Do not sign up for any challenges!

I signed up for shredded body challenge and first day was a great workout and the following days they sent video with only 6 seconds total of a workout and said to rest for 30 seconds and cool down. I thought this was odd considering first day was 20 minutes. It appeared the video was like last two minutes of a workout, but the trainer didn't resend or give a new video just said repeat it 3 times. So total of 20 seconds total of a workout and mostly cool down is rest of the time and same thing happened the next day. Total waste of money!

Poor customer service
March 10, 2023

When I open the app and click on my "Plan", I continuously receive
The message "Oops something went wrong". I can see foods but no plan or training. I have brought this to the attention of customer service with no resolution. I then asked for them to reimburse me. No response yet (2 days) so we'll see what happens. Too bad.

I signed up 5 days ago and also got charged with additional programs and costs. I immediately emailed them with these costs and wanted to cancel. I have emailed 2 days following and have yet to get a call or email. On top of it all, it has recurring charges. Good luck

SCAM! BEWARE!

I have tried contacting this company 6 times now over the course of a month as I did not intend to sign up for a subscription, but no one has responded to ANY of my emails. This company does not care about your "fitness journey" only the money in their pocket. I have used plenty of other apps before and have never had this experience. After turning to some of their social media platforms, I see that other people have been having the SAME experience! STEALING THEIR MONEY! DO NOT FALL FOR THE ADS, THIS COMPANY IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM AND NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!

The coach is offline from 2 days and the app is not working properly, can't open few important icons in the app. Tried to contact the customer care but no response. Disappointed by the service. Would not want to continue for next month

This group is a scam. They steal your money. You send emails, they say they'll be back in touch but as soon as you say you want to cancel they disappear, ignore you, never answer. Thieves. I want to give no rating but this format does not allow for that.

Great self-training app

This app is great for self-training.Tutorials visual guides help me to stay better in my exercises. Further diet plan is easy to follow and I experienced several changes in my body after 1 month. Although there is no rest period in between exercises, I adore the wall pilates. A voice explaining the activity and what will happen next is also necessary. It needs to be more carefully arranged so that you don't frequently alternate between standing and lying on the ground. It wouldn't matter as much if there was time in between exercises.I've only sometimes utilized it. In contrast to conventional videos, this one just features a person performing the exercises. When you begin the video, you must be prepared because it immediately jumps in. However, I like it. I've performed what is known as the senior stretch. I used to exercise a lot, but after a while, osteoporosis and stenosis set in due to life's circumstances. I reasoned that I had better start moving before things damage my body. All is well thus far! Definitely, I'd advise it.

It is really good platform and helps to learn workouts for any level. I've only used it a few times. It's a little different from traditional videos- no annoying voices, just a person doing the excercises. I've done the senior stretch, I believe it's called. I used to excercise a lot, then life and a few things like osteoporosis and stenosis set in. Before things ruin my body, I figured I better get moving. So far, so good! I'd definitely recommend it.

Very decent site

This is a very decent site. I have balance issues so they in all actuality do have changed practices that I am ready to do.I have been utilizing this application for around 1 years and was really content with it until recently.Absolutely Fixated on this application I'm not in any event, joking. Paying for more than I thought I was paying for

Im out if work thought I was just paying for the chair exercises, I thought that's what I paid for, looked at my credit card it had an extra $29.99 and apparently Ive paid for a CD I didn't realize, I'm really not happy refund days go
Through Apple for a refund, then it comes up I don't have anything I can refund and it's an Apple app

Wonderful app

I used to go to gym but after i moved to another state it was difficult to keep going to gym because it was to far than i find this app and i give it a try and i'm so lucky that i did
The app gives multiple activities it's even gives meals suggestions and i can track my result 24/7
