We ordered the bed and it came quickly. Sadly it was the incorrect bed. We spoke to Sarah who sorted it quickly and arranged the correct bed to be dispatched straight away. We received this within a few days. Mistakes happen and the service we received from Sarah was exceptional I can't fault it.
Great item just what my daughter wanted. We had a little issue with slats for the bed but spoke to Sarah c customer service and she is sending some spare out. Thank you
"Orthopedic mattress"
It's barely been used and the mattress has no firmness or pressure whatsoever. In fact I have a hours-lasting back-pain every morning after sleeping on it now.
The thickness is 8", not 10" as advertised. It's absolutely not the one from the picture.
This was advertised as an Orthopedic mattress! With one of the highest 'firm-ratings'. It's the opposite.

I do not recommend beds.co.uk. Please read the reviews on other sites as well. I really sorry i didnt read before buying. I order the memory foam mattress, before I order I ask on chat haw deep is the mattress (there is no information on the website) I got a respond that is 9''. I got delivered different mattress. So I contact them. First they said they sold out of the mattress I order. But nobody contact me to say that the mattress I order is not available and to ask me if I even want different one. After I said I wont to return and get refund, sambody called me that there was a mistake, they got the mattress I order and will be swap in a week time. I got the other one, but was not 9'' like I expected, and the smell of the mattress is awful. Its like old mattress with just new cover. I send a picture to email address, no respond at all, I chat with the lady, she said someone will call me. I said if I dont get respond in a wekk time I will write a review. Which I am doing. Please don not buy there you will get a headache for your own money. I lost £107 because I need to buy anotehr one.
Bought a bed and mattress from here in July, had my mattress replaced in October for the same thing to happen again, All the springs have gone in the mattress.
We took delivery of our super doper bed yesterday and it looked good! That is until I laid on it! It is the worst mattress in the history of worst mattresses! There was no memory foam unless it is 1mm thick and we could feel every spring pushing into our bodies. After half an hour I literally rolled it up, took it to the spare room and got the old mattress back on the bed. Bliss by comparison. I will never purchase anything ever again with reading the reviews first. Emailed them this morning but no reply. Awful experience

I purchased a bed from them + memory foam mattress for my mother. They sent a broken, poor quality mattress, that had 0 memory foam in, and the worst "bed"( if you can call it that), that looks like 2 cheap cubes that separate when you are sleeping and you need to push it back together every morning. Same issue with the headboard, it falls all the time. I had to order another bed and mattress from IKEA. I emailed them complaining about the poor quality of their items and when i said that i wish to return the products, they stopped answering. It's been more than a month now, still no reply from them.
Save your money and don't purchase from this fraudulent online store.
I am very surprised they don't have very low ratings here, probably they fake reviewed themselves. The order number is *******7438.
I thought I bought something else, and they sent some garbage. Plus, they are not letting me return their garbage so i can get my money back. This is fraud. Please see the pictures of how the bed was supposed to look like from their website, and how it actually looks.
I ordered my Mattress in June this year! (2020) now it is September 10th 2020. Still no mattress. 7 deliver dates missed. So NOT happy. Have now asked for a full refund. Which includes Extra postage as we were JUST outside the delivery area. Watch this space to see if we get our full refund! (added note: On 20th September I did get a full refund with in the time they said I would get it) But I will not use them again.

I did purchase 2 beds and 2 mattress and I can say very good quality beds and easy to fix. Delivery on time. The same mattress very well pack.

So I ordered a brand new mattress about a month ago. All of a sudden, I have bed bugs. I rang this morning and they completely denied the fact that it could have come from them. It's a brand new flat with a brand new bed and mattress and the bugs wouldn't have come from anywhere else as I've never had bed bugs in all the places I've lived. Do NOT buy from them - they're negligent and most of all, you'll get bitten!
Excellent service. I was unable to complete my transaction on line and Sarah was able to explain why and then went on and placed my order over the phone within minutes.

On assembling my new bed, one of the straps broke on the mattress. I emailed both of the two contact email addresses several times & also tried calling & using the online chat facility to report this & request a replacement or refund but Every attempt at communicating has been ignored.
This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced for many years. Seems like once they have your money they don't care.
I wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

I recently placed my order incorrectly. I called to amend it and got through to Sarah who did this for me immediately with no issues. She was very helpful and polite and very professional.

I called to cancel my order as I was told I had to pay £49 as I was not in the area for free delivery Sirah was very pleasant and helpful dealing with my call I was very pleased when she told me I could have delivery charge dropped and would receive the bed in a few days I was really pleased as I liked the bed I had ordered Thank you Sirah for all your help I am now one happy customer
