you have some stunning design beds and was going to buy on however the amount of negative reviews makes me nervous to use this company, my bed is very important to me i suffer with M.S and when having a real bad day i am bed bound i need to know that A) the bed is quality and comfortable B) that the bed will arrive in good time with all parts needed for assembly are present and finally C) there are many claims that state that complaints go ignored that the wrong beds have been delivered, also that people are unable to get these matters resolved as calls arent be answered and emails ignored..what do i do i really love some of the beds on your site but £600 is a huge amount of money to lose how can you reassure new customers that read the reviews and would be put off by the things said ?

We have recently been struggling with our review sites due the fact that we have not spent much time collecting positive reviews from happy customer, and it tends to be the unhappy customer who leave reviews. We do our best to resolve any problems presented to us by customers, and have spent a lot of time and investment on our staffing and products. Dont buy from this place! They still havent delivered the parts for me to fix my bed! Avoid buying from here!

Good Lord, Terri, your customer service team are about as rude and obstructive as I have ever come across. When you try and pay customers £20 to remove their negative feedback then something is seriously wrong in the ethos of the company. I would rather leave my review in situ to warn others of our appalling experience. Whilst I can accept that things will and do go wrong, it is the way a customer is treated when this happens that identifies how good a company is. Beds.co.uk should hang their heads in shame.

Beds.co.uk is running a scam, they are knowingly advertising products that they dont stock, never plan to deliver. Its thieving. Youd be an absolute fool to give them your money.
