If there is one thing I hate is sites that do not allow customers to delete their accounts. This one was in total violation of my privacy rights and when I asked them to delete the account (they have no way of allowing the consumer to do it), I was told..."Just log and out and forget about it".
DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT with these guys unless you enjoy your privacy taken away.

We got our light but it took 7 weeks and it's not clear it will work. Best avoid this place. I wish it were not the case since they are less expensive but then again, perhaps you get what you pay for.

This site should be closed off for good.

You don't order an item if you know it will take at least two months to receive unless you know that it will take two months and you don't need them for two months. However, they never give you the expected shipping date when you order. 2-3 weeks went by after I placed an order, I contacted the customer service. Bad weather condition was the excuse for about 4 weeks. Finally after two months I received the items I ordered but one of the 3 ceiling light end caps came smaller so I wasn't able to install it with the existing light socket in the ceiling. The response I got is that "the product is not broken, but only smaller" so they will send a bigger end cap. I have no interest waiting another two months nor deal with this customer service. I just don't understand how this type of business is legally operating in us.

Worst company I have ever purchased from. Should be ZERO stars. This company is completely UNETHICAL and should be shut down. I canceled a $200 purchase before the items shipped. Instead of giving me the full refund I was owed, the company asked me to buy something else instead and would give me 5 percent off. I told them an order I would be willing to switch to. Days went by and they never responded. I wrote them back and told them to forget the switch, just give me my refund. They made every excuse to ignore my request. I filed a complaint via PayPal, and BeautfulHalo actually told me that by filing the complaint to PayPal, the money was frozen and could not be refunded! They lied not only to me, but also to PayPal... it has been a month of trying to get a refund - please save yourself the time and stress and don't buy from this company!

Dear, for each orders, as the site have stated that orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, thus there are the processing time and the shipping time except those marked 'ship in 24hrs' please understand, and the processing time would be about 3-7 days ( in particularly custom item would up to 12 days). And for your order, we did hope you can keep as it was finished the processing and packed for shipping, but we would respect our customer's decision, and cancelled the order as request, but when you file a claim on the PayPal, that meant the order amount was hold by the third part, the PayPal, the site unable to process the refund until you shut it down, please understand, and we are sorry for all the inconvenience, but wish you have a nice day

They have nice looking items online and we fell for it purchasing a ceiling light. After a month of no contact and no ceiling light the excuses kept coming. Finally after two months we cancelled the order. They agreed to cancel it. Our order now says status refund but after 30+ days they have yet to refund our PayPal account. I contact them daily but we are still owed nearly $500. I usually research companies I've never worked with before but forgot and bought the light. Now I am paying for it and will post to as many sites as possible to warn as many people as possible to AVOID THIS COMPANY no matter how nice something looks.

I ordered fantastic looking sconces (#HL*******) for a restaurant project and my GC had issues immediately with install. The black plate of the sconce is made from such a thin gauge of metal that it can not support the weight of the glass shade and causes the light to literally lean forward. I reached out to Beautiful Halo on January 19,2019 with a side by side photo of their website image and a sconce installed. The informed me on February 23rd that they would ship new back plates, and then on March 12th said they couldn't sent 8 back plate because I only sent them a photo of 1 sconce installed. As of today, March 25th, I have had 22 email exchanges with their "support" and am writing this off as an epic waste of time and money and am tossing the sconces since they will not accept returns either. I should have known better, an inexpensive product coming from China with a bait and switch website photo - if something, in this case pricing, seems to good to be true, it usually is.

BUYERS BEWARE!

If the clothes are smaller than what the size charts indicate they will still not accept a return.
Purchase three hoodies sweatshirts. Two were the correct size, XL, one sweatshirt was medium -large.
Hoodie had a XL tag sewn on the sweatshirt.

I sent pictures showing the difference in size compare to the correct XL. Their reply was:

Every item has it own size chat, the size maybe different although they are both size extra-large.
Did you check the size chart before you order If so the size should be okay.

As we just do our own size, all the product match the size chart list on the product's page, it would be no problem while place the order depended on the size chart there. But if the customer ordered a wrong size or the garment not suitable, it can be return at our customer's expense. Ordered and paid on 3/1 for an item including $50 for shipping. It is now 3/21. I have received a non-working tracking number and been told nothing more other than "please be patient and wait." And that i should have it in 25 to 30 days. They literally shipped it on a "Slow boat from China!" Cant speak to the product quality but the customer service is about the worst I have every had. Either avoid this company or pay for expedited shipping.

I wish I looked into this company before purchasing a light fixture. As stated in almost every other review this company is horrible with customer service. They keep on saying "It is on its way" and to be " patient ". I order my item on Feb 2, it is now March 17 and still have not received my item.
I have reversed payment from my bank and through my PayPal account.
I recommend every one else out there to do the same. Do not stand for this. It is time for on line shoppers to unite!

Any reputable company has a return policy! Some electronic companies may charge a restocking fee to discourage returns. A clothing company who sell on line should accept returns. I don't see anywhere on the website where they tell the customer there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Yes I checked the size chart BUT it is limited and you can't base a perfect fit using it which is what they expect you to do. The coat is labeled XL which per the chart is 104CM I am 104 CM but the coat is 95CM which is Between M and L. None of the measurements match the chart! Fraudulent labeling.

A 5% refund is unacceptable! They are NO STAR Customer support! They are giving people a reason to NOT BUY CHINESE PRODUCTS. THEY PASSED THEMSELVES OFF AS A CALIFORNIA COMPANY! No returns on a mis-labelled product is Fraud!

Still waiting...

Ordered a kitchen light a month and half ago. They took my money immediately and I have received nothing to date. My order has been in the "processing" status for the same time period. I opened a trouble ticket with them and have had no response. That ticket is also on the "processing" status. They also overcharged me for shipping and added on an insurance fee which I did not approve. If I could give 0 stars I would. Run fast and far from this company. I'm going to Wayfair. They "got just what I need"!

Terrible customer service and nightmare to deal with. Order has been missing for a month. They give you a useless tracking # and say your order is on the way. You ask for more info (such as carrier, ship date etc...)and they stop chatting with you. Don't waste your money or time buying from this site. I will be reporting it as fraud

I ordered a light fixture from this company few months ago. When I asked for the status in January I was told that the light fixture was coming from China and that the company would be closed for few weeks in January because of the New year. It is now March 8th. I still didn't get the light fixture yet. Several emails to the customer service and did not get any results. They are not returning our money not cancelling the order. They are offering a %5 discount like I would ever order anything from this company again. At this point I have no hope I would get my money back. Do not order anything from this company.

I ordered 2 lights and fan and my Paypal account was immediately charged. After a week, they still had not shipped so I used the chat feature (the closest you can come to talking with a real person at the company) to inquire about the delay. They told me ALL of the items were out of stock and would take at least another 3 weeks to stock before shipping from China which takes another 3 to 4 weeks. So now my order went from taking almost a month to arrive to 2 months. Given the ridiculous delay and the fact that they did not disclose before purchase that the items were out of stock, I asked that they cancel my order and refund my full payment. After all, the items were out of stock and nothing had been shipped. After 6 different emails with the company, all they do is keep offering me a 5% or 10% discount to keep the order. They still haven't canceled it despite 6 separate requests to do so. I finally gave up and filed a complaint with Paypal. Now they won't respond at all. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I wish I had read these reviews ahead of time. I got many excuses s to why my light fixtures were not arriving over 3 months:"Be patient. It's Chinese New Year." "We are out of stock." "It will just take 2 more months." Would not cancel order. Would not refund. Bottom line: No merchandise, no $115. Buyer beware!
