I bought a Crosley Cruiser record player for my daughters birthday this year from Juno Records and had a great experience dealing with them. I ordered the record player about a month before her birthday and having done my research, Juno had by far the best pricing.
The item arrived in a timely fashion with no problems or issues and well packaged. My daughter was delighted.
After a couple of weeks of use, we noticed that the power adaptor was getting rather warm so I emailed Juno to let them know and to ask if this was normal. Their customer service department replied to me within an hour and the very next day, a brand new power supply arrived.
There does seem to be a bit of a problem with power adaptors for the Crosley record players as a few weeks later the new power supply also failed.
Clearly this is not the fault of Juno Records and I will always judge a company on the way they handle customer complaints.
I wrote them an email again letting them know and once again, I received a reply within an hour and received a replacement power supply the next day.
That's what I call customer service! Well done Juno.

This was my first experience of buying anything from Juno and I would definitely buy from them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
They had the best prices and their customer service was excellent. No arguments, no having to send pics of the faulty item, just excellent response and super fast action.

I placed three orders with Banggood many weeks ago. Order numbers 7900674, 7900675 and 7899156. These were all spare parts for my WLtoys F939. Only one of the three orders ever arrived and that was all smashed due to very poor packaging. Now customer service aren't helping me to resolve this. They told me to send pics of the damage to their customer services, which I did. They then claim to not receive the email. I spoke to someone on live chat last week and made sure my resend had been received. They confirmed it had, and what a surprise! Still no one from customer services contacts me. I for one won't be buying from Banggood again as they are truly Bangbad. It's all good and well offering goods at cheap prices but if they never arrive or arrive badly damaged, what's the benefit. Can you imagine the frustration at not being able to get a response from their customer services. Truly appalling. Only buy from this company if you're happy to lose your money.

I feel that I've been deceived and ripped off. You think you'll save a few pounds and are prepared to tolerate the slow deliveries but the service I've had and that which I've seen reported by others too tells me not to get conned again.

All they had to do was reply to my complaint but it seems they prefer to ignore their customers once they've had your money.
One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I really feel that I've been robbed.
