These folks are a scam. Will not ship in reasonable time, when you ask to cancel they tell you 40% restock fee. You think this is legit based in HongKong ripping people off.

Ordered a light fixture on May 26th 2020 and I'm still waiting. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Haven't received any response to my emails and live chat was a waste of time. I'm worried that I just threw $369.00 down the drain.
Ordered 2 tops. One came after 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for the other one. When you contact them they keep you hanging on then say it's on its way. Tried to return first top and get a refund but they kept saying why doesn't it fit? Did you look at size chart etc? Useless, would not order from these again.
Always check reviews something I didn't do before hand hope others after me check reviews.
I ordered 2 items spent $60+ dollars back in March still nothing its the end of July now. Communication 0 not even worthy of a 1 star.
I ordered a beautiful red men's lapel winter coat from this company on April 18th, 2020. I had observed the clothing offered by BeautifulHalo many times on Facebook advertising. I had been burned by other companies who advertised on Facebook, but this one looked legitimate. So, I went to their website, placed the order, and provided my credit card information. Then, I found myself in a "black-hole" of no communication, no responses, and no delivery of the item I paid for.
The impression I have of this company is that they are in China, we are in America, and there isn't one damn thing we can do about their worse than horrible service.
STAY AWAY!
These guys have the WORST customer service of any online company I have dealt with.
I never got any tracking information from them despite asking several times.
I canceled the order and then received it over 4 weeks after the initial order date.

Same comments. Ordered lights, received a shipping UPS label number and maybe the boat sank along the way. I realize I should have reviewed the website first and I own that. Sad as they are making a fortune on people like me. I know my $300 is gone. I will open a ticket with Paypal and my Credit Card Co. To see if I can get a refund.
In 15 years of online purchases, this is the first time I was scammed, so I can't be that upset as my track record is good. I am not happy, but what can I do? I am happy to take suggestions.
UPDATE: It arrived in perfect condition. 2 Months late but it's beautiful. The company does have issues with tracking and I thought I was scammed but I received exactly what I ordered.
Terrible. Took over 6 weeks to receive the light fixtures we ordered, to be very disappointed in the extremely heap quality of both fixtures. One was usable, but I will be replacing most likely once I find a better one. The second fixture came all bent. The frame itself, as well as the center of the fixture, where bulbs go... meaning, this was not all done in transit. Very, very cheap. At least the light fixtures. I can't speak on any other products.
BEFORE placing orders, contacted their Customer ( cough) Service to ask if SIZES " ran true". Was assured that they DID!
Placed first order for one mens tee shirt. Two days later, placed a second order for three more. ALL Extra Large. Three and one-half MONTHS later, I have finally received the four year shirts. Every single one is much, much too small. I doubt that they would fit someone that wears a Medium. Not unlike almost every person on this website, I will never be able to get a refund. A waste of nearly seventy dollars!
Shame on me!
BEWARE! Been over a month - Still only received 1 unit of my 2 unit order. No phone number, no email address - I am so stupid for doing business with this company. No instructions inside unit. They shipped it ON A BOAT! That was never presented up front!

Only one light has been delivered June 6 - over 1 month from order date. Where's the other one? I have committed to make it my life's mission for 1000 bad reviews for your company - my customer has cancelled their order - Lost $100's of dollars because of you
Updated 7/10/20- item arrived 2 months after ordering. Never received a response from company regarding multiple inquiries as to my order. Even tracking information was limited and inaccurate. Avoid the company if you need items within a certain time period or need up to date delivery information. Luckily items were as described.
If I had the option to give zero stars, that is what I would give! DO NOT ORDER from this company ever! I Ordered my product on 4/9/20. After week and weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted Beautiful Halo. They said it will take another 4-5 weeks to ship from China. After another few weeks, I received an email saying they could not get the product. I asked for a refund. TheN, over the course of the next couple of weeks, they keep sending message after message asking me to purchase another product, they offer discounts, etc. I have told them repeatedly in every one of my messages that I do not want a replacement or discount, only a refund. Their responses EVERY time are to AGAIN ask me if I want to order something else and receive a discount. They do nothing but give the run-around. After 2 months, they have yet to tell me they will refund my $284.25. I have NEVER dealt with a company this bad. In fact, I have only given reviews to companies for good customer service and this is the first negative review I have ever written. I wish I had red the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.
This light is what I wanted, but it came in so many pieces... and without instructions on how to put it together! It is not workable in this condition and when I asked for help I was given the "run around". I would run away from purchasing ANYTHING from this company!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. You pay full price plus shipping but do not realise that items are coming from China. The company do not answer your emails and refuse to refund your money. I have been waiting for a lampshade for over two months. I paid £50 plus £15 postage and sent numerous emails and received no response or the the item.
My advice to any shoppers is do not buy from this company
I Ordered 2 lights with a delivery time of 3-5 days after 8days I chased my goods, I sent an email and got no response I sent another and got reply saying goods had been shipped! After around 15 messages back and forth, they said I can have refund if I pay return postage and original postage also! What a rort. Disgusting customer service. I agreed to 20% refund and a product I did not order!

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
