I found the perfect dress for a birthday party. They party was about 5 days away so paid for expedited shipping, which says 2-4 days and is about $15. It's been a week since I paid for my dress. I still have not received it. I asked them about it just about every day, and they said at first it takes time to process it. Then they said it had been shipped but the sight had not updated yet. Either way and no matter the reason, I pay for 2-4 day shipping, I expect it to be here in 2-4 days. Don't believe their front page, the delivery is as slow as it can be.
Horrible customer service, they don't do returns or exchanges even when their policy says they do. Never mind the fact that it took weeks for us to receive the hoodie which was too small. Only wanted to exchange for a larger one but they wouldn't do it! Scams just scams
My experience with Beautiful halo has been horrible from the start and keeps getting worse.
- delivery stated 2-3 weeks, took six. At 4 weeks they told me another 4-5 weeks so I asked for a refund and was told no.
- pendant lights arrived - quality is poor - chips in glass where it was cut, chrome is actually plastic, 1 pendant won't screw together because the shape of glass.
- I contacted them immediately requesting a return and refund. Their policy is within 7 days so I met this requirement. They also state:

You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
- I have sent ~10 pictures of the lights, every day we go back and forth in email, me requesting a refund, they say no there is nothing wrong.
If you order from BeautifulHalo and your product is bad, too bad for you!
I am working on a film and after days of searching for the right lighting I finally found what I was looking for on this site. FIRST RED FLAG. I was only able to ship with ground. I put the order in assuming it would arrive in a reasonable time and then NOTHING. I was not until I went to a customer Service rep that I found out that the Items would not ship for up To 15 days and might take another 10-15 to Travel... because the items were in CHINA! I tried to cancel the order attempting to explain over and over that if the items did not arrive in 7 days I could not use them. ALL THEY DID WAS OFFER a 10% Discount. I refused and demanded a refund 4 times through email and live text responses. NO RESPONSE. I want To pull my hair out... the Worse Customer Service I have experienced in a on line company... STAY AWAY.
I purchased 2 hoodies and a T-shirt from this company all in a Men's Medium. 2 of them fit perfectly. This one was SUPER tight on my son who is 5'3" 102lbs! This company REFUSED to exchange for a larger size! Horrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE! ***Please note this company is in CHINA.

They sent the lights two months after the order to the wrong address. I am trying to get my money back. I opened the restaurant these were for and had to buy new ones from another vendor.
They never ship your item. After a couple of weeks, when you try to cancel, they try to scam you with a 10% restocking fee. I believe their "customers service team" is just one person, a moron with poor English and terrible manners. They also don't hide the scam. The bogus tracking number they issue is "*******". It is either being a moron, being lazy, or not caring that it is obvious they are running a scam. They need to be stopped!
Literally the worst. I tried cancelling an order for 15 hours and they just kept bull$#*!ting me. I was well within their limits of cancelling since I tried to cancel within minutes after ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Terrible company. Cheap crap. Size guide wrong. Will only refund 5%. Does not accept returns. Doesn't deserve any starts.
IF I could give it a zero star review I would. This company SUCKS. The light showed up in over 40 pieces with NO instructions in the box. Not only did it take 4 months to get this light, I also cant even get an electrician to put it together. I emailed them to get it returned because I already just ended up buying a new light to use instead of this one and they REFUSE to give me a return or credit. I have been going back and forth via email with these people in China and they keep saying that they think the light is good and that I should keep it.
It's absurd and frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Don't buy from this awful company. They sent me the wrong item. Don't respond to messages or emails. Sent the item back out of my pocket but they still wont refund. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting!

Ordered 3 pendant lights, took over 2 months to receive them. Asked to cancel my order and was told I must wait until my order arrives to cancel.
Do not be fooled by the price. Customer service is terrible and will only tell you to wait. Wait as long as it takes, even if its 2 months. Ordered the same lights from Amazon received them in 3 days.
Pay the little extra to get your product from a reputable company.
Received defective lights (completely smashed).
I had paid for delivery insurance and yet they send me an empty box as a replacement.
No refund, cannot pay for return postage as it far exceeds the cost of the items! Just no help from them or Paypal and now in the bin.

Scam Company. I bought a 2 chandelier lights. A fireflly and a sputnick. No manuals were included. One does not have all the parts. 3 months of emails. Ignored. No return address. Dont buy from them. You lose your money and gain stress
Waited for ever to get our 4 lights and than when we got them they were so cheaply made. Than we hung them and 2 don't work. Tried email to get replaced and chat with on line people and several weeks have gone by and still no response! Horrible! I wish I read reviews

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
