Worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. Ordered a light from them for our dining room. The item did not match the picture on the site at all, was extremely poor quality, no instructions, and I think it may have been damaged. When I reached out to them to make it right, I was offered a 5% refund. Eventually they offered a 10% refund. I kept insisting I wanted a full refund, but they insisted that we had to pay the full cost of the shipping, which basically would have been most of the cost of the item at that point. Will never use them again. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not waste your time and money like I did! I ordered what looked like a beautiful lamp. $225 down the hole. I waited 3 months for it to show up, And when it did, the box was all banged up and even partially opened. We had to put it all together (including wiring the inside) of the lamp. The stand it stood on was uneven and the lamp slightly leaning. It fell over once and it's so cheaply made, that the bottom housing for the bulb broke (there are 3 bulbs on this lamp). We had already spent so much on this, we attempted to fix it ourselves by buying a solder. That didn't work. No way of getting money back. This experience taught me to read reviews first before buying! What a huge disappoint! This place is a scam.

I purchased a table lamp which arrived in three sections, wires sticking out of base and lamp stand did not match. I was told by an electrician that a mix of old standard wiring and current standard were being used. The instructions provide are in black and white with no English text even though there are 4 different coloured wires. When I contacted their customer service I was told to connect them any way I wanted, I didn't fancy an electric shock or burning the house down so I asked to return the lamp and was told no returns no refunds.

We ordered two wall lights to be installed either side of our bed (product number HL*******).

The item took 2 months to arrive but even worse, the two products were not the same item. It's not like they accidentally sent the wrong item, instead they clearly had made different batches of this product in different factories and not bothered to match them when sending to us.

The items were different sizes, had a different colour, a different finish and even came with different components; not a single component was the same between both items.

We immediately raised this with Beautiful Halo, following their "raise a ticket" process. Their customer service is atrocious; they should be ashamed of themselves.

We've sent 7 messages between each other, and have only got as far as Beautiful Halo offering a 20% refund, as apparently it is "expensive for you to return the product to us". Not only are they clueless in thinking it's my responsibility to return their defective item, they won't accept responsibility for the defective items. They even started off by a 5% refund.

I have now raised a complaint through PayPal and will do the same with my credit card company to recover my money.

Avoid this company like the plague... if you really do get sucked into having to buy from them, make damn sure you use a credit card, PayPal account or both, so you at least have some sort of buyers protection. This company is a rogue company selling cheap tat made to look nice on their website.

I ordered 3 shirts and 2 hoodies. I have recieved 1 hoodie and 2 shirts over a month after ordering. Not only that, their size scale is completely wrong. Their XL is equal to a Medium normal sized and they will not return or replace it. Their customer service was horrible, please never order here.

Absolutely disgraceful, do not buy from them. Chinese company, who sent me a denim jacket ( 6 weeks after order), which was several inches to small. They expected me to accept 5%, then 10%, then 15% then 20% then 30% refund or send it back at my own cost £35, after which they would deduct their original shipping costs from my refund, which would have left me with approximately a £5 refund after already paying £35 to get it back to them. They said that clothing sizes deviation of several inches different is normal, and they just do their own size. I ordered exactly to their sizing chart, but i cant even button the jacket up. The quality was extremely cheap also, looks great on website, not the reality. Their return policy for cloths does not mention anything about buyer paying return costs or their postage cost being deducted from a refund.

First time ordering from this company and I looked at the reviews but obviously I did not do enough research. I ordered the hippie Soul dress which was short did not long enough but I said I could keep this somewhere around the house I ordered another dress that was supposed to be here long and flowing this dress is made out of polyester did not fit. I contacted the company and they said that they would give me that 10% if I kept the dress, I told him that the address did not fit it was polyester and who wears polyester in the summer and it was totally misrepresented we must have exchanged six emails before I realize this company does not do refunds or exchanges

And as I mentioned to them they should have made this information clear especially when you before you completed your billing, so I'm going to contact the State's Attorney's office indefinitely get them banned from doing business in the United States it is cheap shotty work that they do, and though I kept the hippie style dress I was not happy with it at all but the other dress I spent $30 on and I can't even wear I can't even give it to anyone this company is robbing people left and right I definitely recommend are very right there State's Attorney's office and contact them I will be contacting them and I will be contacting any type of internet business because they need to be gone this is a rip-off company, and I'm pretty sure that they could you see some dresses mass-produce them and they only want to rip off people in the United States

I ordered 2 3D patriotic sweatshirts on July 5th. This is a China based company so thier size charts do not match the USA size charts so I ordered 3 sizes bigger that what I normally wear. When I received the sweaters and tried them on they were so small I could not pull them over my chest
I contacted them immediately to tell them that I wanted a return label emailed to me so that I could get a refund and had to wait 2 days before they replied. They are refusing to refund me so I've lived a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company... So please people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as they are not reputable and do not honour thier return policies which are available to read for all to see.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I purchased a light fixture. After waiting 2 months for it to arrive the fixture was severely damaged including bubbling paint. Beautiful Halo will not accept a return of the product. Their customer service is terrible. BEAUTIFUL HALO IS A SCAM!
