I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for her birthday. After over a month, and with no way to really track it, the item finally arrived but was too small. I requested to exchange it for a larger size. They gave me various excuses and after two weeks said they could not exchange it. That is a ridiculous return policy for clothing? When have you ever been unable to exchange or return something that doesn't fit! I regret ever buying from them-this company is not legitimate and should not be in business! Stay away!
Don't waste your time buying from this Chinese company as they won't respond to you when you try to contact them. I made a purchase in April and I've received nothing but broken promises.
It took a month and a half to get my things. After a month I asked for my money back they refused and said the products already left China.
I asked then, when will I receive them? They said, they weren't sure as they were on the boat! What?
I paid for faster shipping too.
This company is no better than Wish, but at least Wish is honest that it will take time to get your things, this company is not.

I tried to cancel my $600 order since the day I placed it. Despite multitude of emails, they failed to refund and return the item. I should have never bought from them. Never again.
But waiting for almost 2 months now and just keep telling me it shipped and I've asked for a refund and I get, please wait

OK. My order has finally arrived. The problem with this company is they don't tell you that your order comes from China. Takes months. Garment small for a 4x. May fit a Chinese person, you need to order largest size possible. Good quality though.
I contacted support I placed a ticket also live chat no help at all they are horrible and I will not order from here again I ordered a month ago and usps created a ticket but the item hasnt made it very dis pleased and unhappy
My experience is like so many others. They took my $110.00 without sending a receipt or confirmation. Months later, no hanging pendant light. No contact. My problem now is that somebody is selling this add on the internet. Whoever is selling this ad with all of the terrible reviews should refuse to sell to them.
This company is horrible with customer service and portrays false advertisement. They ripped me off and only sent me half of the light I purchased and gave me the run around about it for 4 weeks after I sent pictures of the box and every piece in the box. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well and filing a complaint. They won't even allow me to return the product for a refund even though I cannot install it cause I only have half the components! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FOREIGN COMPANY!
Our light order never arrived and despite many emails it is now nearly 6 months. The customer service gave us a tracking number that does not work and the last entry was for another delivery company not DPD who said it received an order in Jan but no parcel received. Awful. The last email I had was curt saying use the same tracking number and close the case. Well I am not going to until I get my money back. I only gave 1 star rating as had to. They deserve zero.
I ordered a unicorn hoodie it cost me $35 the end of Feb. And yet to get it yet it was for my daughter's birthday. She was and still is very upsetting over not getting it. I have emailed them several times with a response that they will not refund the money cause it's already shipped! This is BS. I've also called them to get the same response. I would suggest anyone wanting to order from them to take their money somewhere else cause they are a rip of!
Item didn't arrive, lied about shipping time and they're now ignoring me, I do not recommend you guy from them
Still waiting on my product ordered in February. They can never give me a straight answer. They have now given me a fake tracking number. Do yourself a favour and read these reviews before buying anything from this company
Do not order anything from this company. They are difficult to contact, do not take responsibility for mistakes and are unwilling to take returns or give refunds for incorrect products. They have wall sconces listed as "battery powered" when they actually need wiring. The company claims I made the mistake and refuses to compensate me. Just checked, the website still has the incorrect description. I am very disappointed.
Wish I had read the reviews before purchase but thought it was a reputable company in the USA, the sweater does not fit nor is it of any decent quality! Customer support is non-existent, they still have not responded to my last 2 emails. Please beware of this company!

I bought three "coach lights" which on line looked solid antique brass (was describbed as such) but instead received tinny almost plastic material with broken glass panes and fittings that couldn't be assembled and some missing pieces. I now have to try to get my money back and given previous reviews i'm not optimistic!
Diabolical company. Chased for 3 months for item that I never received. Ended up reporting to PayPal. Lost the case as I couldn't prove I hadn't received the item. Don't use this company. Scammers
I ordered a vanity light and waited over a month for it to arrive when it arrived it was damaged to the point where I could not use it. I contacted the company by email as that is the only way you can reach them and they asked me to take pictures of the product which I did immediately and sent to them. I told them that this is a new home and I am living without any lighting in my bathroom and I had waited a month for the lighting so I wanted a refund. I received an email backStating that they would resend the damaged parts to me. This is not acceptable the entire light is broken and scratched and I cannot wait another month for them to ship me another one. I will continue posting updates
