I found a beautiful chandelier on beautiful halo for my bar business. This chandelier is a feature piece in the main room of my business. The chandelier arrived 1 month after ordering in a box that was absolutely destroyed during shipping. The box was thin, and the way the light was packaged loosely with heavy parts on top of thin glass parts, of course going to break to pieces! I didn't have time to wait! My bar was scheduled to open! I was panicked when I reached out to customer service. They required photos not only of the broken parts, but all parts together, as well as the packaging. I sent all they required to fix the issue and told them to expedite shipping. I told them I'd pay whatever it costs but that I don't have time to wait.
They shipped replacement parts over a month ago and I'm still waiting. I spent over 1,000 dollars on the light. They won't accept a return. I don't have a chandelier for my bar. It's an absolute mess. Customer service just makes excuses and says to wait. This is the worst company ever.
Don't trust them. Don't buy from them.
I was told my order would be to me by October 30th, then wrote them to just make sure this was accurate. Someone wrote back saying "you will have your order by Nov 10th, okay?". Uhm, what? No, not "okay". And then when I said I wanted to cancel my order they wrote me pretty much begging me not to cancel it... they still are arguing with me to this day about canceling my order and begging me not to! Just cancel it and refund me how hard it that!? Worst customer service ever! This is not a bid or a gamble, just cancel my order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY you will regret it! I still can't believe I am dealing with this!
I recently purchased this light from beautiful halo. The item arrived in about a month (about the time I would expect for an item shipped from China) in a slightly damaged box. The light still looked to be in good condition, but the wiring of the light is ridiculous. I have put in light fixtures before, but this light had 16 small wires that did not come together unless they all attached to the wall wire. The light was obviously not finished before being shipped (or the company is sending out unusable lights knowingly). A side note, the package did not come with any other instructions and even had a random white mesh glove thrown into the package (just one, not two). While putting the actual nuts and bolts of the arms that hold the light sockets, the nut that holds the arm on got stripped, allowing that individual light arm to swing. I've submitted multiple help tickets to the company who just keep insisting that the light is functional and is easy to put up. I would recommend not buying this product or any other products from this company. With how difficult it is to get a return processed, it seems like these people are used to having their products returned. Save your money and time... it will be worth it in the long term.
Took forever to get here and sizing was too small, and i have to pay for oversea return. My fault for not checking this review board before purchasing. Will never buy from this site again.
I recently bought his blue long sweatshirt from them and I ordered it last March 19th but It just got here yesterday. I didn't fit me! And it smelt terrible like a burnt plastic and it was more like a green than blue

DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTIFULHALO.COM! The items are shipped from China and can take weeks. Also they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The picture on the website said burgundy, when in fact it was more red. The sizes are wrong - ordered one size and they sent a dress two sizes smaller. The company is claiming it is my fault! Again, BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO EAT THE COST OF YOUR ORDER.
IF I could give it a zero star review I would. This company SUCKS. The light showed up in over 40 pieces with NO instructions in the box. Not only did it take 4 months to get this light, I also cant even get an electrician to put it together. I emailed them to get it returned because I already just ended up buying a new light to use instead of this one and they REFUSE to give me a return or credit. I have been going back and forth via email with these people in China and they keep saying that they think the light is good and that I should keep it.

I placed an order the 11th of December 2016. It shipped on the 20th December and the tracking page says it has not moved since the 23rd... it is now the 1st February and still no sign of it. I have been contacting the company back and forth since 30th December and all they have to say is that my order is on its way and to wait. I have now demanded a full refund since my order is clearly not going to arrive... I'm dubious as to whether they will actually refund me so I will most likely open a dispute with PayPal. Anyway be careful before ordering with this company as their customer service is shocking.

You can check our reviews.And you could pay the money through paypal, not rhrough us. Paypal is a third party without any interests from you. So it will be fair to both of the seller and the buyer. This company is a complete scam. After making a purchase I started reading the reviews and was shocked at the negative reviews. I canceled my order within 24hrs and contacted PayPal to be on the safe side. I kept getting emails from this horrible company asking me to close the complaint with PayPal and they would refund me the money. I called PayPal and told them what "Beautiful Halo" was asking me to do. PayPal informed me NOT to cancel the complaint as I would not be able to refile a complaint and the complaint itself is NOT stopping Beautiful Halo from refunding my money. I'm having to wait 2 weeks before to see if they will refund the money before PayPal will reimburse me which it's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen any refund. I will call PayPal today. Trust me... Beautiful Halo is a complete scam.
Dear, for each orders, as the site have stated that orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, thus there are the processing time and the shipping time except those marked 'ship in 24hrs' please understand, and the processing time would be about 3-7 days ( in particularly custom item would up to 12 days). And for your order, we did hope you can keep as it was finished the processing and packed for shipping, but we would respect our customer's decision, and cancelled the order as request, but when you file a claim on the PayPal, that meant the order amount was hold by the third part, the PayPal, the site unable to process the refund until you shut it down, please understand, and we are sorry for all the inconvenience, but wish you have a nice day
Never received my order. Impossible to get in touch with a live person. I tried to get ahold of this company but it looks like I'm going to stop payment on my credit card
Deeply regret buying in this store. The customer service is terrible. I've had all sorts of problems from color mismatching, wrong size, and returns. In short, don't buy it, it's a waste of money.
Product sizes are more like juniors than adults. Took forever to actually receive it. Customer Service is a joke, there tactics need to be reported. Complete waste of money. LESSON LEARNED...
Waited over a month then was emailed and told my items HADN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET.
One item came too small (despite being listed as a larger size than my other order) and after a fight I tried to return it but they never refunded me (so now I'm out cost PLUS shipping).
The item I kept was worn once then FELL APART. Not worth a single penny.
If I had the option to give zero stars, that is what I would give! DO NOT ORDER from this company ever! I Ordered my product on 4/9/20. After week and weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted Beautiful Halo. They said it will take another 4-5 weeks to ship from China. After another few weeks, I received an email saying they could not get the product. I asked for a refund. TheN, over the course of the next couple of weeks, they keep sending message after message asking me to purchase another product, they offer discounts, etc. I have told them repeatedly in every one of my messages that I do not want a replacement or discount, only a refund. Their responses EVERY time are to AGAIN ask me if I want to order something else and receive a discount. They do nothing but give the run-around. After 2 months, they have yet to tell me they will refund my $284.25. I have NEVER dealt with a company this bad. In fact, I have only given reviews to companies for good customer service and this is the first negative review I have ever written. I wish I had red the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

Ordered a £45 "Tiffany" lamp from Beautifulhalo and after 6 weeks, the tracking number that was issued, appeared to reveal the same message, "Item not received yet." Fortunately, because I paid by PayPal, I was able to open a PayPal "Claim/Resolution," and because their advisor could see for himself that the seller was anxious for me to close the case by offering ever increasing discounts, plus no movement of "tracking," he immediately issued a full refund. ADVICE: Check companies on Google - see if there are any negative comments, but ultimately, if you are unfortunate enough to get trapped into one of these "hooky" Chinese companies and all goes pear shaped, at least if you paid by PayPal, you won't lose out.
I bought a coat from this website and it turned up in pieces i contacted the sell and they wouldn't give me my money back or send me a returns form, I then cotacted paypal who were usless and also refused to give me back my money even though i have chaced the company for 2 months. If you want to waste your money then buy something from these liars or just walk past a drain and throw your money in. Paypal are also liars and couldn't be bothered to help.

I never got my item and now they are asking for $15 so that they could get the item to me I paid for fast shipping and I been waiting for this item since February it is June I recommend that no one buys from here ever if they don't want to lose there money or be stressed
