bank to verify transactions that took place on my credit card. There were charges for gas and purchases made at a depot store in total amount of $300 dollars. It's not a coincidence when the card had not been used for a while and it was finally used through BeyondMenu to order food that someone's fraudulently duplicated my card's information to make purchases. Fortunately, my bank was able to put a hold on the card immediately and was eventually able to put back the money in my account. DO NOT use BeyondMenu and just contact the restaurant directly!

I searched for my favorite restaurant on google and mistakenly clicked on the "got to website" link in the Google info panel on the right, thinking it would go to the restaurants website. It didn't. It went to beyondmenu's fake site for the restaurant. The menu and contact info all looked legit but some of the interface didn't work as I remembered the last time I ordered from the restaurant. The prices also seemed very high. I proceeded to checkout anyway (stupid me). The site required me to create an account... so I figured the restaurant had decided to go with a new online vendor. However the site said there was a problem verifying my credit card. I double checked and all info was correct. So I called the restaurant and placed my order over the phone. The bill was more than 25% cheaper. I then informed the restaurant owner of this apparent scam. They said they were not aware of beyond menu and were attempting to fix the links. This is very frustrating. Don't use Beyond Menu... It is a SCAM.

Also may we ask on what part were you "scammed"? You mentioned the transaction was not successful since your credit card was not verified, is that right?

Don't waste your time and money. I'd rather eat out of a garbage can. Restaurants don't provide and the BeyondMenu does not care about customers. Customer service is absolutely rude. They say that they cannot transfer calls to supervisors but yet again it is 2019. Don't waste your money. They are worthless.

Beyondmenu.com wanted to provide online ordering for our restaurant. We agreed since they were providing a decent rate compared to similar services. However a week or two later when googled our restaurant we found our google business listing had been taken over by them. The google listing link to website did not point to our website any longer, but a very cheaply done website with very tacky styling which had online ordering links to their site. The google business listing links other delivery services such as doordash were all removed with the link to their website being the sole one left. They probably wanted to maximize their potential review, however this was not the way to go about it. Luckily we managed to restore our google business listing with our own information.

I was charged twice for an order placed on 3/18 initially my order came to $26.04. Then it was adjusted to $19.67 because my order was half incorrect. In my bank I have a pending withdrawal of $26.04 tying up my money, while you have also successfully took the $19.67. Ann, who corrected this order told me that the pending payment would be put back in 24 hours. It has been more then that and a different representation today Joy told me it would take 3-5 business days. I am livid that your tying up money that you have no right to. You got your payment, release my other funds. I'm not using your service again. This is a bad business practice. I'll call the restaurants over the phone then go threw this bull ever again.

Same story as everyone else - cancelled order. When I called to find out what happened, the guy mumbled something about security. When I asked him how he even knew what I was calling about he said "I know your address, I know your email, I know everything." I'm really pissed off I fell for this scam. Cancelling card immediately.

Receiving 6-7 calls per day, even asking them repeatedly to be removed from their list. My phone number has not belonged to a restaurant for at least 7 YEARS. Now they are leaving voicemails, laughing and speaking in a foreign language. They must be bored and feel like harassing people who would never be a customer is entertaining.

So, on the plus side its easy to use. However, when the restaurant never gets your order, or gets your order 3-4 HOURS after you sent it, the nightmare begins. They're a pain in the butt to get your money back from, a pain to contact (3rd party call centers i think, the people on the phone know nothing about the application or the website). Overall the entire process takes something that should be completely mindless (we've been able to order food online for 20+ years now?) and makes it nothing but a hassle, avoid at all costs.

This is by far the worst company in my 10 years of owning a business that I have ever dealt with. They basically have 1 employee and apparently a manager that isn't on sight to handle issues. They do not pay you the money that is owed to you and basically. Criminals! Restaurant owners beware!

This company will track down working restaurant, create a fake website with a similar domain name and send all the real restaurant's clients to their website. They use different techniques such as editing websites urls on google listing.
Do not order with them, if they steal your money and you call the REAL restaurant they will not reimburse you since they are not at fault. If anybody has heard of a mass complaint against this company i am willing to join, please let me know.

This company is a joke! Awful customer service. Ordered dinner from one of their restaurants was told food would arrive in 30 minutes food arrived 1.5 hours later. I called to cancel the charge on my cc and twenty minutes later food was delivered. Told the delivery person what happened they didn't care and I called beyond menu and cancelled the order and when I called again the voicemail said the google subscriber I was calling didn't exist. Basically I paid 80 dollars for cold disgusting food that was 1 hour late and this company doesn't care! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Awful experience

This company creates fictitious restaurant webpages for legitimate businesses and hacks their Google listing to point to their page. They ring up charges on your credit card and do not deliver your order. Local law enforcement and the FBI are aware of their operation but do nothing to stop them. You have been warned.

Upon ordering the chinese food on their own website, I received a call to verify my card billing address and my phone number, zip code & expiration date. Ive never had to verify any information and then i was asked if i could provide my drivers license & credit card upon delivery. Then they cancelled my order and recharged my card. Complete SCAM!

I saw a lot of awful reviews on here, and got a bit worried. Then my food showed up! I ordered chinese food off the app. I got exactly what I ordered, within an hour, and the food was really hot. The delivery driver had less of a problem finding my apartment than local pizza places do. I will definitely use them again.

I orded got my food and enjoyed the service until my bank called and said there was fraud on my account the last time I used that card was for beyond menu and before that two week earlier. It must have been someone there they used my card info to place a 573.42 online order at some place called against all odds. I don't even know what type of store this is. Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
