I unfortunately did not read the reviews prior to ordering and now feel I am going to be out of pocket of nearly $300, I hope I am proved wrong. I have been waiting a month for 2 lights for a new office and have sent several messages but have not received one reply. My tracking number has also come up as 'not found'. Getting worried. Will keep trying to get some response. Please read reviews prior to buying, this was my biggest mistake.
Do not buy from this site. There are so many negative reviews that say the same thing that I have experienced. I got the wrong item, I was missing an item, shipping took 2 months, they only offered a 5% refund. If you do buy from here, buy through PayPal so you can open a case with them and hopefully get your money back. I am still waiting for a response but hopefully, the more red flags there are, the more likely it is PayPal will do something to stop allowing transactions to the site.
Do not use this site. It is a total scam. The wrong size came and their customer service refused to send a replacement or offer a refund and then went silent on me when I complained.
Wrong fabric, wrong size, stitching off. 5% refund offered with "wear it anyway" email. Pretty sure this is a got your money, got your money dance by this company. The jacket will make a fine shammy for cleaning the car, all it's good for.
China based company. Stole my money, never delivered goods. Tired of this nonsense. Should have come here first. Always avoid Chinese sellers if possible.

Absolutely awful experience customer service is shocking! Ordered two items together with postage over £70! The dress took months to arrive and was nothing like the advertised picture, the quality is awful that you can't wear the product. I'm still waiting for a cape in black that is out of stock, though it was meant to be on its way they asked if I would pick red instead which I don't want. Trying to get a refund on my cape is a nightmare, they do not answer back and when they do it's not to give me a refund on an item that will never arrive. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, dishonest con artists! Do not buy from them your items will be of poor quality and that's if they even arrive. From the other reviews on here sounds like this is normal business practice for them, surprised how they can sleep at night stealing money from their customers and it is stealing what they have done as I still haven't received a refund! Be aware of Beautiful Halo and spread the word so no one else falls victim to their schemes!
Ordered a hoodie and tracksuit bottoms for my Son's Birthday on the 16th of July. After numerous emails the hoodie arrived after 21 days but I am still waiting for the bottoms. Emailed constantly about the bottoms but still no response, they were very quick to take my money and now all I get is that they are processing and that they will be shipping soon. Why didn't they send both items in the same package? I threatened them with trading standards but they didn't seem bothered at all. Avoid these clowns at all costs (no offence to clowns).

Every excuse under the sun for them not arriving and wouldn't give me a refund
Luckily paid by PayPal so the resolution centre managed to get my money back.
The website pictures look great, but I now see they are copied from other manufacturers/designers. BH take their designs and copy them - badly. Then getting BH to accept a return and getting your money back is like getting blood out of a stone. My advice is to avoid this company.
Don't order... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. STAY AWAY.
THEY KEEP ASKING FOR PHOTOS AND THEN DECIDE ITS NOT DEFECTIVE WHERE OBVIOUSLY IT IS.IVE HAD OVER 20 EMAILS WITH THEM.
