Absolutely terrible - the lights came broken/ dented/scratched for the second time
THE PACKAGING is SO BAD -had holes in on arrivalo and they are sent all the way from China!
Total waste of money
The staff cant speak english and take days to reply if at all
Save your money and but form the UK

Awful company

Don't buy from this awful company. They sent me the wrong item. Don't respond to messages or emails. Sent the item back out of my pocket but they still wont refund. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting!

I'm 6'1 and 235lbs and typically wear a U. S size XL in everything I own. I purchased a jacket (in a XL) that fitted more like a Kids size Large. I'm not even sure if the XXXL would've been big enough for me. The jacket also put A LOT of black lint, from the material inside of the coat, on my white shirt that I was wearing when trying it on. VERY POOR QUALITY, the Sizing is way too small, and I saved the best part for last; this site's "customer service" told me that they don't do exchanges or returns on items that were "correctly sent". Meaning, if you ordered and received the size you chose, regardless if you find out later that it was too big or too small, they will not grant you a return or exchange. This site is a joke.

$#*! I $#*!in spent 40$ on this cute $#*! sweater and it was like "it will be there in 5-15 days" and I was like "okay hell yeah I only have to wait up to 15 days to get this sweater" and it's been 2 and 1/2 months and it's still not here and their live customer support thing took 30 minutes for the $#*! of a website to say that "someone will be with you shortly" do NOT go to this website it $#*!ed me over and it will $#*! you over.

The shipping was pretty quick in my opinion despite where it was shipped from (and I only used standard shipping). I was excited when the package arrived but soon felt greatly disappointed at the cheap materials of the clothes.

I ordered a blouse, a midi skirt and a short skirt. Everything fits perfectly fine on me, but like many people mentioned the size runs pretty small as expected of standard Asian size. Despite the really nice floral pattern, the blouse was very flimsy and it feels like I can easily tear it without any effort. I've brought other blouses with similar feel of material and it was fine when I put it in the washer. However for this blouse, it got ripped at the strangest area (along where the buttons are even though I didn't buttoned the blouse) after being washed in gentle cycle. The midi skirt was ok. Partially lined so it wasn't completely see through but the texture feels a bit weird. The short skirt, however, is completely see through so I would have to wear something underneath.

I really wanted to return the short skirt but they seems to have very strict return policy and it's not worth paying for return shipping compare to how much I might get refunded.

We are experiencing the same issues as many other people have put on this site. Ordered clothes for our daughter for Christmas on November 27th. They were quick to take our money on Paypal, but no clothes have arrived. My wife started a chat with a representative on their web site the other day, was told only that the item had been shipped and was given a tracking number. The shipping company's site offers absolutely no information as to where the package is at this point. So it is now 2 days before Christmas, we are out almost $200 and have no clothes to give our daughter. Stay away from this company and this website. They are awful.

UPDATE 1/20/2016: After filing a complaint with PayPal before Christmas, we finally received a refund to our Paypal account this week. Still doesn't help the fact that we had no clothes to give our daughter on Christmas morning, but at least we were able to get the issue closed. My original review still stands... stay far, far away from this company. They are awful.

I ordered two identical lamps in September 2021. One arrived fairly soon and I was pleased with it at half price. Ordinarily the lamp would have been £700 and there is no way I would pay that for the quality but with 50% off I was pleased. I was surprised however that only 1 of my lamps arrived when I ordered an identical pair. 2 months later and the second one has not arrived. The online log in service did not recognise the tracking number. Every week for 2 months I have messaged them only to be told it had been shipped and to "please be patient". This week I received an email saying that my second parcel was mysteriously missing and to contact them saying what I will do about this. I requested a refund for the missing lamp, of £350 plus the shipping costs. They have refused and instead keep emailing saying to be patient and it is on its way. When the first lamp arrived the box was totally trashed, like someone had thrown it onto the airplane. Lucky the glass hadn't smashed. Awful company.

Worst Company Ever

All their packages come in beat all up and all the lights I ordered were broken and yes of course they say they inspect them before they leave bu they don't package correctly to ship overseas, they won't refund and even when I spent 113.00 to send back they still did not get a refund, Do not make the mistake I did, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

What Even?

Their delivery process is extremely LONG! I checked the website nearly every day since I purchased it to see if it had been shipped, for ONE WHOLE Month it was not shipped at all and finally it was shipped but took TWO Months to get here!

When I got the Purple Galaxy jumper it looked very cheap, I gave it a go and put in on and I nearly lost it. I waited THREE MONTHS for a cheap thin fabric jumper to arrive which did not even fit me, somehow it was too small!

I enjoy the pattern but it is NOT a winter jumper, a summer jumper or spring.

Wish I had checked their reviews. My lamp arrived 2 months after it was ordered and it was broken. I paid through PayPal and I had agreed with a 25% refund and BeautifulHalo would send replacement parts. After I received what I agreed to I would close my PayPal case. Then BeautifulHalo said I have to close my claim first. Changing the terms of the agreement. I let PayPal settle the matter. Now I HAVE TO PAY the return shipping to get a refund. I ADVISE EVERYONE do not buy from this company. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I have ever had!

I really wish i could put the transcripts of my conversations with these people here. After 3 weeks after ordering a simple t-shirt i logged a ticket asking simply how long does it normally take to ship to australia and if this wait time was normal. The response i got took days and was basically "please wait." Now a month after the order was placed I used their "chat online" feature where I asked the same question and was given a link to track my order which I had already explained I had been using which is how i knew it hadnt moved from its location in china in 10 DAYS! I told her I had seen that and rephrased my question. She told me to log a ticket. I told her i already had and she ignored me. For the next half an hour i got automated messages saying "I'll be with your shortly" and "thanks for waiting" until I gave up. I sent an email to the support address explaining in great detail everything that had happened and that all I wanted to know was if i should still be expecting this delivery or if it had gotten lost. This e-mail was thorough and included all the order information and all the previous conversations. The message I got back said "after tracking, your tracking number is ******" and a link to the tracking website.

I cannot even believe how ridiculous this is. 3 methods of contact and not one real person has spoken to me.
It would have been easier to make this t-shirt myself.
Now i'm out $30 and have no one to ask for it back from.

Complete SCAM!
DO NOT give them your money under ANY circumstance. It's just a donation to a bunch of jerks.

I purchased 2 hoodies and a T-shirt from this company all in a Men's Medium. 2 of them fit perfectly. This one was SUPER tight on my son who is 5'3" 102lbs! This company REFUSED to exchange for a larger size! Horrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE! ***Please note this company is in CHINA.

They sell knock offs and send the wrong sizes. They don't have a number to call as they do not speak English. Will not make corrections or refunds. Do not use them shop American brands!

This company is absolutely horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! We ordered 2 black matte colored pendant lights. First of all it took us forever to get them. When we finally got them they they didn't even match. One was a matte black and the other was a shiny black. The plastic inside part where the light bulb screws into was 2 different colors, one was black the other was white. The sizes between the 2 were off, the parts were not even welded on straight and the chains were completely different. Basically they are not what we ordered nor can we use them. We spent $186 on the lights. We contacted them, explained the problem and sent them pictures. They apologized and offered to refund us $10 and we keep the lights. Ridiculous! $10 for a $186 pair of pendant lights we can't even use. We told them we want a full refund and they said we had to pay out of pocket to ship them back which would cost around $50 and we may not even get our full refund back! So apparently if they screw up and ship you the wrong product or a defective product, you will be responsible to pay more money to ship the product back even though it was an error on their part. Their customer service is terrible and they could care less about screwing you over. So now we are out money and have to purchase pendant lights somewhere else. Lesson learned... NEVER order from Beautiful Halo. This company is such a joke!

I add an order in 12/5/2021, it's was a coat for my child for Christmas, it's 2/10/22 and I have not received this coat still, I've sent numerous emails to this company and all in getting is a robotic response so basically I've been robbed out of $76.55 DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
