You get what you pay for! Having that in mind, I was really pleased with my order. It took a while to arrive but I was expecting that as it was stated before I placed the order.
The customer support is very responsive and really nice!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes are cheap and way too small. They will not allow returns so you are just stuck. Also, it takes 4 weeks to get an item, so it's too late to dispute it on your credit card. They suck!

Ordered a hoody in size S, it was too small, so I wanted to return it. But noooo we dont have return service, we send the correct item so too bad! But if it doesnt fit... They dont even offer an other option, like I ship it back an they send a bigger size... Insane never order here again and nobody should.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE... beautifulhalo They are rude to there customers, ur items will either not arrive or take weeks to arrive. I've had to bug them for over 4 weeks for my 1 item and when it finally did arrive it looked nothing like the item online and secondly had a stain on it. But they had the audacity to claim It was me that caused the stain. Because they have 3 people that check the items before being sent out. I want a full refund inc delivery and they have offered me 10% refund of delivery price. Then up by 20%. They are ripping people off, by looking at the reviews, no one likes them. I was also told via email to wash the item. They are a ridiculous company that should be shut down, I have sent them numerous emails saying a full refund or I will take this to social media and trading standards. I get an email a day saying 20%. How they are up and running I have no idea? Pass this round to your friends and family, I wouldn't want anyone to go through the rubbish Im going through with *******@beautifulhalo

Bought a shirt through this site. It wasn't delivered on time as promised, and sizing was terrible. I have sent 3 requests for information on returns through their website in the past 2 weeks with no response. No phone number to be found anywhere.

Fast shipping, cute packaging, the clothes was folded nicely, did receive a tracking number. Great quality of clothes, did ordered the skirt as a medium and fit perfect, the vest I ordered as a large because I wanted a more loose look which worked. I will definitely keep shopping here & recommend.
I was sent the incorrect item recently and they sent me the correct one immediately without having to wait for the return of the incorrect item, all prepaid, Their customer service has always been excellent, and it's worth it to spend a bit more for quality.
Do not buy from them. Ordered the item, paid extra for expedited shipping. It has been more than a week item has not been shipped. Customer service terrible. I dont think they understand english

I have been reading a lot of bad reviews about the customer service and when I had some concerns about my shipment I was wary about getting a reply back. I had emailed a question that I had late at night the customer service responded the next morning very promptly and when I responded in the morning they emailed me within 10 minutes of my reply. The person that I talked to was very helpful and polite and did her best to help me.

I ordered a light fixture. It took 5 weeks and many conversations with customer service to receive it. It arrived extremely bent, broken. Now that I have asked for a refund, customer service won't respond. Go figure.
I ordered two dresses for homecoming. Neither looked like the pictures on the website. One was completely see-through, the other was different colors and just the cheapest fabric, and the sizing was completely different than the guide on their website. They will not take a return or credit me for the purchase. Do not buy!
I am very pleased with my experience. I ordered a dress, a monokini, shorts and a kimono from beautifulhalo earlier last week and received it yesterday. The fabric used for each item is very nice, no loose threads or crooked hems. They all appear to look just like the pictures on their site, too. I was so happy that they fit well also (I am pear shaped with a big booty and petite up top) since it is always difficult to know whether I'm going to be a small, medium and sometimes even large depending on the store.They seem to have sales quite frequently as well as new styles often. They shipped with free 2 day priority shipping as well, which is a great bonus to me. I'm sad to see many other people had negative experiences, and I felt the need to post positively. I definitely will be ordering from Beautifulhalo again.

I don't know why Beautifulhalo is getting so many bad reviews? Some of my cutest tops and dresses are from Beautifulhalo. And I'm a tall girl and ALWAYS have trouble with sizing when it comes to cheap clothing sites. I've never had this problem with Beautifulhalo. There have been a handful of things I've had to return because they didn't fit right or weren't what I expected. However isn't this the risk you take with ANY online shopping site? They make returns quick and easy and have always responded to my emails within less than 24 hours. I recommend Beautifulhalo to all my friends and have gotten a few them totally hooked!
I have honestly never experienced anything like this, I ordered two large ceiling lights and the package was shipped to the UK. However, even though there were builders at my house EVERYDAY, they couldn't deliver and it was in a warehouse 10 miles away from my home and I was told to go and collect it. Impossible considering I don't have a car and wasn't forking out for a taxi. I asked for it to be redelivered NUMEROUS times over the course of a MONTH - a seemingly simple task, however this proved impossible.
The items have now gone back to the company and I have asked for a full refund, I never received the items and have had to wait FOUR MONTHS for this to be refunded.
I HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD THAT THEIR WAREHOUSE HAS DESTROYED ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED SO THEY'RE UNABLE TO REFUND ME!?!?!?

I ordered a light towards the end of July. I purchased shipping insurance thinking it gave me some peace of mind. The box came bulging and when I opened it there were no packing materials. I ordered an industrial light with 8 arms. I had to send pictures multiple times to show all of the damage that was present. They requested additional pictures a few times. There were several dents as well. The light cannot be used without serious work. Their offer was a 5% refund, which wouldn't cover paint costs. I am waiting to resolve this dispute and have opened up a dispute with PayPal but don't want anyone else stuck in the problem that I have. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Absolute garbage. We ordered three lights from them months ago. First they only shipped two, then we finally get the third light weeks later only to find that it is the wrong light. We have been emailing and fighting with their rep (Lemon is his name) for 6 weeks over this light. I even ofered to buy a new light and he couldn't even guarantee me that he would send the proper "matching" light. Oh by the way, this is our kitchen light, so we've had a missing light for over two months... DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTIFUL HALO
I purchased a lamp it came three weeks later and the Crystal part was broken. They told me to glue it or take a 5% discount on my next purchase. That is unacceptable, should replace a broken item. This was after sending pictures five different times because kept wanting a different picture angle. Then they offered a 20% discount on my next purchase which is also acceptable. I wouldn't use this business ever in my life with that kind of customer service. Replace broken items or refund purchase price should be only answer u get. Any other company would do that! Extremely disappointed!
I purchased some pendant lights, they were meant to be old style silver. What I received was two white pendant lights with a poorly spray painted black over the top of it, would not put them in my house at all. When I complained, the company kept saying that they have sent the correct product even though they werent the same colour and the shape. Highly disappointed and the service from the company is just as poor. Would not recommend this company to anyone, beware!

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
