You will have to fight tooth and nail to get what you ordered and when it arrives don't expect it to be in good condition. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering. AVOID AT ALL COST.
I bought a Louis Vuitton ceiling light on June 22nd and now it's July 21st and I'm still waiting. The costumer service was extremely inappropriate for a business using slang such as "ok". I have been tracking my package and the USPS said that my logistic information was suppose to be in my email in 1-2 days but I have been waiting a month for shipping information, not even the package. I get that a global pandemic (which the company called an epidemic) is causing worldwide shipping delays. It is completely disgusting to use this real life serious issue as a way to scam. Later on they tell me that the package would arrive 15 to 28 days after June 30th which is the day it was processed and then insists me that it would arrive July 30th. WRONG, if it was going to be 28 days after June 30th it would be July 28th. They realize that they made a mistake and quickly changed the subject. Please do not buy, I am begging you.
Product never arrives. Sales support just tell you to be patient and won't accept cancellation requests as the product is in transit'.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I have ordered a $500 lamp two and a half month ago from this website and have not received it yet! The Customer service keep telling me to wait more. The tracking number they gave me shows that the item is not found! And they do not give my any further information where the item is! So disappointing!
This company has the poorest communication and customer service I have ever dealt with on line. After waiting more than six weeks for our stained glass chandelier, with no info from Beautiful Halo on shipping or when we could expect delivery, our product arrived. The glass was broken in numerous places and the stained glass joints separated. It looked like it had been thrown off the truck. But the package exterior was intact, and it was only after I had opened the box I realized the styrofoam cradle that held the chandelier was in pieces, indicating the damaged took place during packaging and not during transport. The product was completely different colors than what was pictured, from cream, tan and brown glass to a color scheme of white, yellow and blue,
Beautiful Halo will only entertain replacement/refund if I provide a damage form from the shipper and pay for the product to be shipped back. This is a large chandelie. The shipping is not going to be cheap and now I have to drive into town and find a replacement from the shipping company who can help me with the required form. I can make repairs myself, in which case I will always feel cheated when I look at the light, or go through all the hassle of trying to return, loosing time and money only to end up feeling taken advantage of.
As for the difference in the color. Beautiful Halo claims different colors can be the result of different monitors, but I have since found other negative reviews on line for this same product from Beautiful Halo, claiming different color scheme than pictured, but interestingly a different color scheme from what I received. It is almost as if the manufacturer just uses what ever color they get in stock that week without any regard to what the coustomer has ordered.
I will never shop this company again!
I fell for a very well produced website; a very efficient and legit looking order process and the fact that the light fitting I was after was exactly what I wanted. How I regret not reading the reviews before I placed my order. Do not under any circumstance order anything from this company. It is an automated site with what I believe is an automated reply system. They should be exposed for what they are.
Been waiting ages for two wall lights which cost almost £150 quid, I usually read all reviews but my head was elsewhere when I ordered. I am going to contact resolver to see if we can get our money back.
They will send you faulty lighting after waiting over 6 weeks for delivery. Then when you tell them the issue same day of delivery they give you the run around and donot want to fix the problem. Disputing through my credit card.
Do not order anything from them it took me two months to get this jacket and I get the jacket and it doesn't even fit it supposed to be a 4X but it's more like a large.and I can't even get my money back. They won't even respond back to me please do not order anything from this website they terrible
I'm really surprised. I've ordered from beautiful halo in the late may. I've bought 3 shirts. My package came today after waiting 2 months. But surprisingly I only got 2. I'm not sure if they're gonna send the last one or not. The quality is not that bad. Before my package came, I checked the reviews because I felt like i got scammed. All of the reviews were BAD, But it came. The designs are nice and nothing is wrong with my clothing except for the fact that I'm missing one.
I ordered two Hoodie shirts a Large and a 4XL. The large was snug and fit like a medium. The 4XL was so small it fit like a Large. There wasn't any tags on the shirts, so you couldn't determine what the actual size is is supposed to be. Shipping took over a month to receive due to the company being located in China. There's no customer service contact only an email. There was supposed to be a coupon code for 30% off that showed on the order but wasn't deducted from the amount.
I purchased a lighting fixture from website and when it arrived it was completely different than the one pictured. When I requested a return (as it was still in box) it lead to a string of emails trying to encourage me to keep the light. After I continued to insist on a return, I was given a Chinese address and told I was responsible for the return shipping. O. K. I get that. AND I would also be responsible for original shipping fee. The cost of the original shipping fee was to be deducted from my refund. As you can image shipping to China is not cheap, therefore, it would have left me with very little return. Now I have the hassle of try to resale the item just to get back some of my money.
What a mistake and a regret! I ordered a ceiling fixture on May 27th and there was no notice that it would take over 6 weeks (and counting!) to be delivered. When I checked my order status on the website, it said it was 'processing (it STILL says that). I tried to follow up with customer service on June 19th and they told me - via the chat help line- that I needed to please wait patiently (!?). That was the first time I reached out. About 5 days later, I was told it would be shipping 'tomorrow'. A few days after that, I checked in and asked them to please cancel the order, as it had still not shipped. About a week later- now July 10th- I receive an email saying they will only refund 40% of the order, per their cancellation policy; it's a 'restocking' fee. These guys suck. I get it; there's a pandemic. But a little transparency at the outset- 'Thank you for your order; it will take us 2 months to process'- would be a better strategy.
I ordered some thing, knowing better. It came six weeks later and completely crumbled. It was a light fixture. The acrylic shade was a mess. I am mediately called customer service, they offered 5% back. I told them that is ridiculous I can't use this light. They then were very "generous" and offering 10% back. Laughable! It is unusable. It's another overseas company that sucks. Do better than this!
I placed and order with them back in June 7 2020. It is July 8 I can't get any answeres to where my order is when i will get it. On my order statues on there website it saids it is proessing and then they send me an email that it was not in full english words or made any sence at all. I did get a tracking number that was created June 19th and it has not been shipped yet. I wished i read these reviews b/4 ordering with them.
First of all the product is coming from China, so the sizes are not correct. I wear a XXXL shirt, I ordered a 6xl and it didn't fit, even after I used their size chart. It took over a month to get here. Their return policy has you paying the shipping. They want you to keep the item & they will give you 5 or 10% refund, which also takes over a month to get. Pay more & order from somewhere here in the states. I ordered the same jacket, from another vendor, paid more & it was here in less than a week & it fits.
This company took £187 from me and I never received my order of a light fitting

I spoke to customer service, and asked them for a number I could call to speak to someone personally and they do not even have a number to call. I asked for a refund for items THAT ARE STILL PENDING FOR SHIPPING for over a month but they took my money. Why hasn't the site been shut down after so many negative reviews and people are being ripped off? Who is allowing this to go on?

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
