This company delivered an incorrect product, took 3 weeks to recognise it was incorrect. It's large so it's goi g to cost me 159 dollars to return as they do t pay for returns.

I ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt/short set for my daughter for her birthday. Prior to ordering I reviewed the size chart and bought accordingly. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery the items arrived and they were too small. My daughter felt uncomfortable in them and did not want them. I Emailed customer service as instructed explaining the situation and they responded saying that if I looked at the size chart when ordering then the clothes should fit. I responded back informing them that I did but they are still too small and that I still wanted a refund. They just responded back saying that they don't do refunds if they sent the size ordered but that they would give me a 10% refund in this case. I told them to forget it that I would keep the items but NEVER shop with them again!
I bought $119 dollars worth of clothes 4 WEEKS to arrive they are 3 SIZES smaller in there policy is said something about a refund policy the support said we do not do refund? Its been over 1 month since m clothes arrived still do not have a refund!
I never got my item and now they are asking for $15 so that they could get the item to me I paid for fast shipping and I been waiting for this item since February it is June I recommend that no one buys from here ever if they don't want to lose there money or be stressed
Same as everybody else. Paid for fast shipping, took them 8 days to process the order to ship. They claimed that they sent it to USPS on May 25th, the tracking number shows that it arrived on the 29th. I imagine if you don't care about the length of time something will take to arrive this is fine.
My wife got fed up waiting and ordered the same item from another company on the 26th and it arrived on the 29th. I ordered on the 21st from this company and will be lucky if i get it before June 1st. I have had the same conversation with their customer support, and it appears that they don't care much, just the standard copy paste info:

On 5/9/2019 I ordered, and paid for, 2 items with expedited shipping. Website said 5-7 days for processing. 19 days later it's still showing it's in processing. Requested a refund several times and they won't refund unless I close my case with PayPal. I refuse to close my case. There's so many complaints about this company I don't understand how they're still in business. They're literally stealing people's money. I will take this as far as I can to get my money back. STAY AWAY. They lie!
I ordered 5 weeks ago and still get the message that shipping Info was sent to FedEx, with no destination listed. If you try to "chat" with customer support, they will send you the same, misspelled automated responses and pretend to be confused. If you put in a ticket, it takes them a week to respond. Their excuse for taking so long is that it is on a boat from China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughters birthday and they never sent it. I sent them an email but their customer service is awful. I paid for expedited shipping and they refuse to refund the shipping difference. The sweatshirt is t-shirt thin. This place is a total scam, avoid and take your business elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Purchased two bathroom light fixtures. Lights showed up after weeks of waiting. Lights have no certification as electrically safe (probably a reason for that). No CE, no UL, only markings on the box in Chinese, nothing on the fixture. Oh well,. Why not install them anyway and take a chance on my fire insurance? Well, that would be because they will not fit or attach to any approved box in the US. So, if you do screw it to the wall, expect that electrical box in the sheet rock to be your design statement. Tried to return, company does not take returns. Hummmm sounds more like a scam every day. Did i mention that these are not inexpensive in comparison to other lights from big box stores? I am pretty sure these are the same guys that keep calling me telling me my SS# has been compromised and I am going to be arrested by the Sheriff if I don't send them money.
They have now disabled my ability to do a 24/7 live chat. LOL
I made a purchase although they sent the size I ordered it did not fit because their sizes ran too small. I attempted communicating with them and they would not respond. After several emails they finally responded and said I would have to ship back the shirt all the way to China. This is unacceptable because it would cost more than the shirt itself. I am very disappointed with their quality and service. I will not purchase from this company again I just hope more people are aware.
Also, they would only take payments from Paypal and Paypal would not help me because they felt I made the purchase and received what I ordered therefore they did not see a problem.
I chose standard shipping on my item (3-8 days), only to find out on day 5 that what they conveniently forgot to put in their check out screen was a 1-5 day processing time. False advertisement at its finest. But wait, there's more! Processing lasted a WEEK! And I still haven't gotten my package.

I ordered a women's garment and they sent me a kid's shirt. Then they wanted to charge me a premium to correct their mistake. Don't fall for it. #beautifulhalo is a horrible disaster.
I don't even want to give a 1 star. This is a horrible experience.
7 days after an order is placed, there was no status update or delivery date confirmation. Chat with online customer service, attitude was extremely rude. And i was told it took another 6-7 weeks to deliver! I asked to cancel order and i was asked to submit ticket.
Ticket submitted. After 2 days, received the first response telling me order was partially SHIPPED. Cancelation policy is that " if order is not shipped, it can be cancelled without charge". And i can only cancel one of the 3 items ordered. I confirmed to cancel and asked for tracking info for the items shipped.
In response, they changed their mind and asked me to pay $16 for the item that was not shipped as restocking fee. For the items shipped, in 5 days, the FEDEX website only shows as " shipping label info received. " Product was NOT shipped at all! They only printed label when i requested cancellation so that they can reject the request.
HORRIBLE retailer. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered two weathered copper pendant lights from Beautiful Halo. Shipping took a little longer than usual as the items were being shipped from outside of the United States. The items arrived today in perfect condition. The packages had been expertly wrapped.

Beware of this website! It is a scam and a fraud that is based in China. I ordered a jacket on their website and received the item a month late and it was also the wrong size. The item that I received looked nothing like the way it was shown on the website and I have not yet received a refund for the item because they do not have live customer service agents or any phone number. They can only be contacted through a bogus chat forum that generates robotic responses. Stay away!

As we just do our own size, all the product match the size chart list on the product's page, it would be no problem while place the order depended on the size chart there. But if the customer ordered a wrong size or the garment not suitable, it can be return at our customer's expense. Regarding to the return post runs high, we would offer a partial refund for the customer to reconsider to keep the order or return for a refund, please understand, and please any question you can send to the after-sales, they would offer a professional service for you, thank you
They never shipped my product. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get a refund. If you Google search their business this is very common. It almost appears that they do not ship anything. It seems possible they will just hope you forget about your order. They need to be reported and removed from Google shopping.

My credit card company, through Sam's Club, got back to me. UGH! They said they investigated, and that it is a valid charge to be added back onto my billing. But... it's not over until it's OVER, and neither of them has heard the last from me. It's not even about the money anymore either. I want BEAUTIFULHALO put out of business all together. As a small business owner, I am disgusted by this behavior and lack of customer service. I am a nice person until I feel like I've been ripped off and/or my intelligence has been insulted. BOTH happened in this case. More input to follow! BH is nothing but BS!

Ordered 3 pendant lights, and 1 came. Have tried 3X to contact them, and no one responds. Tried 2 different avenues as well. I have now turned it over to my CC company in the form of a disputed charge. Pretty sure they'll listen when they don't get PD!
I cancelled my order after 2 weeks of it still not being shipped. They shipped it anyway. No phone number, impossible to contact, now I'm trying to get a refund thru PayPal btw: the item is cheaply made poor quality AVOID THIS COMPANY

I was so stupid to purchase from this company. I should have just thrown my money out the car window. Tried to cancel my order before it was shipped and now no one will get back to me. I've been scammed.
