Complete garbage! Scam compny. The reviews don't lie. The only reason it is not lower is 1 is the lowest score possible! Ordered a pull-over hoodie in a 2x(my normal size). It was so small I could not even get it on. When I asked about it they said I should have read the sizing chart. Ok they are right. So I decided to compare their 2x measurements to others sites. Well as I compared their xl, xxl, xxxl, xxxxl, and xxxxxl. They were all the same. Well my thought is it would have done me zero good to look before I ordered. I cant for the life of me understand why the have a customer service department! Dont buy from them. You will regret it, I promise!
I ordered two Hoodie shirts a Large and a 4XL. The large was snug and fit like a medium. The 4XL was so small it fit like a Large. There wasn't any tags on the shirts, so you couldn't determine what the actual size is is supposed to be. Shipping took over a month to receive due to the company being located in China. There's no customer service contact only an email. There was supposed to be a coupon code for 30% off that showed on the order but wasn't deducted from the amount.
I ordered a cute LED moon replica lamp, it was almost 40$ with shipping but looked totally worth it! It's been over a month I've been waiting and stu hasn't arrived. I opened a ticket 10 days after placing the order (as that was how long I was told it would take to get to me) took them 3 days to respond to my complaint. Then they told me that my package was stuck in customs, and asked me if I would like my item re-shipped. Of course I do,
I paid for it. What kind of question is that. After another 10 days, it still hasn't arrived, I reached out again. Package still hasn't arrived, what's going on? They apologized, and told me to just wait a few more days. At this point, I've missed the occasion that I ordered it for and suggested they pay for shipping. Completely ignored my request and told me to have some patience! After a month, I'm demanding my money back, and now they're flat out ignoring me. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to shop online with them. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, and has zero sense of urgency.

I was drawn to the beautiful unique light fixtures. Well priced. Paid via PayPal. The only smart thing I did. 7 months later they had my money and I was missing the expensive fixtures. You can only communicate via email with them. Their usual response? " Have patience." They closed their business supposedly for 3 months to celebrate Chinese New. Years. And when 6 months were passed, they advised me ( after 5 months of twice weekly emails from me regarding missing/unshipped fixtures) " too late for refund. Goodbye". Fortunately for me, I was in communication with PayPal prior to the 6 months cutoff. Sent the emails and Canada post confirmations (or lack thereof). PayPal not only refunded fully the money owed me for goods not received, shipping, duty/taxes and insurance... but refunded me my entire payment because of their unethical and lazy nasty communications.
If you are still wanting a product, go through PayPal. And make sure if you have any delays or problems, get them in the loop immediately. Even if PayPal tells you to continue to work with company. Tell them you want the file opened so you have recourse.
STAY AWAY. THE WORST QUALITY PLASTIC. MISSING PARTS. AND LED DOESN'T WORK. SELLER IS REFUSING TO REPLACE OR REFUND. THIS THING WAS AN OVERPRICES PIECE THAT UNFORTUNATELY BELONGS IN THE TRASH. I was very excited to have purchased this product because it looks great on their description, but reality is very different from what they sell. This company WILL NOT refund you or replace the broken products they sell. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered a light from Beautiful Halo on a Friday. On Sunday, I found a similar light at a nearby store, decided to save some money, and bought it from there instead. Sent an email on Monday asking that, since my order was still processing, could they cancel and give me a refund.
First response "It's been more than 24 hours since you've placed your order, it's a very nice light, please keep it. Order not canceled"
So I asked again, stating that their website says I am able to get back at least 60% of my cash even after 24 hours.
Second response: "Yes, but it's truly a very nice light. Please keep it and we'll mail it to you faster.
Again I asked for my money back.
Third response: Please keep the light and we'll give you a coupon for your next purchase.
Yeah right, like I'd ever order from this site again. I've sent a fourth email telling them to either refund my money, or I'm disputing the charge. At this point I'm worried their stringing me along in emails until the product ships and I can't do anything about it, which would suck. My advice, pick a different website. This one is super shady, and albeit polite, not helpful at all.
I am working on a film and after days of searching for the right lighting I finally found what I was looking for on this site. FIRST RED FLAG. I was only able to ship with ground. I put the order in assuming it would arrive in a reasonable time and then NOTHING. I was not until I went to a customer Service rep that I found out that the Items would not ship for up To 15 days and might take another 10-15 to Travel... because the items were in CHINA! I tried to cancel the order attempting to explain over and over that if the items did not arrive in 7 days I could not use them. ALL THEY DID WAS OFFER a 10% Discount. I refused and demanded a refund 4 times through email and live text responses. NO RESPONSE. I want To pull my hair out... the Worse Customer Service I have experienced in a on line company... STAY AWAY.
The absolute most DISGUSTING "Customer Service." I inquired about purchasing a light fixture and they couldn't confirm the color of the hardware on it. Half the photos displayed black hardware and the other half displayed silver hardware, but there was no option to choose. An agent via their Chat service told me "I don't know" and ended the chat. Then I inquired about the cost of return shipping with another agent via Chat and she was incredibly nasty, unintelligent, and totally incompetent. She could care less. After not being able to receive a clear response to my actual question, I told her I wouldn't be purchasing anything without knowing the full return policy and cost. Her response was "Whatever." So outrageously unprofessional. She then proceeded to send me "666." Obviously this person is an absolute psycho. Such a deplorable way to treat a potential customer. DON'T EVER order from this joke of a "company." And if someone named "Danica" is your Chat agent, don't even bother talking to her. She's insane. They are in China and there is no phone number to call. You will be stuck with whatever they send you, if they even send anything at all, or they'll likely try to charge you some expensive return fees. Don't trust them. I will NEVER order anything from China or anything that is made in China.
Stay away I ordered a sparkle sequence shirt, and I got a regular shirt, not what I ordered, got in touch with customer service, and they said they shipped the right item, why would I pay $38, for a regular shirt, stay away, biggest rip off place yet, if I could give them a minus 10, that's all they deserve, will never deal with this company again
I ordered one pendant light that took months to arrive. Liked it; paid to have it installed; and ordered two more based on a website claim that it shipped from the USA. Not so. After more months, what arrived from China had different colored glass. I asked only for replacement glass; then the stall began. Each week, I was told the replacement glass was being worked on - but I would need to wait patiently. I agree with other reviewers that this company deliberately tries to outrun the PayPal refund date. On the 90th day, I contacted PayPal telling them I was waiting for replacement glass. The company immediately asked me to cancel the PayPal claim - saying they could not send the replacement glass if there was a claim. I kept the claim active and a few days later PayPal refunded me. I wrote to both saying that I authorized a recharge upon receipt of the correct glass. The company again placated me saying I just needed to wait. They had me correspond with a different email. This went on for another 2 months. Finally I was told I would need to pay to return the glass to China before they would send out replacement glass. Evil! I think they should be banned from selling in the US.

Bought an industrial table lamp with Edison bulb as a x-mas present for my husband. First of all I received e-mail saying they haven't received my payment although PayPal sent me a payment receipt straight away after order was made. I sent them the same receipt and was told they will come back to me shortly. I was waiting for a week and no message from them. When I e-mailed asking about my order and payment only then they took an action without apologies. After communication and poor English used in their e-mails I started to sense that something is wrong here. Googled reviews and it was clear for me what I was dealing with - cheats!
I received the product in a week's time packed in awful cheap looking cardboard. The lamp felt light looked cheap and not worth Aus $100 which I spent. The Edison bulb wasn't there - main part of the lamp! On their website it's said- industrial lamp with one Edison bulb. I e-mailed with complaint and copy of the picture on the website with their own words stating it comes with a bulb but they just replied - no it doesn't.
I just burst in anger and said what I have to say about their cheating business. Disgrace.
Well I learned good lesson for $100 at least! Dont ever buy from unknown websites without checking reviews and be aware of cheats from China.
Don't ever buy or trust this website and products - it's all fake and disappointing!

I've been spending 2 months bloody negotiating with the customer service because they mistakenly thought I had not payed for my products when I in fact used all my store credit. Now all my store credit has disappeared along with my order, and I feel completely betrayed by a company I WAS PROMOTING. Awful service.
I actually work (now worked as I feel wrong working for them) as an affiliate for this website and brought in lots of sales and traffic for them. Once I saved up enough store credit I tried to buy 5 items and after a month of waiting for them to arrive went to investigate the problem. I was not contacted once to be informed that there was a problem with my order, just left to decide whether to investigate or forget. I sent in a message to customer service and while they pride themselves in responding within two days, every single response was completely unhelpful. I'm now here two months later still trying to get back my store credit that I earned just to buy some Christmas presents and clothes for myself that I'm starting to feel miserable about.
Instead of realising their mistake and quickly resolving the issue, they displace everything onto the customer and are clearly disorganised when it comes to their customer service. Really disappointed as I thought the clothes here looked great, and gave a lot of my time to doing affiliate work for them.
I bought a pair of wall lights that are dangerous and Beautiful Halo have refused to take them back or issue a refund.
- Took 51 days to arrive
- Still trying to get a refund after 3months
- Do not meet UK safety regulations. (No CE-mark)
- Not suitable for bathroom use (as stated in the description) - they have no IP (waterproof rating)
- The wiring to the transformer is too thin to handle 240v / 5amps of power and risks overheating and catching fire
- Even if the 240v wiring was the correct gauge - it is not correctly insulated (double insulation is required in the UK)
- There is no 'earth' or 'ground' attached to the metal body - again increasing the risk of electrocution.
- The electrical connectors supplied are not suitable for the UK and risk coming loose.
- The overall quality is shocking - the paint is chipped along the edges with contamination in the finish.
I am from Brazil and I ordered some clothes in DECEMBER 2015 (today is 10/18/2016), it never came, It says that is waitin for a possible ship for my country. I spend 100 dollars, 1 dollar is equivalent to like 3,50 of the money here. DO NOT buy anything from them.
I ordered a light $300 from them 2 weeks ago and I have no confirmation that the item has shipped. Can't contact them by phone, Live chat tells you to send them your email address? BUT HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART: THEIR PACKAGE TRACKER HAS THE SAME PROTOCOL A MALWARE INSTALLATION- I DIDN'T USE IT- BUT IF YOU ARE TEMPTED DONT.
I placed and order with them back in June 7 2020. It is July 8 I can't get any answeres to where my order is when i will get it. On my order statues on there website it saids it is proessing and then they send me an email that it was not in full english words or made any sence at all. I did get a tracking number that was created June 19th and it has not been shipped yet. I wished i read these reviews b/4 ordering with them.
First of all, it took 2 months for all my items to get here. They called me telling me that something wasn't in stock, so to pick something new. So, I picked something new, then a week after that, THAT item wasn't in stock either, couldn't they have told me that immediately?
Then my clothes FINALLY got here and the sweaters are SO TINY, they're made for children. Not to mention, one of the sweaters has a tear in it, and my jeans had no hole to put the button through. When I tried to email them (with pictures and all) about the defects, they told me to cut my own button hole, and that they saw nothing wrong with the tear in my sweater! That is absolutely ABSURD! So basically I have a torn sweater that I never wore, and jeans without a way to close. The clothes look really cute online, but don't let it deceive you, TRUST ME.
I bought $119 dollars worth of clothes 4 WEEKS to arrive they are 3 SIZES smaller in there policy is said something about a refund policy the support said we do not do refund? Its been over 1 month since m clothes arrived still do not have a refund!

I PAID OVER $900.00 WHICH INCLUDES A $10 INSURANCE COVERGAE. THE LIGHT CAME DAMAGED. THEY OFFERED 5%, THEN 10%, THEN 20% AND I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM. VERY UNREASONABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
