This was by far my worst online ordering experience. After taking 2 months to ship a jacket I finally received the worst product ever. The jacket was extremely small with overly short sleeves. It was a piece of junk jacket with nothing but and iron on decal that would surely come apart in one wash. They don't respond to messages requesting to return for a refund. You'll be out money and left with a junk product! I strongly advise not to waste your time or money. This is such a terrible company!

It's been almost two months now, no product and the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. I am really sorry I didn't check the reviews on this company before. Guaranteed every good review on here is written by the company itself. They should be prosecuted and shut down!

Long story short. They didn't deliver the product to my house and made me pay extra to pick up my product from the post office. The employees are rude and not trained professionally to resolve issues. They would not take the Friend's sweater that I got even though I took pictures of how it is discolored and unwearable with the excuse of the discoloration not showing I'm the picture which is a complete lie. And if I want to return it, I'll have to ship it to China and pay a fortune for it.

Same story here. Ordered 2 light fixtures that took 2-months to ship and arrived dented, scratched, and even red paint on them. I demanded a full refund and and return label. They offered a 5% refund and said I "need to keep them due to shipping costs". Also said they must have been damaged due to "long-distance shipping". Right - splattered in red paint from shipping. No idea they were in China and ship on a boat.
Stay away. I am disputing with credit card company.
Oh - and 3-days after our credit card charge, our card was compromised and a series of charges occurred. Definitely breached from this crappy site and FRAUD company.

ZERO STARS! Don't be fooled. I bought a billiard light online. I didn't know the vendor was in CHINA. The light was JUNK. First, it took about two months to ship from CHINA and it came very poorly packed with two lamp shades broken and the ceiling mount dented. The company will not refund your money unless you spend a fortune to ship everything back to CHINA. When the replacement parts came, I found another part of the light not working. Save your self money and trouble. Don't buy this light or do business with this junk Chinese company who cheats customers with cheap products.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased three lights. Two of them came in and one didn't work after about a month. Here we are a month and a half and still have t seen my other fixture. When I asked the online chat person why I couldn't talk to a live person or why nobody has responded to my emails she said because we have thousands of email to answer so sorry about not getting to mine. This company is a joke of you like your money stay away.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever tried to work with. I have been trying to return a jacket for over a month. Was told that if I ordered the correct size, they don't offer returns. Then a 10% refund. So now I am just contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. Buyer beware!

Absolutely horrendous company. DO NOT purchase from here. I ordered a ceiling light fixture. Firstly there is no invoice/e-receipt or any trace of the purchase unless you log in. They sent me a USED, DEFECTIVE, BROKEN, SCRATCHED UP EVERYWHERE fixture which had been returned from a previous customer with the Return note from the customer still inside in shabby packaging. I asked them to take it back but they would not pay for the postage (£21) back to them. They sent me another fixture after 2 months of back and forth emailing with useless customer service person and again it was scratched and dented ONCE AGAIN. THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE BACK AND REFUND MY ORIGINAL MONEY.

My lighting came with no instructions, a millions pieces, all rattling around in a beat up pre-used box. They would not acceopt a return. Stay away.

I ordered this product 9 days ago and it has yet to be shipped. Although this company promotes "fast delivery" it is MISLEADING. It's only fast delivery if you order something from their U. S location. I need this light fixture to finish remodeling and now I have to wait three more weeks. It should SAY "IF YOU ARE IN THE UNITED STATES AND PURCHASE A PRODUCT NOT IN OUR U.S. LOCATION IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN THREE WEEKS TO BE DELVIERED." If I had known this I would not have purchased the light fixture.

I ordered a cute winter vest. The sizing is off by at least 2 sizes. 2 sizes too small, I xant even zip the coat! When I requested an exchange knowing I would likely be responsible for shipping charges, the response was consistently "can you keep it? We can give you a 10% discount" this exchange ge happened twice with a response "shipping is your responsibility and very expensive due to the company being located in China "

I ordered a dress on the 26th of November for my Christmas party and still 2 months later it's not arrived! On the 3rd of DECEMEBER I received an email asking me to verify my address. Replied immediately and was told it would take 5-15 days for my dress to arrive. Waited patiently then on 6th of January I emailed asking where my dress was, ive had to wait 5 days minimum for responses at which I was told to ring shipping company. I refused as this is an obvious reoccurring issue of THERES! I'm now still waiting for a response of when their going to send my dress or my money! I even got shipping insurance to make sure no screw ups! I would seriously recommend NOT ordering from here to drop anyone else sharing this $#*!ty experience I've had! 20 quid and not even here or trying to change this. Awful awful awful service!

I ordered a hoodie for my son and blouse for myself on 12/20. Knowing already that it would not make it to me before the new year. Here we are 1/17, almost a month later, and we still don't have this order. Once I emailed them to find out what is going on with the order, it was only then they told me that the hoodie I wanted was out of stock and to choose another. I chose another and waited a day or so for tracking information. Mind you I put the ticket in on 01/04. Received the last message from them yesterday. The tracking information looks suspect and it hasn't moved since from the shipping facility since 01/10. They told me I had to wait a couple of days just to get tracking information, which is ridiculous. I promise that I will never be using this site/company for any future purchases. Try eBay first before ordering from this site. You will never have to wait this long. I will also be an advocate to make sure I tell everyone what a terrible place this is to do business.

I guess I should have checked the reviews of this company before I purchased a hoodie from them for a Christmas present for my son. It was never opened--he had a similar one and just wanted to exchange it for another one. I should have realized my mistake when I tried to go through their onerous ticket system and they could not seem to understand my simple request. Now I realize that they were brushing me off. Finally told me that I would have to ship it back to China and the shipping fees are very expensive.
