I do not recommend this company in any way. As my experience has shown, writing on Macket Place does not correspond to reality. Store assistants are incompetent. Support is not customer focused. Twice I bought electronics and twice had serious quality problems that did not match the description of the product being sold. The support team can only apologize verbosely. In reality, in your opinion, a client in a difficult situation will not be able to help or does not want to.

- Made an order for robot vacuum on Nov 25. It was supposed to delivered on Nov 29 and was NEVER delivered.
- Tried to contact Best Buy customer services representatives a few times but all the response I had was simply requesting me (that's the exact word used by the representatives) to contact shipment company by myself. 0% helpful.
- Eventually have to wait for the shipping company to return the order to warehouse and 10 more business days before I could get my refund.
- Worst shopping experience I ever had and definitely not recommending to buy anything from Best Buy.

Best buy told me i was in line for refund because of price match. After checking back they wont honor it because it came from one of their Marketplace suppliers. Doesn't seem right to me. So buyer be ware

Best Buy fraudsters

I bought a refurbished Dell PC from Best Buy. It has broken down several times and it's not even a year since I purchased it. Best buy tells me they have nothing to do with PC and I have to deal with 3rd party. What I was sold is a 6 year old problem computer that is still in the last owners name! Best Buy is a fraudster

Don't do it

The bs they say about not being charged on your card until either picked up or set for delivery, is B.S. They charge your card immediately, and then it takes at leastv5 phone calls, nasty reviews, before anything is done. And I'm still waiting

Product Stolen off my porch
December 11, 2022

I ordered a PS5 controller from best buy on Black Friday. It got delivered on a Sunday night at 10pm and the driver left it visible on the porch and never knocked on the door. It got stolen and they have been giving me the run around for the last 15 days. Just a waste of time. Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else.

Delivery problem's

They lost my order, shipped again, but couldn't deliver. Sent back and awaiting refund but nothing yet. Not gonna order from their again, and urge first nations to be careful if order from best buy they may not be able to deliver to F.N Reserves

NEVER EVER AGAIN...BEWARE

I have never seen such incompetent service and people as I have. I have ordered a massager for a handicapped family member from best buy which goes through marketplace. OK so best buy emails me to say they shipped my package. I was so happy and a few days later got canada post notification. I was so excited I took the notification and I went to the pharmacy Post Office which they said that they did not receive the package but one girl said that it was sent back. Next thing you know I'm chasing my tail and I have made noord of a lie about 30 calls between Best Buy, Canada post, the pharmacy, and also EZ X which was the other party. I wanted a refund and trust me they take their sweet time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND BUY THROUGH AMAZON. It took 19 days to finally get they to realize I did not have package and getting a refund you better have time on your hands for you will be making MANY MANY calls or emails chasing after every party involved. Good luck to whomever wants this sh*t on their plate. It was my first time and last time with best buy or marketplace. No kidding they got low crap listing. May this company close its doors for garbage service.

Bed with broken headboard

I bought a new bed,but when I opened the package I found the headboard was broken, after contacted the customer support they agreed with returning it to bestbuy within 30 days, but because I got sick, I could not return it in 30 days, today I contacted the customer again they refused me to return it to the BestBuy but let me contact the manufacture by myself, I called the manufacture, but nobody picked up the phone. Although I could not return it in 30 days but the bed was originally damaged, it is not my fault.

Bad costumer service

I ordered a MacBook air 13.3 inches from a best buy marketplace seller, and the seller hasn't shipped my item. It's been a week. I contacted the seller, but the seller didn't answer. I contacted best buy live chat customer service, but they weren't helpful. Then I called customer service last Friday, and today they weren't beneficial by phone.
Do not buy from best buy, even through a marketplace seller.

This is the worst electronic store ever.

I had ordered two dashcams and it said that it would come with a free case and SD card but after noticing that it hadn't with my order I got on the online chat to see if they could send it to turn around. Told me they couldn't. So I asked or can I cancel my order to turn around? Told me no. So I have now decided since I'm new with Best Buy and have an ordered that much but I have decided I will never order from them again. Once I get my last order I'll be canceling my account with them. They're not worth my money. It will never see any of it again. I do not recommend Best Buy to anyone. Poor service.

I thought I was buying a new air electric heater from Best buy the one that shows on the best by site is a $4,800-watt new air brand new heater / open box. It was sold to me by all you need company the one that I received from toy texx.Anson mao from Markham Ontario is a Chinese knockoff instead of getting the $4,800-w heater from new air as advertised on the best by site I received the $3,750w also the breakers required I'm not the same and the plugins are not the same after contacting customer service at near it turns out that the unit I received was not the one advertised on Best buy and it is an invitation of their company nowhere in the manual box or silver sticker on the unit does it say it's from the original new Air company someone is using Best buy website to sell fraudulent look-alike products and unfortunately I got stuck with it

No customer service

Bought item online that they sent to wrong address. I have prvious purchase sent to correct address only this one was wrong. Refused to do anything. Spent 2 hoursa getting run around. They kept apologizing but refused to correct. When I asked to speak with manager the customer service person hung up, Called 2 more time back for no customer service. Never spend another penny there. Hopoe others stop too. Tired of so called customer service should be cusomer serviceless.

Please Please don't try online buying on Best Buy website if you need something on time. Very bad experience, even with the tracking of the item. It's more than one week now... no delivery date yet. Why Bestbuy Canada maligning its own image by letting other companies to sell their products on its site.

I drove to Best Buy this morning to purchase Stardew valley Nintendo switch. I had seen it online shopping. I asked the sales person if he could get it for me because I'm not familiar with the store.He pulled out his cell phone and we waited and waited and waited for the Wi-Fi to connect. Then he told me that it hasn't been released yet even though I told him I could buy it online but I wanted to save the shipping costs.If he was trained properly he would have told me that the only way you can get it is online. There is no in-store sales or pick up. Christmas is around the corner, Let's do some training people.

I have been looking to buy a printer. So I have launched a search for printers. The search provides a number of printer listing. And CLEARLY say AVAILABLE ONLINE! So I click on one after the other and each one says not available in store or online. WTF do you waste my time, saying it is available but once I go to that particular printer, the view is sold out online and instore. Are you that stupid that you cannot set a flag and have all your views showing NOT AVAILABLE, SOLD OUT or what ever you choose. JUST NOT ""AVAILABLE""" because it is not, they are not! And you are not getting my business. All the options to buy online why would I support such a garbage online presence like yours. I suppose you will have mistakes about all sorts of things which will be bad for me down the road. Warranty 1 year, no look here 6 months, no look here 30 days. You are stupid to be unable to be in sync on all your (operative word "YOUR" screens). Why waste MY TIME I have a name for you but then they wouldn't take my review but know I am really calling it to you. Now lets check another web site, which one? Anyone but yours... I might go to Amazon but your store is just down the road from me, and now Forget you!

ZERO rating really needs to be an option

I MISTAKENLY ordered a TV from what I thought was Best Buy. Sadly it is one of their "third party marketplace sellers". Had I known that, I NEVER would have ordered. SCAM SCAM SCAM and more SCAM. Why Best Buy would CONDONE this is ridiculous. This just makes us NEVER want to deal with or purchase from Best Buy again. This is Best Buys reputation with consumers - do the execs who thought this was a good idea not understand that? The entire marketplace is a SCAM. Do NOT purchase anything on their site. Plenty of retailers to buy the same stuff from. In particular the marketplace seller PRO OB is completely full of crap. They charge your credit card and you never receive your goods and they lie by stating they have investigation open with Canada Post. Hmmmm - an investigation only works when you have actually shipped the product - WHICH THEY NEVER HAVE. Run from Best Buy and PRO OB.

Around Aug 20th I purchased an Earbud for $35 (+taxes) from Best Buy, it was a dead device. The next day I got back for a refund which they didn't accept, ONLY exchange (I was not notified during purchase). I got a 99-Dollar (Air 1 Zen) instead. From one yard away from my PC, it keeps disconnecting/reconnecting every minute or so for a couple of seconds. When the volume is high it gets worst. Instead of 30 hours of playtime (says the box), it ONLY lasts for about 4 hours. The employees don't care much for low-price buyers (commission). THIS WILL BE MY LAST VISIT TO BEST BUY CANADA.
