Still waiting

Placed order 15th june. But still waiting for my purchase. Its now 4th august. Emailed countless times, and they just send a tracking guide that states in transit constantly.

Worst ever!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Shipping was over a month late. Wouldn't let me cancel my items Told me when I get them to just return them. Guess what? After several emails and tickets back and forth, they won't take them back either. Haven't even been opened! Originally packages and all! All the emails are hard-to-read broken, English and end with"please understand". Well, I don't. I am the customer. If I don't want their piece of $#*! items, they should take them back like any other decent company. These guys suck! WORST SITE EVER! TheY obviously have NO idea how to provide customer service. They must not plan on being around long.

The product took several months to arrive. They blamed it on covid. I looked it up and the item had not be sent so i told them to cancel and refund. I was remodeling a house and needed the lighting sooner than two months. Magically as soon as I cancelled Beautifulhalo pushed send and shipped the item again one month later. The product arrived and it is crap and quality is horrific. They are being obtuse and will not return and refund and are saying they dont return or refund. CRAP CHINA MERCHANT DO NOT USE

The item took nearly 3 months to get to me. Arrived damage. Now the company will not refund. I would not re moment them. They don't reply. The motor of this fan is bent and catches. Do not buy from this company.

This seller is a fraud! Paypal doesn't help too! The following is the email to Paypal: Thank you for your reply! And thank you for you are willing to help me solve my account needs! But my problem did not solve at all! Yes, you are right, Paying for the return is not the ideal! It's not my fault to return. It's the seller send the wrong and low-quality item on purpose! And they try to force the buyer to keep the item. I read hundreds of custom reviews, seems they are doing that all the times! Why Paypal still keep this kind seller?! The reason I order from them it's because they use Paypal to collect payment. Because I trust Paypal! But now you try to kit the ball and this not right! This is not a normal return, It's not just I'm not satisfied with the purchase, it's totally a fraud! Paypal seems to allow this to happen again and again! I already pay them over a thousand dollar, Seller wants I to pay $500 more to ship those garbage back to them! And Paypal support the seller use this way to fraud! Paypal seems to become an accomplice of the fraud! I spent over 20 hours deal with the seller and Paypal. Now you come with the same totally unfair Ideal, It's totally ruined my trust of Paypal!

I don't accept this result! I have no reason to pay the shipping fee for the item I did not order! And I have all the email records can prove that the seller knows they did wrong it's their fault! I want to ask you: Why I Have to pay for their fault? This seller clearly does not want to take responsibility. What's the PayPal guarantee for?

My husband ordered a light fixture from this crazy place it took 2 months to finally come.
Forget about calling or contacting them they are always having issues with "the system"
They finally updated the system a month later and all it said is "in transit"
Then if you go to UPS website it says that it is waiting to be picked up
The online help just keeps saying it is on its way. The items are coming from Hong Kong. THEY ARE SO SHADY! STAY AWAY

BH claimed I hadn't paid (despite having a PayPal receipt) and asked me to pay again, this alerted me that they are scammers and I tried to cancel my order. The online chat just argues in circles. The only way to get a refund is via PayPal. Avoid these scammers!

To let you know I order $1,800 worth of lights from this site 3 months ago. They don't have the lights and wouldn't refund the money. After raising a paypal dispute they have offered a partial refund. For what - providing no product and taking my money. Paypal have assured me that they will get the money back but three months wasted. Please Please don't buy from this site! They are a chinese company that take your money and give you nothing.

Don't order from them. It took months to receive the order and the size is not even close to the sizing chart. I went up a size and still way too small. I contacted them for a refund and they offered a 5% refund! That was $1.94. I am still trying to get them to understand that is not acceptable but they keep responding with the same offer. AWFUL customer service. Don't order from them.

Terrible service

I ordered my lights in April and did not receive until end of July. Opened. Imperious tickets with customer service and tools weeks for them to respond. Once I received my lights there were no instructions for installation etc. packaging was awful and again nowhere online to find instructions. Just horrible company and horrible customer service.

Please don't order anything from them. Their customer service is too slow and years will pass before they do you a favor and help.
Meanwhile, I have been waiting for my order for 4 weeks. Where did you ship my clothes from? From betelgeuse? (not everyone will understand this joke).
But why does it take centuries to arrive, huh?

Avoid at all costs!

Ordered light fitting in May. Advised for my £18.99 shipping fee it would be sent 3-5 days. A week and nothing, emailed, said it was shipped and cannot cancel, have chased weekly, been told it's been shipped, will take 3-5 weeks to arrive 10 weeks later they say it hasn't been shipped at all and it takes time to process the order and to be patient. Please do not use these people. Completely fraudulent.

I ordered a lighting fixture 5/25,8 weeks ago. I waited and waited and waited. Attempted to contact the company and never had a response. Finally, I decided to contact paypal. They were extremely helpful and opened a complaint case against Beautiful Halo. And low and behold my purchase arrived two days later. My purchase arrived in about 100 pieces! Broken beyond repair. Thrown in an oversized box with no padding. Lesson learned. With this company you will get scammed! My claim against them is staying open and be warned, they will attempt to contact you to drop the case and claim they will issue you a new product or refund. They won't. Don't engage and let paypal handle it. Worst shopping experience ever!

Scam website

If you reverse image look up their pictures you can find the real website that sells the real product. If you buy from beautiful halo they will give you a very $#*!ty fake and no accept returns. I have reported them to everyone I can think of but continue to try and report them. I will add my pictures but they said my camera resolution was bad that is why the pictures look different. Ha what crooks.

Never use this company and try and warn as many people as you can. They just take forever to deliver and are not interested in the slightest. Wasted my hard earned money. There should be better laws against this type of foreign trade.
