I ordered a anti bedbug memory foam double mattress and they delivered a stained mattress on 24th October that never expanded to full size so I had it sent back.
Today they collected it and delivered another mattress which was completely wrong. It was a cheap foam mattress king-size. I can't use it and it's taking up too much space.
I am so unhappy with two wrong items I want a refund and the company won't respond to me.
I have had 2 beds now, both damaged no one now answering calls or emails would definitely not recommend.

To give you a flavour of the experience…
I ordered a bed for next day delivery from their website.
The next day I got a confirmation email that the bed would arrive well over a week later.
I was instructed to answer this email if I needed to add any information.
So I answered it with 'please cancel this order as I would need to buy a bed today.'
6 or 7 emails between me and their "customer service" team member. Them; offering a sooner date.
Me; No thank you, cancel the order please.
Them; we will give you a discount.
Me; No! PLEASE CANCEL ORDER, I have bought a different bed now, as my wife is out of hospital today and needed a bed today! Just please cancel the order.
Them; so I will give you £20 discount and the bed will arrive on the 26th.
Me; what part do you not understand. CANCEL ORDER!
They ignored all my requests and today I got a phone call from the delivery company with a time slot for tomorrow and a phone call from the after sales team!
I have a poorly wife and new born baby and Beds.co.uk have stressed me out with their inability to understand plain English. They BEHAVE LIKE SCAMMERS!
Not only would I NOT recommend this company, I would actively encourage people to use a different company when finding a bed. Go local!

I ordered 3single beds and a double bed in December. Purchase and initial delivery was ok.
When beds were built they were of poor quality and skins broke. All beds were then replaced. New beds were put together and parts were missing.
After numerous emails back and forth they agreed to swap one bed as I had bits from that bed to repair the others where parts were missing and damaged.
Their courier came later than advised with no correspondence and I had to pop out for an e argent call out. They advised they would take bed and leave other one outside as I was less than ten minutes away and we have full cctv covering the property.
When I returned there was no new bed, upon checking the cctv I could see the courier had taken the damaged bed and no new bed was delivered.
I sent the cctv and was emailed back to say a delivery has been scheduled. On the day of delivery they contacted to say they had not received the bed back and therefore would not be sending another until they had received it.
I again emailed and have done on numerous occasions and still til now we have not received the bed nor being given and advise how to rectify this. They do not reply to emails. They send same message over and over again but do not address how unacceptable quality there products are. They are not helpful they just want to sell with no after sales help. No quality in the products.
It has been 8 months and they have not delivered the bed that they agreed to swap although they have had CCTV of their driver collecting it.
I can only advise you to purchase elsewhere these people are money robbing thieves and are not helpful and will not be there if you have any problems after.

Worst company ever dealt with in any capacity. Damaging products awful service and unresponsive. They still owe me money and bed and i do not know when either will work out. One that did arrive, quality was shocking DO NOT TRUST
Is sheet company not recommended i will pay 600 for double bed and after month matress it deform and bed creaks
I bought a mattress from Beds.co.uk, which turned out to be substandard. After 2 months use the mattresse had a dip, I phoned beds.co, they exchanged it, the second mattress had a huge dip after one month use. I am past the refund date which I understand but should you not send good quality product for the first time to your customer? Isn't it basics of good customer service? I would not recommend this company, I regret ordering from them.

Also forgot to mention that orthopaedic mattress is not at all orthopaedic. It was medium firm on the 1st day of use and 2nd day onwards it's was extremely soft, have been having continously backache since buying from them. Also they keep offering me same mattress as an exchange.

You can't TRUST this place for any think!
Bought king size bed with drawers, the quality of the material is very bed, beds drawers are not strong at all, head board is flimsy and make noise when try to sleep on the bed, I called them few times to return but they are keep disconnecting the phone. In the attached picture from the web bed looks nice but not strong at at all
I am not recommending any one to buy this bed with drawers

Whoever delivers for this company is a shambles got no knock on my door just a phone call which couldn't answer due to busy in the kitchen went to my door he seen me then turns around in his van and drove off wish I could lamp him just disgraceful now I'm angry cheers.

Excellent service from this company we ordered an end of line 4 piece conservatory set, this was delivered on the day we were told, unfortunately there was a damaged piece and no screws, we phone the customer service and they were fantastic and arranged for the damaged piece to be replaced and sent a full set of screws with no problem

Appalling from start to finish. Blatant lying on the website with regards to deliveries: they are not next day, but in fact an entire week! I tried to cancel the delivery but couldn't. The courier they use (premier?) was appalling. Turned up at 7am after giving me an ambiguous text with a 5 hour time slot a couple of days before. Rock up at my house at 7am, one guy on his own, drops my bed frame from the lorry and makes a hole in the box.
The quality of the bed frame was fine, but the mattresses were f****** SHOCKING. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on them (bunk beds). They were also both completely different models. My four year old lay on one and complained instantly that it was uncomfortable!
So returned the mattresses after haggling on the phone and the guy was blue in the face after trying to flog me some other crap offering of theirs for a discount.
ANOTHER week and some rude guy rocks up (on his own, again) and started questioning why I was returning them, why did I open the plastic covers (?!), could he back into my lawn as his partner is sick etc etc. I had to help him carry the damn things onto his lorry.
PLEASE, PLEASE avoid this horrendous company, or at the very least don't even think about buying their mattresses. Horrific episode and now I am still hunting for mattresses!

I ordered a double mattress for £239 on the 4th August.it was my billing address but being delivered to a different address, it said I'd receive a delivery message in 24 hours, 48 hours later no text, I called the number on the email to find out there was no order for me, took 2 days for them to find my order on there system, I got a call on the 11th saying it will be delivered on 14th between 12-5 but it was being delivered to the billing address not the address that was put on the order, i took an afternoon off work to be home for the delivery, at 3pm I got a call saying it wasn't going to be delivered, they ve now arranged delivery for the 17th August 7am to 12. Iv had to take the morning off work. Yes it arrived today the 17th but the delivery guy left it at my front door and said he couldn't even help me bring it into my front door, I then had to pay a man n van £10 to get the mattress to the address it should of been delivered to. I really wish I hadn't ordered from this company. I will not be using them again

Bed delivery was incorrect. I tried to explain to the driver that he should wait whilst I called the company 'they don't give a f... about our time.'. He then dragged back the goods and left. I called Bed.co.uk who apologised and sent an alternative bed with 'memory foam' mattress. The mattress allegedly memory foam will give all who do not have back problems, definitely orthopedic issues. The wheels once secured on the base, just fall out. I was desperate. I strongly recommend that customers spend a little extra and get value for their money, In the end, I went to Dunelm and purchased a memory foam mattress and bed. I paid an extra £60 and have had the best night's sleep ever, plus it was a double bed and not a single bed that I purchased from Dunelm.

From ordering to delivery very good communication felt confident in purchasing online as this was our first time furniture was delivered promptly & on time and was assembled and being used within 2 hours on one of the hottest days of the year good quality and very good price would recommend.
Great service and product cant fault the item super fast delivery, really friendly customer service and helpfull too have and would recommend
The bed is fine but the edges of the wood is very sharp and uncomfortable to step on and hold. I ordered the memory foam/spring mattresses. It was only £100 to add this option however I wish I hadn't. It was the biggest load of rubbish ever. I did consider returning but it would have cost £50 to send it back, I also considered donating to charity but then thought that I wouldn't want to subject anyone to sleep on that. In the end I threw it in the skip.

If anyone is thinking of buying any furniture, please, please, do NOT use Beds.co.uk. We ordered a rattan sofa dining set ready for our 2 weeks of annual leave. Looking forward to bbq's and entertaining. Anyway, a week last Wednesday the sofa and cushions were delivered, along with 4 other boxes of furniture that wasn't for me. No dining table though. So I phoned up and emailed to let them know about the extra furniture and the missing table. They said they would deliver the table on Monday just gone, and pick up the other stuff.
They delivered the wrong table! And took all the items I didn't order away. I phoned about the wrong table and sent photos to prove it didnt match. They said they'd send it on the Wednesday. Wednesday comes, delivery of table legs, no table top. Same legs as the wrong table they'd already sent. Refused delivery and phoned them yet again, demanding a refund. All I want is what we have saved for and paid for. Anyway, lovely phone call from a lady telling me that they didnt have a table to match my sofas as it was from the old range, and would I be happy if they collected all the stuff I have here and deliver a new, complete set today? Yep, I was happy with that. I did explain that I no longer had the box the sofas were delivered in, because they were ready built and the box was massive. She said it wasnt a problem.
Sooooo, today we had the sofas ready to go and the delivery driver says he can't accept them because they are not packaged! And he wouldn't give us the new set. So I've had to phone again and arrange yet another delivery, and I've been asked to wrap the furniture in bin bags. Now if I'd have been told that before today I'd have covered the things! So that's 4 days of my first week of annual leave waiting in for a furniture delivery.
Don't buy from them, share this if you want. Apart from buying our home, this is the most stressful purchase I've ever made. I won't ever be buying from this shambes of a company again

Possibly the worst customer service of my life.
Shocking treatment from start to finish. Ordered online to be told there was no possible delivery available, after reading great delivery deals advertised on the website. Three days later I was contacted to be told the bed I ordered was now unavailable and I needed to choose an alternative option. I was very disappointed to hear this as the bed I chose my girlfriend had her heart set on.
After the bed was delivered we began building and half way through noticed a split on one of the leather panels and from this moment on had a nightmare with customer service. I called to make the company aware of the issue and was told I would get a call back within the hour (this didn't happen) I phoned again two hours later to ask for an update.
We were offered a replacement bed but after a day of assembling the first bed to sleep on this didn't appeal to me. Eventually we agreed to a replacement panel. The following week a delivery driver arrived with a new bed expecting me to have dismantled the old one. I phoned customer service and spoke to a very rude man who argued with me that I had insisted I wanted a new bed delivering.
I then spoke to a supervisor who made delivering a replacement panel as difficult as possible. How can I be expected to have the damaged panel ready to be collected without having the replacement delivered to put straight on? The whole issue has left a sour taste in my mouth. Lesson learned pay more for better quality and better customer care.
