Bellacor pictured an item (peninsula desk and shelves), shipped only the peninsula desk. When I called for support, they refused a refund, refused a return, refused to allow me to speak to a manager and the best part is they rejected my negative review on their product site. They are clearly scammers and you should BEWARE!
They're cheap for a reason; they don't know what they're doing. They sent the wrong color wallpaper (their error, not mine). When contacted, they replied "Sorry it didn't work out." Their outside survey company was too complicated. Their return label was weird in its format. HINT: Go to AMAZON-type ordering, return, and review processes. YOUR PROCESSES SUCK. I live online and this site was extremely user-hostile.
I returned 4 large items I bought from them and was never told I would have to pay return shipping. The 4 packages totaled to 60 dollars. The customer service rep didn't care at all and told me it stated it when I hit the return button but that is not true.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a bed for my daughter in AUGUST. It is now December 23rd. I got the bed yesterday missing a critical piece. WE can't use it. I called customer service, they hung up on me. I called back and was told that a supervisor would call me. THEY DIDN'T. They are absolutely horrible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, MONEY AND AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT EVER USE THEM.
NEVER, NEVER order from this company unless you can be sure the product will arrive in pristine condition without any manufacturers defect. Because if it does, they will delay, stonewall and even bend the truth regarding their return policy. Never, have I dealt with a worse customer service department.
Purchased 3 LED mirrors, one arrived completely broken. I contacted Bellacor, follows all of their return instructions and requests, UPS guy picked up broken mirror in early November. Thought everything was OK, suddenly they are contacting me that they don't have any record of the return, this is over a month after it was picked up by a carrier which they sent. Now they are trying to sort it out and seem very disorganized. Very disappointed because mirrors are very nice. I wish they would find the returned damaged mirror and leave me out of it
Purchased two "open box deal"sconces for the new remodeled condo bathroom, the pictures are showed very nice petit looking lights with crystals.
On the arrival of the package I was surprised on how large the box was and after unpacking I discovered two giant sconces over 21 inches long, my guest bathoom are very small and those huge sconces would not work at all, they look like an industrial large lights for a very large spaces, there was not worning in the description. I called the costumer service to see if I can return them due to an honest mistake but unfortunately they explained to me that they are not able to accommodate me due to an a open box policy. Buyers be aware and buy from open box selection only if you totally sure!
Fortunately Bellacore representative reach out to me on the next day and was able to resolve the issue to my satisfactory. Thank you for the great customer service
I bought a Hooker lamp table from Bellacor at a good price. Everything went smoothly. Once it arrived, I found that the "distressed finish" was stupid looking. They take a gorgeous finish and then arbitrarily add little holes and scratches. It looks like a Frankenstein scar. Still, since there were only a couple, I decided I could live with it. That is not Bellacor's fault, that is Hooker Furniture's fault for taking something really nice and then "antiquing w/a distressed finish". The company says that is to make it look antique. In other words old and damaged, no thanks, I can do that myself. In any case, after the purchase Bellacor sent an email asking for a review. I made a review and rated the table very highly because it is beautiful, all wood, a large size w/drawer and shelf. In my review, I also mentioned the distressing, my opinion and showed photos. Bellacor refused to post the review because it didn't meet their standards. What standards? The only thing I can figure is you can't put the truth and show evidence. I guess if my positive review hadn't mentioned the distressing and showed photos it would have been OK. This makes me not trust other reviews on the site, or the site itself since they don't want honesty. No more Bellacor for me.
I was charged upfront for the merchandise I ordered. It was to be delivered in 2 weeks. I contacted the company after 3 weeks and was told they would look into it and email me. Another week later, no merchandise, no email. I got an email asking me to review my purchase, so I let them know my dissatisfaction in polite and accurate terms. I got another email saying my review had been moderated (translation: deleted). My next recourse will have to be contacting my credit card company. This is lousy service!
I am very surprised at the low star rating for Bellacor. Our experience was wonderful. Thank goodness I did not see the low star rating before I ordered. I probably would have looked elsewhere for the items I was looking for. The whole ordering process was extremely smooth. I had a question and their Customer Service was very helpful. I received my order within a week. I actually thought part of my order was on backorder but I received both items the same day! Totally phenomenal customer service and shipping time. Highly recommend!
Our boxes were beat up with big holes. Looks like fork lift damage. As a result, the screw packages fell out, and parts were damaged. You get what you pay for I guess.
Ordered a lamp, found it for $100 less! Says the company price match... not true! Sent it back! No more business with BELLACOR! Bad customer service!
TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a gift that ended in jeer vs cheer, we spent hours putting this thing together, it is damaged and you are going to make us disassemble and buy a box and return it. Why would ANYONE shop with you?
This is a horrible company. They will not stand behind products, and if you write a bad review on the company site they will tell you it does not meet there standards. I guess they only take good reviews. You will not get any customer service or satisfaction. There are other companies, RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS ONE.
Mid April I placed an order for window blinds. After 8 weeks I was refunded with no explanation. Now I have to start over. Thanks Bellacor
I ordered some light fixtures from Bellacor. They have exactly the same prices as every other company online, so you have to get a discount to make it worth it.
Damaged and to top table doesn't fit on the metal stool, cannot even be assembled, but Bellacor refused return and super rude, I had to contact paypal for help return.
Also over priced, after I return the damaged item yesterday I found the same C table on wayfair only $80! NEVER BUY FROM them.
Bought lighting fixture and realized it would not work when it arrived. Customer service claimed i could not return as it was an 'open box' sale. No such mention when i made purchase. Very deceptive!

STAY AWAY! I ordered a pendant Friday night. Saturday I realized that it wouldn't work, so I went back online to cancel it. No way to cancel it online. No chat option. No phone option. The ONLY option was e-mail. This was bad as I had ordered an "open box" item, which they consider not returnable. I talked with them Monday to confirm Cancel. They shipped it out Tuesday. Their reason-we didn't know that you wanted to cancel the pendant, even though my email said cancel pendant. Customer Service is a farce. "not their fault that it went out". "you knew it was open box". "we can't afford a chat or phone representative when we are closed". "we don't want to hold up all orders just because you want to cancel yours" etc. PLEASE PURCHASE FROM A CREDIBLE, HONEST COMPANY. BELLAOR IS NEITHER CREDIT OR HONEST.
