I ordered a chandelier from them, because it was the same chandelier that Pottery Barn sold (same exact picture, too) and I thought that maybe they sell seconds. What arrived was a cheap knock off of the one in the picture. Duct tape on the rope, not wire, a thin tube instead of a "wine barrel" band, a tweaked lighting arm. I tried to return it and they don't respond. Just know that. If you are okay with a knock off, that's totally fine. But they don't take returns, even thought they have a "policy" on their website. Also they are based in Singapore and the customer service reps are not fluent in English.
I ordered a hoodie off of BeautifulHalo in early December 2018 and a month later it has yet to arrive. The only reciept or information provided after purchase was the paypal receipt - but no confirmation from BeuatifulHalo.
Shop somewhere more reliable and honest.

I never receive my product I opened a case through pay pal they promised me that if I closed my case they would refund my money andthey did not and they stopped responding to my email. If you value your money do not use this company

Beautiful Halo is nothing but a scam! I made a payment to them on Dec 1st for a Rick and Morty hoodie for my son's birthday. I was told it would delivered by Dec 15. Well I looked that day and nothing, and everyday after. Then I looked at the transit number and found out since Dec 1st that it was still pending. It hadn't even been shipped! I have asked for my money back, but all I get is silence.

I ordered a ring as a gift for a friend with no issue. The same day, I also ordered two matching hoodies for my husband and I. Despite having filled out the information once for the ring, and again for the hoodies as a separate purchase, I began receiving emails with my address in the content but asking for my actual address. After 8 emails back and forth, my final email demanded a tracking number or a refund. The next day, after 20+ days of "processing" they gave me a shipping number with no label created on the USPS site. It's made no progress at all. I most likely won't receive the package until after the new year. If you see something you like on beautifulhalo, search again on Ebay and I promise you'll find it cheaper, more accessible and 100x more professional. Don't trust this site after your first purchase. The positive reviews I see have to have been written by employees of the company.

Every time I contacted support to ask why UPS Tracking said "Label Printed." with no further info on tracking, their reply was, it will be delivered. So, now after 24 days of waiting for delivery, I am trying to get a refund.

Dear William , Due to the arrival of Christmas, many express delivery have different degrees of delay.
I ordered a light fixture, which was delivered broken. I requested a replacement or a refund. This company was willing to replace the part that was broken but it would be up to me to rewrie the light. I explained that I could not do that as I don't know how and requested a refund. Their response was that I would have to pay for shipping back to China. I might as well pay someone to fix it when the part comes in rather than pay to ship it back. Therefore, I paid for a broken item as well as pay for someone to fix it. I do not recommend buying from here.

Orders for xmas not processed together although ordered together and both hoodies so they are coming from the same dept. Also there own pre sales team says I should cancel my order hows that for customer service. Also knowone at this company knows who the CEO or president is nor can they provide you any superior name to contact or speak to directly just a generic email to most likely knowone. This company sucks & any good review on here is guaranteed to be fro. An employee or stick holder someone with stake in this company. If you really want it order it else where. Oh & dont think if you pay for it to be shipped Express that it will happen cause it wont.

Advertised as having a US warehouse... well ordered a ceiling light, clearly it's being shipped on a slowboat from China... 3 weeks now and the only status I have is that a UPS label was created, waiting for item to arrive... and shipping was expensive... So don't bother. And buy from a reputable US based operation, places like this should not be allowed to do business in this Country.

I recently purchased this light from beautiful halo. The item arrived in about a month (about the time I would expect for an item shipped from China) in a slightly damaged box. The light still looked to be in good condition, but the wiring of the light is ridiculous. I have put in light fixtures before, but this light had 16 small wires that did not come together unless they all attached to the wall wire. The light was obviously not finished before being shipped (or the company is sending out unusable lights knowingly). A side note, the package did not come with any other instructions and even had a random white mesh glove thrown into the package (just one, not two). While putting the actual nuts and bolts of the arms that hold the light sockets, the nut that holds the arm on got stripped, allowing that individual light arm to swing. I've submitted multiple help tickets to the company who just keep insisting that the light is functional and is easy to put up. I would recommend not buying this product or any other products from this company. With how difficult it is to get a return processed, it seems like these people are used to having their products returned. Save your money and time... it will be worth it in the long term.

Received a broken item. Discovered I only had 15 days to contact them only through the website and I had to receive proof of shipping damage. Who has that kind of free time to be running around doing all that. It was very complicated and none of their customer services addresses responded. Crappy product clearly super cheaply made.

I ordered a red coat which looked lovely in the photographs. In reality it is a horrible piece of red felt, badly creased and far too thin to be a coat. The buttons don't line up properly and the overlocking on the hem is coming adrift. Best to avoid the company as they sell very shoddy merchandise.

Ordered the sweater, it looked nothing as on the picture, it had a different design and was made of a different, cheap material. I believe they are not advertising their products on the pictures, they shouldn't be allowed to operate!

Bilked me out of $150.00 for lighting that did not function. There is no ballast in the ball portion of the pulley so the lampshade and light just falls to the floor. Their suggestion to remedy was for ME to figure out a way to add weight to the sealed ball. Then wanted me to ship it back to them for the tune of $399.90. I may be dumb for being sucked into buying from them initially, but not stupid enough to fall for their deceitful merchandising practices. I will write a negative yet educational review every opportunity I see their products advertised to warn unsuspecting buyers.

Purchase a coat for Halloween it was completely ripped, since it was cheaply made there was no way to fix it. When I notified the company of the damage item they told me they can refund me only 30% when I refused the 30% they offered 40%. Why should I pay for something that I could not use or repair. They advise it is very expensive to ship back to china but If I wanted to get a full refund I must pay for the shipping, Completely unhappy with this company I will never buy anything from them again. By the way I sent them a picture of the damage item the same day I received it.

I ordered a cute LED moon replica lamp, it was almost 40$ with shipping but looked totally worth it! It's been over a month I've been waiting and stu hasn't arrived. I opened a ticket 10 days after placing the order (as that was how long I was told it would take to get to me) took them 3 days to respond to my complaint. Then they told me that my package was stuck in customs, and asked me if I would like my item re-shipped. Of course I do,
I paid for it. What kind of question is that. After another 10 days, it still hasn't arrived, I reached out again. Package still hasn't arrived, what's going on? They apologized, and told me to just wait a few more days. At this point, I've missed the occasion that I ordered it for and suggested they pay for shipping. Completely ignored my request and told me to have some patience! After a month, I'm demanding my money back, and now they're flat out ignoring me. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to shop online with them. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, and has zero sense of urgency.
100% would not recommend.

I will start by saying I wanted to rate this app because I cannot say enough good things about it and my personal experiences have been with speaking on. I have ordered many things from Beautifulhalo from work clothes, to tankini bathing suits! I have always gotten exactly what I asked for and the perfectly fit for size. Everything came packaged together so no worries about receiving parcel orders unless an order is split which is rare. The quality of the clothes and bathsuits were incredible and I've never had an issue. The sales they have are also awesome...
