I bought a 15$ small umbrella only to discover that the item I received was a cover for an umbrellas not an actual umbrellas claiming that it can be used against rain? Isn't' the whole point of umbrellas is to be water resistant?(https://i.ibb.co/qp46gDL/umberlla.png) If you VIEW this item from their MOBILE APP you will not see the whole name of the product which the seller abused to scam people into thinking that the product is an actual umbrella.
His main picture for that product is a picture of an umbrella not an umbrella cover. Also charged 15+ USD for a poorly made plastic cover. When I asked banggood for a refund they said in the item detailed description you can see its a cover, WHO WOULD DO THAT someone who looks at an item in a shop if you see an umbrella and ask for seller to buy it then the guy gives you an umbrella COVER instead of UMBREALLA because this was written under the displayed umbrella would that justify this
You can clearly see that BanGGood is siding with the seller instead of the buyer even though the seller is clearly on the wrong (Misleading title, Misleading MAIN picture).
In the attached pictures you can find my experience with BanGGood support and how they try to buy me for 200 points on their website thinking that I will consider buying again... I even game them a chance to refund me but I guess 15$ is worth more to them than their reputation. I guess now I know why people stick to Aliexperss and DHgate on the Chinese market
Placed the order on 17 of March 2020.!
Paid $6.36 US for 6-8 days shipping time.! My order arrived in Austria on 22 of March. I'm in Greece. Today 10 of April my order is still in Austria! 20 days sitting in Austria.!
And 26 days from the day I placed the order!
After so many emails and complaints no one does absolutely nothing!
All they offer me is Banggood points!
I don't want points. I want my order!

The item I ordered had estimated delivery time of 3 weeks, which is already annoying. A couple of weeks later I checked the status of the delivery, out of curiousity, and I found out that the courier Hermes tried to deliver the package to me a couple of times during the same week, but they claimed that they couldn't find my address, even if it was correct, I was at home, they had my phone number and email address and I never got any notification. I contacted Banggood's customer support and they told me to call the courier to fix the things by myself. I'm very unsatisfied and I will never order with them again, I will rather give even more money to Amazon because they at least offer a better service.

Orders never arrive - No warranty
Placed 3 orders 2 never came after 4 months.
The 3rd order was defective and they refused to pay a full refund or send a replacement. After constructing and a sending video verifying the product was defective They sent support emails in that they knowledge that the product is defective. They offered me a refund. The stipulation is I must return the product to China at my expense. I paid extra amount to have product sent from USA Wherehouse, no matter has to be sent to Chia

Six weeks ago placed 1 order with Banggood, cancelled order within 5 minutes, unfortunately my one order was split into 2 and contrary to multiple requests to cancel they shipped anyway, and now they refuse to tell me where to send packaged so I get my refund. Yesterday "VICIK" sent me an email offering to refund half of the money. Really. Order was cancelled for a reason, part of order not intended for use North America but Europe (ac plug) the single order was cancelled now I have to deal with 2 orders, and 2 rerfunds bet I get screwed.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
