I ordered a Sonos speaker online (which was promptly shipped the following morning) however found out the next day that they went on sale! I called BestBuy CA and was assisted by Priscilla from customer service who handled my issue with great care and communication. They were more than happy to match the price, especially because it was only a day after I had purchased it. Great customer service by BestBuy CA and will definitely be coming back to order online!

Bought laptop Jan 10. Suppose to be delivered 4 to 6 days. Fed ex apparently lost it. Was to be delivered to Lindsay Road store in Brantford. As of Jan 26, no laptop. Can't get refund. The refund process won't even start until Jan 30. At which point, Head office has to ok it. So, if this is how they do business, I assume they are holding alot of customers money for a period of time. This can allow them to benefit from our money.
I am very impressed with the quality of their laptop. The price is decent, and the service is great. Highly recommend.
I ordered a product and paid for shipping and taxes with no indication that I would be hit with a massive customs bill. Refused it and returned to sender but was not refunded my money at all despite attempts to communicate with the company and then escalation to Best Buy. Beware! Shady business!

I order from BB quite frequently and never had any issues with them. The few times I had a problem with a product, I brought it in store and got it resolved. Only complaint would be that the functionality to change the payment type on an already placed order seems to be broken. I had a paid for a preorder of a game with my Paypal account, which had a credit card that was canceled, and the only way to change the payment type was to call up Best Buy.
Due to a problem on best buys side one part of my order was cancelled. Apparently my fairstone account which I applied through best buy for the same as cash plan wasn't able to be charged even though my available credit was more than enough. They were unable to re-process that part of my order even though 80% of it was completed. If I was to re-order I would be charged another $80 fee which is ridiculous for that one item. To say I am disappointed is an understatement and I think that this is the end of my business dealing with Best Buy. Very poor customer service in this regard.
I drove to Best Buy this morning to purchase Stardew valley Nintendo switch. I had seen it online shopping. I asked the sales person if he could get it for me because I'm not familiar with the store.He pulled out his cell phone and we waited and waited and waited for the Wi-Fi to connect. Then he told me that it hasn't been released yet even though I told him I could buy it online but I wanted to save the shipping costs.If he was trained properly he would have told me that the only way you can get it is online. There is no in-store sales or pick up. Christmas is around the corner, Let's do some training people.
I bought a gift for someone during the asales event, 2 weeks later they email canceling the purchase. When I ask why they said none are available but the same item in white is being sold by them. They said that is different because thr color. They offer me 20$ off and now list the item off sale for 60$ more. That is a joke and pathetic.
Long short. They use vendors as a shield to not honor sales.

J'ai commandé une smarttv directement sur le site Bestbuy qui était vendu par Bestbuy (et non un marchand externe)
Sur le site il était inscrit " Expédié en 24 heures" et la date de livraison a la maison était 4 jours plus tard. Après deux jours je reçois une notification qui dit que mon article va être Expédié, et on me transmet un numéro de suivi. Jusqu'à là tout va bien. Mais quelques jours plus tard, rien ne se passe, dans le tracking, ca dit que le transporteur doit venir chercher litem et cest figé là.
Donc je les contacte, et on nest incapable de me dire ou est mon colis, on me dit seulement d'attendre... après une semaine d'attente et toujours au même point, je décide de les re-contacter, et on me dit encore la même chose... Je doit attendre, et on est incapable de me dire qu'est ce qu'il ce passe avec mon colis. On me demande d'attendre encore 48 heures, ce que je fait. 48 heures plus tard, je vous laisse deviner, toujours rien... Je les re-contacte, on me dit encore d'attendre! Et pendant tout ce temps, ma carte de crédit à été débité, et on refuse de me rembourser! Il faut qu'il ouvre une enquête qui peut prendre jusqu'à 10 jours ouvrables! Une semaine plus tard, je les relance pour savoir qu'est-ce qui ce passe, et on me dit d'attendre encore et encore! Après les avoir menacé d'entamer des procédures légales, on m'envoie un courriel qui dit que je vais être remboursé d'ici 6 jours ouvrables. Ça fait presque un mois que j'ai passé ma commande, et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé!
Donc je rappel au service client. La dame me dit d'attendre, et que je peux repasser une commande, et comme dédommagement elle m'accordera le même prix qu'à l'achat (pcq elle était en promo)! Voyons! Vraiment insultant comme offre de dédommagement, donc je garde mon calme et reste malgré tout respectueux, et demande de parler a un superviseur. Elle me met en attente pendant un très long moment, pour ensuite me dire que le superviseur est occupé, il va me rappeler dans quelques minutes. Après deux jours! Jamais reçu d'appel! Sérieusement il y a une limite à faire rire de soi. Bestbuy a un sérieux manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers ses clients, ils s'en contre fou de nous. Terminé à vie pour moi Bestbuy, même s'il aurait un deal incroyable.

I ordered a phone charging case through the Best Buy Canada website. I received a cheaper substitute but I paid for the better item. Packaging said it came from Amazon which confused me until I did a little more digging & realized this was common with this vendor. I've tried to reach customer service directly but so far no reply.
It was so bad for me, i Saw of deal on black Friday that an HP i7 laptop was available for 799cad, But when i checked the website no stock was available, I searched again and again for store online and offline.But when the deal was going to end it shows me store pickup options with laptop at 12 o clock when everything was closed,I thought it is black Friday deal will come again but next day the price increased to 999 which disappointed me so I denied my idea of buying laptop
Avoid open box and refurbished products especially when handled by PRO OP they have a habit of sending defective products that have been returned back out to customers, these products are listed on Best Buys site but they take zero responsibility. Ordered a ASUS monitor arrived plugged it in blackline down center of screen as obvious pre existing defect but sent out anyway obviously not checked which they are supposed to do.

I ordered online from Best Buy marketplace seller a refurbished dyson vacuum V8, upon receipt of the item, the item was defective not working, I contacted the seller, the seller asked me to make a video showing the issue, I made a video showing the Dyson V8 with a battery fully charged, the vacuum was not working or starting, the best buy marketplace seller sent me a return label, I went to the post office, I took pictures at the post office of the return package open showing the vacuum dyson V8, I also took a picture of the package showing Canada post label, I then returned the defective not working dyson vacuum V8 to the address on the return label provided by Best Buy marketplace seller.
As of today (30 days later), I have not received my refund,

I bought a chair online and they billed my credit card three times for it, busted my credit limit by the same time which ends up making me pay fees. They say its normal but its not. No other company ever does this. This is definitely an illegal practice. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again.

Do not use Best Buy to purchase anything you actually need. We have waited over 2 months for a fridge and they still haven't given us delivery notice. They LOST the first fridge we ordered and we have now waited 5 weeks for the second one. We ordered on the 21st of June. I have not been able to purchase food properly as the fridge we have is old and leaking/broken seals. We are incredibly dissatisfied with their services.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order online from Best Buy Canada. Do not order appliances unless they are in store and you have a truck to get them to your own home. The delivery service lost our fridge.

13 mon, 65" Sony TV, barely used. Dartmouth Crossing, NS, manager laughed at me almost in tears because TV has major issue now. I had to choose a rating. Should be 0 star
I made some orders and due to delays was promised faster shipping. This never happened, and every call to customer service was another false promise. They seem to simply make it sound like they are doing their job, but really they are just ignoring the problem and making it someone else's mess to deal with. I would highly recommend to spend a few extra dollars and shop elsewhere. When things are good with Best Buy, the process is uneventful, but when there is an issue there will be no resolution.

Took my computer in yesterday - thought it was a fried motherboard from a electrical brownout. It had power coming in but black screen. I needed it fixed right away for an emergency Zoom meeting the next day! Matthew had it diagnosed, booted up, and fully repaired in a short while! His knowledge and expertise blew me away! He was very polite as well.
If I could give him 6 Stars, I would! I recommend Best Buy Geek Squad for any computer problems!

All my stuff came and it was fine. That's not the problem.
I picked 5 things and only used Best Buy and no third parties (so they would send it all in 1 box) but they still charged my bank 5 separate interactions and now these $1 charges keep popping up and freaking me out when I have already gotten my stuff ages ago. My bank was really unhelpful and wants me to cancel my card.
I am going to get a fine for going over in silly transactions because of them AGAIN.
I know it's 1 and 2 dollars here and there but still, it is not cool.
I wish I knew what was happening for sure and how to stop it without canceling my card. I would give 4 stars because they sent everything separate instead of together, on separate days but I am so stressed out now that three stars is all I can do.

I recently made a few purchases to Best Buy, one was for a mattress that came with glue stains all over it, I requested a return and was told by their customer service team to just to wash the glue off with rubbing alcohol, and if I wanted I return I would have to package it the same way it came which is literally impossible when it's vacuum sealed, not only that I had to cover the cost for shipping. I have tried to leave a review multiple times for the company (Mattress Direct) but it says an error occurred each time so I cannot warn new customers to not purchase from that brand.
Secondly I bought a couple of memory foam pillows from them and was sent a duvet instead and have received no response.
So all that being said I will no longer be purchasing any items from Best Buy.
SHAME ON BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD! My 82 year old mother has made SEVERAL attempts in store to cancel her Geek Squad plan. Now we find out they actually RENEWED the plan instead of canceling it, she's been paying for nearly another full year! Spoke to a phone agent today and they hung up on me when I asked for a Supervisor! DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! DISGUSTING!
