These folks have some huevos. They have no base of operations or distribution in the US. Each individual purchase is shipped from China. Now, there's a stellar business model. Also obvious that nobody speaks English. Seems that would be a necessity but if enough suckers go along, this sleazy operation will stay afloat. Please do not support this zero end game.

This shady operation does not uphold business standards we expect in the US. Be sure you are aware their clothing is Asian sizing, which has no correlation in the US. My XL item was a woman's size 6 and they claimed it was my fault for not comprehending this.

I bought a dress from beautifulhalo and I was a little concerned because I live in Canada.The shipment time was a little long but the dress came in perfect conditions, the size is correct and it looks exactly like the website. Amazing prices with taxes and duties paid for Canadians. Great job! I wish I could give it to 6 or more stars!

Deceiving

I ordered pendant lights and they did not look like the picture on their website. Cheap, painted and the shape of the fixture was different from the picture on their site.

Beautiful Halo offered a whopping 5% rebate and will replace 4 out of 12 lights that we received received damaged. We accepted it because better than nothing, but it doesn't change that we cannot use 8 of the 12 lights, so will have to buy 12 new lights elsewhere. Total waste of of money. Take my word and never buy from them, they are hopeless.

Received 12 hanging lights. Terrible packaging did not protect the lights and every one is damaged, mainly deformed and 4 are scratched as well. They refuse to refund. Offered a 5% rebate on four scratched units. I didn't realize they are from China; they hide it well. Not that I would mind if they gave good customer service.

BeautifulHalo.com has a good range of industrial lighting that presents well online, however take my word for it and do not buy from them.

STAY AWAY!

I ordered a dress that I thought was gorgeous. I wanted it for my bridal shower this month. Finally got it in the mail after all of the confusing shipping tracking information and it is NOT the dress I ordered. It was a high/low dress but there was only one length measurement to judge from and when I got the dress, the "high" part barely came past my groin. Also, the picture showed a nude underlay under the white lace, but the dress I received had a white SEE-THROUGH underlay instead. The neck line was completely different and the waist line too. I took pictures and compared them with the original dress picture, sent them to the email they provided and will not allow me to return it unless I pay high costs to ship it back and then they will refund me but take out the original shipping cost which I PAID FOR! This website is a scam and I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought from them. I plan on calling the better business bureau tomorrow and talk to them about this. Save your money!

Please for the dress would be acceptable with a little deviation from the site picture between the actual product, as the screen setting and solution, please understand. But if the customer ordered a wrong size or the garment not suitable, it can be return at our customer's expense. Regarding to the return post runs high, we would offer a partial refund for the customer to reconsider to keep the order or return for a refund, please understand.

I want this to be at top before my review. Please, if you read it, pass the link on to others who've lost money to this organized crime unit. File a complaint. I lost $225.

They will send you something, no doubt; however... it's just enough to avoid getting into legal trouble. The website is professionally prepared but if you (like many of us didn't do) is carefully read the clever cancellation and return policy. Here's the bottom line verbatim from their website:

"We cannot accept the exchange or return after your order has been shipped."

In other words, you can cancel the order for repayment only until they ship. In other words, all sales are final once we ship. No matter what. Damage is also cleverly written to ensure total protection for this sham business. True, legitimate businesses craft guarantees for satisfaction, damage returns, or product wasn't what they expected. Any LEGAL business will put the return shipping fees on you and upon receipt, refund your money.

Hell, I've even seen Amazon refund my money before I even returned by shipping! Do yourself a favor, AVOID. My stuff arrived in moderately damaged boxes (because they also don't ship like respectable businesses do with prefabricated box cushioning. A product has it's own container or box, and then is placed inside another shipping box... no?) This was random pieces of Styrofoam all broken up and stuffed around a box that was going to bulge anyway. There was even a small box from some other Chinese product that had absolutely nothing in it and was open... um, GARBAGE? I could go on... incensed.

Bought a hanging light fixture, great design. No instructions with light, parts they did send were useless and would not work. Thought it was made of paper the metal was so thin, dropped it and a big dent formed, it should of survived without a scratch. Finish is chipping off just from the installation.
No reply what so ever from their customer service!
Real $#*!! Dont recommend.

Unfortunately I have to give it a one star because there is no negative star. I received defected items and after doing what they said taking pictures they decide that they will only give me 5% discount. That I have to hang up these lights as they are and eat it. They sent me scratched and dented items and when I try to send it back for a refund they don't respond to my chat room. Which is the only way you can contact them. Then when I keep trying I got somebody in the chat room and it says that they are pre sale only not support, that support will be back in 12 hours. What a JOKE! If you want to order with them and lose your money on a purchase then buy from this company.

Purchased two shirts from them - should have known better and trusted my instincts. The craftsmanship was poor and there were loose overlocked threads hanging from the sleeves.
The worst part: when I wore one of the shirts for the first time, it LITERALLY CAME UNDONE at the seams. There is a huge hole on the elbow crease and on the back.
Now the seller refuses to refund me in full - they offered a laughable 10% first, now it's been upgraded to 15% - and suggest I am responsible for returning the items. The shirts are pretty lightweight, yet the seller is trying to suggest that it will cost me a lot and is bullying me into accepting their meagre 15%.
This is in direct violation of Consumer Contracts Regulations, not to mention that any decent company would own up to it and refund their poor quality item.
I would avoid buying from them at all costs, once they have your money they won't let go!

Basically it is just a scam. They ship a cheap product that is incorrectly sized- nothing like the image on the website,. They count on the fact that the return shipping cost to China is so high that you will just give up. Took a month to receive product and it was trash

Just letting you know that you are informing everyone to contact your after sales support team to resolve our dissatisfaction which I have done, hello, I fought with you guys for over a month remember?!? I followed all procedures listed to me exactly and it got no where. I took pictures of the dress I ordered online and the dress they sent me, the proof is in the picture and the variation in the difference was staggering yet they still would not honor the return! Bottom line people I received incorrect product and another dress has seams falling apart but I couldn't bare the time wasted to pay crazy shipping fees that I should not be responsible for

Not the type to do this but SO angry with the terrible service these crooks provide. If you can even call it a service. I'm Being forced to keep product that are not like the images shown online and NO exchange or refund offered. I've Never met someone so ignorant as ANN in customer services. Shocking. The fight continues for a refund.

I ordered two shirts on October 18,2017. Ask me if these shirts have arrived yet? The answer is no. I've asked for a refund by email with literally no help and I've been in constant communication since October. They run you around in circles in hopes you stop emailing them and i've had the same type of response from them for around 6 months. They claimed my order was delivered to a "local post office" but couldn't tell me which post office and made me (literally told me this was the only option) go to each post office to check that the order was delivered. Turns out, it was never delivered. SHOCKER. When i asked for a refund (when i say ask, i mean for the 15th+ time), they said i had to pay back the shipping cost because somehow this still falls back on me.? I've never been the type to post a comment like this but i genuinely think this company needs to do the world a favor and close shop. I'm embarrassed, annoyed and shocked. How does this happen and how are companies still operating that are this inefficient? Get outta here BeautifulHalo. Nobody wants you here.

All their packages come in beat all up and all the lights I ordered were broken and yes of course they say they inspect them before they leave bu they don't package correctly to ship overseas, they won't refund and even when I spent 113.00 to send back they still did not get a refund, Do not make the mistake I did, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
