They steal their designs from other stores/people. I paid more than the original store for a product that was 3 sizes smaller than the measurements given on BeautifulHalo. It then took over 2 months to ship to me. What a waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I never write reviews, but I will due to this awful experience. I recommend avoiding this vendor at all costs. After noticing that my order still had not shipped more than a week after ordering, I asked for an update, then ultimately attempted to cancel my order. They refused and kept offering to ship. I've never bought anything from them, but I've found that they steal fan art from sites like Tee Public to put on their own shirts. If you see fan merch on there you like, screenshot it and use the picture to search on Google images. I guarantee you'll find the same thing being sold by an artist for about the same price.

Ordered a sweater two months ago, have been arguing with customer service ever since. They sent me to my post office THREE TIMES, LYING to me saying it had arrived! I finally requested a refund and they flat out ignored it and told me to be patient, they were checking with the shipping, etc. I checked the shipping myself and noticed it was lost in China after the first few days of placing my order. Huge waste of my time and money.

I placed an order with them last week. After a week I noticed it had not shipped. I inquired and was told to wait. I told them if they couldn't give me a ship time, I wished to cancel the order. After offering a 5% discount (really?) and several emails exchanged, I sent a final request to cancel the order and placed a complaint with paypal. Now they are telling me to drop the case with paypal and they will refund my money. What? Refund my money and I'll be happy to drop the complaint!
Scammers and unethical... do no buy from them! Their prices seems cheap until they tack on 20+ dollars for shipping. BUY ELSEWHERE!

I ordered 2 lights on 2/1/18. They charged me for the order ($200) immediately. Mid-February they contact me to tell me the item wont ship til March due to Chinese New Year. March 1 I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. Now they tell me they want to charge me a 10% storage fee. I have pretty much accepted the fact that I will never see my item or get my money back. But Ill keep trying. (I found them while doing a Google search for lighting. I wish Google would not promote them).

We ordered lamps. After 2 month we've got wrong items, which looked terrible and I guess nobody would buy them cause of bad quality, so the company decided to ship them instead. When we requested to change for the lamps we paid for, company wrote us that shipment is to expensive and we have to keep them. Very professional!

I placed two orders on the same day for two different light fixtures. The second order arrived on time, but was damaged. The second order never shipped, even three weeks later.
The company claimed that the delay was due to the Chinese New Year. That couldnt be true, because I received the other order on time. I told them I wanted a refund, and they kept replying to persuade me to keep the order. I unequivocally responded that a refund was the only option and opened a case with PayPayl. Now theyre holding my funds hostage, saying that they wont return the funds until I close the case with PayPal.
They only respond every 24 hours. Each day, they delay, by making up another excuse not to refund your money, or send the merchandise. This is a fraudulent outfit. Luckily, I used my AMEX, so Im certain that Ill get the funds back. But definitely dont buy anything from them.

I purchased a lamp from them and the base was broken due to the way they packaged it (bubble wrap with some styrofoam thrown on top). They offered to ship the tubing part that snapped but I would have to hire a electrician to completely tear apart the lamp because all the wiring is running thru the broken tube as well as other parts of the lamp. I could ship it back at my expense but it cost as much as the lamp itself. This site is a total scam

This company is a complete scam. Dont lose your time or energy. The dress I ordered was GARBAGE. See through, uneven hem line and NOTHING like they advertise online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their customer service is just as bad as their product. Complete run around. You will not get your money back and rarely get an answer. They need to be accountable and shut down!

This site is a total scam - buyer beware. I ordered a light fixture which was listed incorrectly as an 8 light when it is only a 6 light. It came as individual wires and no way to connect them. Unless you are an electrician, there is no way to use it and no instructions on how to put together. I tried their "24/7 chat" feature and after 30 mins got a bounce back saying to open a ticket with customer service. I entered a ticket through email over a week ago and have received no response. I'm just out $50 since they don't answer and I have no way to send back.

The responses from customer service are completely out of context, so most likely they don't speak english. After one and a half month back and forth, they are asking me to send them back the broken goods that I received to my own expense...

I ordered 2 sconces and they came both damaged. After sending immediately pictures to customer service, they asked me to send pictures. I have sent pictures 7 times and my case is handled by 4 different people, that each day say similar things but no resolution. It is about a month now, and after offering 5% discount, then 10% and so on, they are now willing to refund for one sconce and not the other.

PS, If you are in USA, It takes a day to get one answer. I have been emailing back and forth waiting for the next day to get a not resolving answer and then again and again... They play the game of exhaustion. But I refuse to pay for broken goods, that's the principle. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I have for over a month requested refund and they are refusing to give me, now they are asking me to pay shipping to China to return the broken goods. This company is a complete scam. After making a purchase I started reading the reviews and was shocked at the negative reviews. I canceled my order within 24hrs and contacted PayPal to be on the safe side. I kept getting emails from this horrible company asking me to close the complaint with PayPal and they would refund me the money. I called PayPal and told them what "Beautiful Halo" was asking me to do. PayPal informed me NOT to cancel the complaint as I would not be able to refile a complaint and the complaint itself is NOT stopping Beautiful Halo from refunding my money. I'm having to wait 2 weeks before to see if they will refund the money before PayPal will reimburse me which it's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen any refund. I will call PayPal today. Trust me... Beautiful Halo is a complete scam.

Their site wasn't working properly and sent my order through to the wrong address with shipping insurance which I didn't want. I immediately tried to cancel my order since they didn't get it right. They straight up refused to cancel my order and insist I go through with it or try ordering again. I've dealt with five different representatives who keep telling me the same thing. They tried to bargain with me offering a measly 5% discount but I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund!
Thankfully I paid through Paypal and am filing a dispute but they've been extremely scammy with their emails ever since I opened that dispute including trying to convince me to close the dispute and THEN they would refund me. So now I've put it in Paypal's hands. We shall see. :// 0/10 do not purchase from them.

This is a horrible site! Ordered items 12/05 was told they would arrive 12/23.12/26 sent a message said it would be here 12/30. It's now 01/11 and still no package.

IT'S A SCAM! I Ordered on 12-5-17 for 12-25 promised delivery and still have nothing. A shipping label was made but no updates until today when I let them know I was filing complaints with the PayPay and the FTC.
