I appreciated the video demonstrations that accompanied each workout, ensuring that I performed the exercises correctly. The app also allowed me to track my progress, which was highly motivating to see my strength and endurance improve over time.

I wrote for help with a customized program (willing to pay) and the response was to "unsubscribe" from their platform... Very telling of their need for $$$ over helping someone with a customized program with their program and expertise.

I signed up in January and had issues logging in. This went on for several weeks until my first month at $30.99. I emailed for them to cancel and signed up for a different service provider. I just noticed I was still being charged and reached out again to ask them to cancel my subscription. I called paypal to cancel the subscription and decided to try and repurchase the services because I feel like I wanted to try it. I was charged again for the trail but still was unable to log in, at this point I wanted a refund. I I received an email explaining how i could log into my app to cancel subscription. Apparently they didn't READ the part that I was unable to log into my account. However, I think they were being deceptive because right after that email I went to log in and prior to that email the box for my password was grayed out, but now suddenly worked. I assume they cancelled my subscription and are just going to keep the monthly service fees for the months I was not able to log in.

BetterMe is really great. It help me lose a pretty good amount of weight. I really recommend. It gives more than expected

I bough only a meal plan and had my bank account details used to subscribe to a plan. I have not received the plan or was given any instruction on anything. Now, they say that I have to go to the website and find the plan. This is after contacting many times, but got a response after I given a bad review. By the way, it supposed to be a personalised plan... They offered today to refund 1/3 of what has been taken. A "refund" for something that was never bought or, maybe, for a "personalised plan" that I never saw.

Trying to cancel subscription but unable to. No response to multiple emails. Feel trapped by a con! Angry!

Betterme debited my Credit Card with no authorisation given by me. I have tried to contact them several times and they have no responded. CAUTION THIS IS A FRAUDULENT SITE!

That didn't re-emburse me even after couple of days. The menu they send me was not adapted for my region (Canada). They make sure to have good review with different web site they own. Never again.

Joined BetterMe for a new start, but due to ill health was not able to continue. However, trying to cancel my subscription has been an absolute nightmare! They keep charging me each month $79.99 even though I have repeatedly gone in and cancelled my membership. I email them and get an automated reponse - that someone will be in touch. But no one gets in touch and they are still charging me, months later! Please do not join this company - it's a disgrace to not allow people to cancel their subscriptions. They take money under false pretenses. I am very upset about this, Novella
