I ordered a ceiling light from BeautifulHalo. Unfortunately, the light I was sent is for a 240 volt electrical system. I'm in the US, so I need (and had ordered) a 120volt light. I opened a ticket to clear up this mistake. I am pretty sure their "customer service representatives" are computer algorithms. They speak in repetitive phrases that are translated very poorly into English. It is hard to even follow the intent of the messages and they do not respond to direct questions. They insisted that the item was "safe and true" and I should just use it. That phrase was used in three different messages. I'm not getting my light and I am out $200 :(

Horrible horrible. Do not order from them. I wear a large shirt. I ordered an extra large just in case it runs small. Well the shirt showed up and the size of the shirt was maybe a small. I try to contact them to return and they try and stop you from returning the shirt. They are a joke. Do not order anything from them. A total joke and scam.

Ordered a T shirt for Christmas and paid extra for 5 day delivery. It took 27 days to arrive.
The T shirt was too small (not 39 inches they said) also it was very poor quality. Asked to return
For refund they said I would have to pay the return postage or they could offer me 10% refund.
Its Poor quality items with Poor Quality service both before and after.
Dont take a chance on this company, just save your money

I ordered a shirt. Weeks later they said shirt was out of stock. So I said ok just refund my money. Every other day they wanted me to accept another shirt. For a couple of more weeks I repeatedly told them NO send my refund. Long story short... I reported them to Pay Pal to get my refund, which I did!
These people are scammers. They don't provide order on time and no way to contact except through a chat. Which takes forever to get response. Don't order. Who ever says their good is lying
Do not even consider buying from this company. Placed an order on the 10/12/19 with a promise delivery before Christmas and yet the order has not left their warehouse. Their customer service people keep on telling me it will leave soon... today is the 18/12/19 and they still have not dispatched it. Asked for a refund and they stopped communicating. Just lodged a case with papal and they have emailed me offering a 5% discount. They do not tell the truth and are not trustworthy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered item first of December for Christmas gift. Haven't gotten it yet and I can no longer track the item. Sent first email and was told it would ship in 2 to 4 days. Still nothing. Sent another email to see if I would get the item before Christmas. The response I got was..."I doubt it, please be patient!" If you want something from this site for next Christmas,, you better order it now. You might get it in time!
I ordered a light $300 from them 2 weeks ago and I have no confirmation that the item has shipped. Can't contact them by phone, Live chat tells you to send them your email address? BUT HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART: THEIR PACKAGE TRACKER HAS THE SAME PROTOCOL A MALWARE INSTALLATION- I DIDN'T USE IT- BUT IF YOU ARE TEMPTED DONT.
I ordered what looked like a beautiful ceiling light. It was not only as advertised, it was also broken. I contacted them immediately and spent 6 weeks going back and forth with the company trying to get me to have them mail me a part to fix what was broken. I finally contacted by credit card company, who disputed the charge, but eventually recharged me b/c I had received the product. Beautiful Halo would tell me no way to return the product without going through a different website that was not trackable.
I am out almost $200. Never order from this company.
Got totally ripped off! $100 lamp in pieces and scratched. No instruction or any papers. Communication for weeks. Getting nowhere! Horrible! I should have googled for reviews!

Buyer beware. Returns are next to impossible, had to file a complaint with Paypal. Then was told I had to ship the product back to CHINA. That cost as much as the product did. Sizing is 4 sizes smaller than US sizing. DONT buy from them.
Dont buy anything from this company the pictures look good when shirt came in it was in China size not American material was so cheap you could see thru it no label in shirt a 5yr old could have made this shirt they will not refund your money unless you send garment bk to China they wanted 223.00 to send a shirt back that cost 24.00 they are crooks scammers
Beautiful halo are just a set of Chinese scammers selling Chinese junk, the item we bought arrived broken, we had paid extra for 'shipping insurance' but they are refusing to repay for the damaged item, they just keep asking us to repair it.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I'm sure there are some HONEST Chinese companies out there but this isn't one of them
Both products arrived damaged, this can happen but customer service is shockingly bad. The originally offered 5%discount for the damaged goods, eventually increasing to 25%. Warning they would not pay for return shipping to China where goods are sourced, this is basic trading standards when goods are received as faulty. Escalating to PayPal now to resolve. Avoid this retailer
Deeply regret buying in this store. The customer service is terrible. I've had all sorts of problems from color mismatching, wrong size, and returns. In short, don't buy it, it's a waste of money.
