You have to put a Website on your review to be able to post a review, But I was unable to find a proper Website. So I just put the company name with a www... But we got our Mattress on ebay. Anyway after another company let us down big time I was recommended 'IJ INTERIORS' bases in 'Wednesbury) (Giomani Designs Ltd) The Mattress arrive in with in a few days. Due to MY ERROR I ordered the wrong mattress. Unfortunately the Delivery van had gone before we discovered this. We rang the company the next morning and they were great. Very helpful, and we arrange for an exchange. Which arrive on the Saturday. The Mattress is Great and we are very happy. We recommend them. Fast /Great Service and very helpful on all accounts

I ordered my Mattress in June this year! (2020) now it is September 10th 2020. Still no mattress. 7 deliver dates missed. So NOT happy. Have now asked for a full refund. Which includes Extra postage as we were JUST outside the delivery area. Watch this space to see if we get our full refund! (added note: On 20th September I did get a full refund with in the time they said I would get it) But I will not use them again.
