Like a lot of other people this site screwed me over, but I was so angry that I made it my mission to get refunded. Email them, tell them you're dissatisfied, go to PayPal and open a dispute and eventually file a claim. At this point they're gonna know that you have done this and like all illegitimate scammers they will tell they're refund you IF you cancel the order. Nope, it's gonna take a while but if you just let PayPal do their thing you will get refunded. Took me three weeks to get the money back but it was better than receiving something that wasn't as described or not receiving it at all.

Fraud! Stay away!

I ordered two tshirts and after reading the reviews I decided to cancel the next day. Their website says you can cancel as long as it hasn't shipped. My order HAD NOT SHIPPED! I emailed customer service 3 times requesting cancellation which was never processed. They kept asking me why I wanted to cancel and then just started sending generic messages saying "please keep and we'll give you 5 % off." I repeatedly said No! Cancel and refund me my money. They kept replying with the same message. It's like a computer is just generating the response. There is no way to contact them by phone. I finally had to dispute it through PayPal and got my money refunded 30 days later! Stay away from this place!

On 5/23/2020 I ordered a sweatshirt and two t-shirts for a June 26th birthday gift. Once ordered the site said it would ship in 3-5 business days. On 6/16 I inquired about the order and found it still hadn't shipped so I cancelled the order through email. On 6/17 I received a response offering a 5% discount if I kept the order. I declined and requested again a refund. On 6/21 I received a second email offering a 10% discount. I declined and again requested a refund. On 6/24 I received an email that a refund of $78.18 would be credited to my account within 3 days. On 6/27 I received an email that the order had shipped on 6/19 and due to the virus there was a delay, there would be no discounts offered. I checked the tracking number and it has been sitting in California since the 19th but has never been received by the shipper or USPS. I have ordered other items from other companies and they have all arrived within a reasonable amount of time. So now it's July 5th and nothing has shipped, been received or been refunded. This company is not legit.

The Stole from me

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered a shirt and 10 weeks later its had not arrived despite me bring charged for it. Asked them maybe 10 times for my money back and the only thing they seems to know how to say is be patient. Currently starting a legal dispute as they have effectively stolen from me. DON"T ORDER ANYTHING!

Purchased two light fixtures for a new house. Promised one week delivery after transit to UPS. After one week the status still said "in transit to UPS". I called customer service and was told the fixtures were on a boat from China and would take six weeks to get to UPS in the US. They also refused to cancel the order.

I bought a pair of wall lights that are dangerous and Beautiful Halo have refused to take them back or issue a refund.
- Took 51 days to arrive
- Still trying to get a refund after 3months
- Do not meet UK safety regulations. (No CE-mark)
- Not suitable for bathroom use (as stated in the description) - they have no IP (waterproof rating)
- The wiring to the transformer is too thin to handle 240v / 5amps of power and risks overheating and catching fire
- Even if the 240v wiring was the correct gauge - it is not correctly insulated (double insulation is required in the UK)
- There is no 'earth' or 'ground' attached to the metal body - again increasing the risk of electrocution.
- The electrical connectors supplied are not suitable for the UK and risk coming loose.
- The overall quality is shocking - the paint is chipped along the edges with contamination in the finish.

Lesson learned. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN! Paid express, never heard from them until sent an email when asked for the refund, which followed their procedure to get it done. They sent the package AFTER i asked for it, when i clearly stated i didn't want it anymore. What a lesson. Big crap website

My father in-law have purchased a light decoration for $255 AUD which he was tricked by the professional Photoshop photo on the website. I assist him to check the company and items and found out it is a China based company and warehouse in China as well (it seem like coming from USA company with that high price tag). The product he has received was a poor plastic frame and got no instructions how to assemble. He paid for air-freight and the items arrived in 6 weeks which is terrible. The whole website does not appear to be China based (currency don't show China) only excepted in the "about us" page just listed a tiny word "china base" and that it to pass the legal requirement. BECAREFUL AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Sizes provided on listing were wrong so when hoodie came too small refused a refund, quality was whack, told me they would refund me 5% and I would have to return the hoodie at my own expense. Getting nowhere just point blank refusing

About a week after I paid for my order I went to the website to check on the status of my order and it said it was shipped. I looked up the USPS tracking number and found USPS has never received my order, they only show a label had been printed that's all. When I contacted Beautifulhalo thru their website the reply was the corona virus has slowed shipping. Well it's an excuse, just not a very good one. When I inquired a second time the reply was that my order was on a ship in the ocean that hasn't arrived yet. How can they take money for a product they don't have? So I inquired a third time and the reply was that my order is on an air transport plane and should arrive soon. I would inquire a fourth time but I really don't want to know about a slow train schedule. Apparently they have taken money for products they really don't have to sell. That's stealing isn't it? I requested a refund and haven't heard anything more from them.

Use PayPal because that's the only way you'll ever get your money back. Attached confirmation I purchased from this site and got a refund from PayPal bc this website is a sham. They just keep saying they'll ship and never do. I got four different responses in a day.

After placing an order for a light fixture, I waited after 4 weeks and received no notification that the product was shipped. Reached out to customer service chat bot (because they don't respond to email) and they told me they can't offer a refund. This website is a complete scam and they have no intention of sending any products.

Terrible experience! Unfortunately we placed an order before reading reviews. Shortly after placing the order we looked at reviews and saw so many comments about inferior quality and bad customer service. After looking at their cancellation policy (a full refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours) we opened a ticket to cancel the order. Initially instead of a cancellation and refund, they simply offered us multiple discounts to take the order. After insisting that it be cancelled they then went quiet for a few days. 3 days after requesting cancellation and no sign of any refund my wife opened a dispute with PayPal (apparently too quickly). BeautifulHalo customer service then said they would not issue the refund unless we closed the dispute. We closed the PayPal dispute just under a month ago. They then started back up with the please take the order and we'll give you a discount. When we insisted we didn't want the order, only a refund the only communication we have had since then is them repeatedly telling us they will not refund until the PayPal case is closed. I have confirmed that the case is in fact closed, have sent them a screenshot confirming that and yet still no refund. Finally today I contacted the credit card company we used to pay the PayPal amount and they refunded the money. We cancelled our order following their instructions over five weeks ago but still seemed to be no closer to receiving a refund from BeatifulHalo. They seem to be complete crooks. Stay as far away as possible. I hope they go out of business soon. They don't deserve to have an online presence with such bad customer service.
