Ordered some lights before Christmas. Did not arrive in 4 weeks. No reply to my e mails about where my order was. Next had a bill from HMRC saying my item was stuck in customs subject to charges. I had already paid £20 P & P. Halo response was that item had arrived at Post Office ( they have not) and if I didn't pay import charges which I was NOT informed about I had would not receive the item and would be liable for return charges. Raised a dispute through Paypal. Waiting ti hear. Great Customer Service! Not!

I would give them 0 stars if I could, they also use the name takeluckhome.com and so when you search takeluckhome you don't see all these bad reviews about the company. All reviews are one star or five, because all of the five star reviews are in the same broken english, clearly written by their employees. I ordered a dress using the 5-15 day shipping guarantee to canada, but a month later the package tracker still didn't state it was in canada. When I contacted support, all they did was relay information to me that was easily accessible online (tracking number and website) and telling me to go to the post office where they would hold the package (there is no post office linked to this address because we have a 24/7 security/mail people). Thankful I used paypal so I can try to get my money back. Don't order from them.

I placed an order that was "in stock" then they sent me a picture of the item I ordered asking if I would accept that instead. Then, they told me they shipped it but couldn't give me a tracking number. Then, they told me again it was out of stock and offered a replacement. I said no, refund my money. They said they tried and it was returned. They lied. Had to file a claim to get my money.

Then, once I received the order, I was very unhappy with the quality of the product. My electrician shook his head and said the product will be faulty due to the poor quality. I asked for a return label and am now into my fifth email. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once they have your money you are nothing to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Americansplease do not order from this company! We ordered 5 light fixtures. One worked. It took us 10 weeks to get them. 2 came with missing parts, which our electrician confirmed. Parts were promised to be sent and never were. The other 2 are connected correctly and flicker on and off. Ive asked to return and for a refund and the best theyve offered me is 10% back. For light fixtures that dont work! Buyer beware!

I bought a coat from this website and it turned up in pieces i contacted the sell and they wouldn't give me my money back or send me a returns form, I then cotacted paypal who were usless and also refused to give me back my money even though i have chaced the company for 2 months. If you want to waste your money then buy something from these liars or just walk past a drain and throw your money in. Paypal are also liars and couldn't be bothered to help.

First I have no problem ordering something halfway across the globe but at least I know its is coming from the other side of the planet and plan my delivery better. Firstly nothing they sell is only available through their site so not worth it.
I'm another person who ordered an item was promised 7 day delivery and after 14 days and it not even being shipped (i had a tracking number) i gave up and asked for a refund at which point they just decided to repeatedly ask me if i was sure then cease responding, they also tried responding to my emails only in Chinese to try to deter me, thankfully a friend of mine speaks it fluently so she wrote my email responses which they still ignored and just proceeded to ask aGAIN "if i was sure?" it was only when i massively kicked off and threatened legal action did they cancel the order, with a very snappy and rude email
They also pay blogs on tumblr to send themselves fake asks where they recommend halo products in reply, not worth it.

I did like the fa t that they had the online chat and representatives responded back immediately. However, all they do is give me a tracking number which says it is still at the original shipment place in china after 30 days... Never again!

This is worst online store I have ever tried to purchase from. I attempted to order a simple dress for a wedding and requested 2-3 day shipping. A week after I ordered it, the dress had not even left the warehouse. I then tried to cancel my order and they actually tried to haggle me saying they would give me only %5 off and I still would not have the dress for the wedding (it was that weekend) now it's almost 3 months after all that and I still do not have either the dress or the refund. They keep repeating they refunded me in august 19, but I've checked online and even spoke to the bank over the phone and then went there! There is only one transaction coming from my work for that day. I had to threaten to take them to court today if I don't see either the product in my mail or my refund. It was money that I didn't have and if I had known it would be this much trouble I would NEVER have ordered from them

Be very careful with this site. After my experience, I have to believe that all of the positive reviews were written by the same people in customer service that refused to refund my money.
If the reviews weren't written by customer service, I would be led to believe that the only thing you should buy from Beautiful Halo is clothes. Even then, make sure that you use PayPal so that you have a chance to get your money back.
In my experience, I ordered lights that the website suggested would take a week to deliver. Unfortunately, they did not tell me that the week would be after they finished manufacturing the lights, or buying the lights from their manufacturer.
As a result of this long delay, I decided to cancel my order. They spent days negotiating with me to keep the order. Offering discounts and apologizing for it not being in stock.
Then, after I continued to ask for a refund- they said they were going to charge me a 10% stocking fee because the items were in stock. How can they be in stock and not in stock at the same time?
Ultimately, I was able to get my money back for product they NEVER shipped- by opening a case with PayPal.
During the case, beautiful halo never replied to PayPal and instead kept trying to convince me to close my PayPal case.
I have never had more regret over using a website to purchase something. Their products look great- but after my experience, I will never use them again.
I caution anyone reading this review prior to purchasing- keep looking. You'll find what you need somewhere else and you won't be spending your hard earned money with a company that operates so inefficiently.

I purchased a dress for a friend to wear on her hen night as a surprise. The dress came and was too small, it was cheaply made in China and as it did fit my friend I kindly requested a refund and was fought by customer services on size (why would I physically measure my friend?!) they then offered me 10 percent of the price which was 3.00 gbp. I would steer clear of this site

It took three weeks for me to get any tracking information sent to me. When I finally got a "tracking number" it was incorrect. After asking every day for an accurate tracking number, it took another week to get it. When the package finally came, the lights were so poorly packaged they were both completely damaged and unusable. It took 17 emails back and forth to finally get a refund. They kept trying to negotiate the return with me instead of just taking it back like a normal company would do. I had to threaten to get my credit card involved to dispute the charge before they finally refunded my money. I would strongly, strongly suggest not using this site.
