I really wish i would have saw these reviews prior to ordering from Beautifulhalo. I ordered a fixture from them and similar to others it took well over 2 months to receive and upon arrive not only was it damaged by extremely poor quality. The fixture was $712.42 and it's true Chinese quality, set screws missing, glass cracked, paint chipped, no assembly instructions etc etc... Not only is the fixture horrible, the customer service is even worse. When trying to make a claim I'm now up to over 15 communications with them, they respond with one line at best and won't provide me with the information to get my money back. I've since opened a claim with Paypal. Please don't support this company, you're wasting our money.

I wrote this after I received an email displaying some new products.

"Never in a million years would I purchase another thing from you. I have a thick file regarding an antler lamp I purchased. It came with parts missing, broken, and no instructions. After a lot of back and forth, sending photos and complying with everything you asked for, your company finally just "blew me off" like I hadn't just spent $548 with you! No more responses to my inquiries and pleas."
Of course, the customer service is for a company in China. I learned my lesson.

Do not order from them! I am not the only one who has had this problem... first all shipping took 2 months and to top it off they sent me a child size instead of the adult size that I ordered. They refused to send me the right size or give me my money back. They told me to keep it and offered me a 10% refund because shipping would cost more than the item was worth. So they basically rip people off this way. It is a scam... read more reviews. They suck.

No customer service, are ludicrous and borderline robbed me. They sent me a child size instead of the adult large hoodie I ordered. When I said that they sent me the wrong size, they informed me that they were in Asian sizes, something they didn't mention before hand but it was still a child's size. They told me I could either pay to send them back the hoodie in the mail and they'd charge me for sending it to me in the first place. My other option was getting 5% refund and I keep it. That 5% is not even 2 dollars. Then when I asked about them sending me what I ordered they upped it to 20% or send it back with both mailing charges deduced from the refund even though they sent me the wrong item. And the email guy Vecchio didn't say anything besides the offer, I honestly think he was a robot or has half a brain

Items are not as described. Shipping took more than 2 months to get to me and to add insults to injury, the item received was such bad quality to the point that it would be embarrassing to donate. Forget about filing a ticket. Beautiful Halo will not respond as soon as you ask for exchange or a refund. They offered me 5 percent for me to keep the crap item they sent and after I rejected the offer they stop responding till I file a claim with paypal. Even after filing a claim with Paypal they only up the return to 20 percent and stated if I want to send the item back for a full refund, I would have to pay for the shipping myself and they will deduct their shipping cost in my refund. WTF! The company is a scam. Based on the tracking they provided, my item was shipped locally from California but they want me to ship it back to China. Save your money and time.

This company did not provide a receipt of purchase, they did not send me confirmation that my item had been sent, no confirmation that it has been shipped and no delivery date. I have tried to cancel it and they are refusing to refund me because they are saying that it is in transit. However, despite repeatedly asking for proof that it is with a delivery company i have not received anything other than the same response of no refund item on its way. The company is in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, do no use they are a terrible company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a light fixture and what they sent (supposedly "ships from United States") was not what was pictured. Because it was not, it wouldn't work for my application.

When I notified the company, I explained that what they sent neither matched the product photo I purchased, nor the instruction manual that accompanied the item. They said "sometimes batches are slightly different, but it doesn't affect the product and you can use it", and offered me 10% rebate for my trouble. Then they offered 5%... then 15%... always with the same stupid message:

"If you want to return it back, you need to pay for the shipping fee. Since our address is in China, the fee is not cheap"

Why am I required to send to China when their site claims "ships from US" and tracking indicated shipping form NJ (apparently BOGUS).

I Ordered a $260 light from them it took 3 months to arrive and when it did it wasn't a assembled working light, and it was badly damaged. I emailed them about supplying the broken parts wich they said they would resend (over 3 months now again) then they said they would refund me $5. (I never got that either)

Please be very careful...

Bought seven pendant lights and two sconces from this website without checking their reviews first. I received all but one of the pendants and they are completely different from what is shown in the website. The photos on the website are nice wood pendants, which makes sense given the high price and I received these tin cheap lights with no brackets. Moreover, I live in Canada and had requested 100 V and they have sent me 220 V lights. Like many others here, I contacted them and was given incoherent excuses saying everything is ok and they will do nothing. A total scam. I am out more than $850 and will try reporting them through my credit card.
