Do not use this company. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is a complete joke. I have dealt with *...* is a waste of space, rude and talks over you, doesn't return calls as promised. * is on a whole other level... rude, dimissive and threatening. There is little point in wasting time and oxygen in speaking to her. After the 3rd attempt at getting the bed delivered (1st attempt was cancelled by company but nobody bothered to tell us, 2nd attempt was a completely different bed to the one we ordered!) and now we discover the bed has a broken headboard! However it would appear that this is our problem and not beds.co.uk. I feel I have no option but to contact Trading Standards for help.
