Checked sizes several times because it sounded weird. Checked actual $#*!ing measurements of my actual body and ordered based on that. 6 jackets - 2...barely fit, 3 were ridiculously big, 1 ridiculously too small. Asked to return the 4 that didn't fit at all - ridiculous email chain, badly worded, badly punctuated, issues all over the joint, and then the same offer of 5/10/15% refund. Why would I bother, it's only like $25, and I still have these $#*!ty items that don't fit! Won't fall for this $#*! again.
I hate signing up for stuff - I signed up here purely to post this review. That's how bad the site is.
Our recommendation is to not order form BeautifulHalo as there is no customer service.
We order 110 voltage light fixtures as is typical in the US, but they sent 220 voltage.
When we made them aware that they did not send the correct transformer voltage, their response was as follows, verbatim.
"Dear customer,
Our products sale to all over the world, it uses broadband voltage.
So there is no limitation in this respect, even the US can be in commonly use, please don't worry.

If I could give them no stars I would. This company advertised a 3xl and it fit like a large. I reached out to customer service and sylvia advised that the item are sold in Asian sizes... but were listed as US sizes. They have no return policy and they don't I'm sure do exchange. This company is a scam. Not only that it took over a month to get this item when it was advise that it would be 15 days. DON'T SHOP ON THIS SITE
Another scam, what has this world come too? It is hard for me to believe that anyone actually receive a high quality product
I ordered two hoodies for my son at the end of may 2019. Their customer service reported the items shipped within a few days, but Finlands postal service never received the items. It took about two months to sort out this with the aid of Paypal, and the money was returned in early september.
I ordered a hanging light fixture and 30 days later it still has not left the country, but they do have my money. I have called and emailed with customer support and shipping and they keep telling me to please be patient, but nothing else. Their most recent excuse is things are delayed because it is Halloween Eve! I never swear, but REALLY? WTF
DO NOT ORDER from this SCAM from CHINA they won't cancel your order when requested within their 24 hour requirement.
My mistake for not checking reviews before placing an order.
POOR customer service can't translate English or spell and they totally ignore your requests and questions and then responds with offers of a 5% discount and then 10% discount to keep your order.
This China business is somehow PAYPAL verified. LOL.
I filed a complaint with PAYPAL resolutions on day 3 and 22 days later, I received a full refund from PAYPAL.
Beautiful Halo is still requesting that I close the complaint case, because they can't cancel the order, the money is frozen, and then state the order is being processed. This SCAM can't let any customers escape.
Crooks. They take your money and never ship products. It's on the boat from China... forever. Trying to get my $150 back through PayPal dispute. AVOID this company
This is the absolute worst online retailer I've ever made the mistake of ordering from. They didn't expedite shipping of my order, even though I paid an extra $17 for that. When it became clear that my order wasn't going to arrive when I needed it, I made THREE requests to cancel the order. They apparently don't address the "tickets" you can submit after your order is placed. When I used they online chat, they claim to only be able to assist with "pre sales", and then lied to me and told me my order had already shipped. When I emailed them they confirmed the order had not shipped, and offered me a 5% discount instead of canceling the order. Upon my FOURTH cancellation request, "Ann" claimed they had just shipped the order, refused to provide tracking information, and offered me a 10% discount. Almost 2 weeks later, my "expedited" order still hasn't arrived.
Ordered a hoodie for my sons Halloween party in September and am still waiting. All customer "service" will say is that it has shipped and gives me a tracking number that is not valid with any shipping company. Needless to say I had to buy a different costume for my sons party. Lesson learned, never again.
Crooks pretending to be a legitimate online merchant. I ordered Item Code CL******* on Oct. 5th.
I get a notice on Oct. 25th the item is out of stock. 20 days later...
You send them a chat and email and they state the item takes 20 days for shipment from China.

STAY AWAY. THE WORST QUALITY PLASTIC. MISSING PARTS. AND LED DOESN'T WORK. SELLER IS REFUSING TO REPLACE OR REFUND. THIS THING WAS AN OVERPRICES PIECE THAT UNFORTUNATELY BELONGS IN THE TRASH. I was very excited to have purchased this product because it looks great on their description, but reality is very different from what they sell. This company WILL NOT refund you or replace the broken products they sell. BUYER BEWARE!
Don't trust the information posted on their website. There is big chance that what you are getting does not match the description. For example, they would say the light temperature is 2700-6500, but in fact it is 6500 and not adjustable. And it takes weeks and even months for the order to arrive. And there is no way for you to return.
Very Dishonest. Item way to small and I went off size guide provided. Item also discolored & stained.
The sizing is inconsistent. The comparisons to US sizes are way off. The experience is very similar to buying from some over seas vendors on ebay and amazon. If you are very small like say 5 ft 4 and 105 pounds, the clothing may fit you. There are no plus sizes even though the size charts could lead to believe that there are.
This is a scam company, the whole website its a lie, having stock on usa it's a lie, and the dont respect client wishes, as I notice something wrong right the beginning, it's over a week they did send a response of order, as being asked to be refunded until and keeping insisting and did not refund it

Do not spend your money on this site, they will totally rip you off. I purchased a light fixture from here for 55.66 and it did not have all the accessories, and it had a bug stuck in the tape inside the box upon receiving it. I returned the item on 09/10/19 and still have yet to receive my money back. With no return messages no response what so ever.so they have the item back and my money as well. This place is a total rip off.
La calidad de las prendas en mala, lo peor que he visto y solo es plástico. Pedí una camiseta según la tabla de medidas y aun eligiendo bien la talla, venia mas pequeña que lo que ponía en la tabla. Intente cambiarla por otra mas grande y no me lo quisieron hacer aunque pagara yo el transporte. 30 euros tirados a la basura. Jamas volveré a comprar ropa en este sitio
Ordered a XXL adult sweatshirt, it came in the size of a children's large. Tried to return it and they said they don't refund for wrong sizes. Told me I should have checked the size chart. Told me the sizes are in Asian so they run small. All a scam, lies, and crap. Don't waste your time or money.
